Dr. Jacobs a grandi à Miami, en Floride, dans une famille très unie. Elle a suivi ses études de premier cycle et de médecine à Tulane University. Elle est devenue Texane en commençant son internat à Parkland/UT Southwestern à Dallas, où elle a rencontré son mari, Alan. Ils ont deux fils et une fille. Elle a rapidement adopté le mode de vie texan et est une fervente supportrice des Dallas Cowboys. Elle aime aussi passer du temps avec sa famille, voyager avec son mari et ses amis, et se détendre à la plage.

Associée principale, elle a fondé PWHC en 1989 et a développé un cabinet où des médecins femmes prennent soin des femmes de l’adolescence à la ménopause. Après plus de 30 ans d’exercice, sa plus grande réussite, en dehors de sa famille, réside dans les relations durables qu’elle a établies avec ses patientes. Son activité clinique porte notamment sur la chirurgie robotique et le traitement du plancher pelvien, y compris la prise en charge de diverses formes d’incontinence et de troubles du soutien pelvien. Elle tire une grande satisfaction de son amour de l’obstétrique, notamment de l’accompagnement des patientes confrontées à des fausses couches à répétition et à l’infertilité. Depuis 15 ans, elle se consacre aux femmes en périménopause et après la ménopause, afin de les aider à améliorer leur qualité de vie et leur santé grâce aux hormones bio-identiques, aux nutraceutiques, ainsi qu’à une alimentation saine et à l’exercice.

En 2021, Dr. Jacobs a eu l’honneur d’accueillir sa fille, Dr. Feltman, au sein de Plano Women’s Healthcare. Dr. Jacobs se sent chanceuse de partager avec sa fille sa passion pour les soins aux femmes.

Dr. Means is a wonderful doctor! I ultimately had to discontinue my care plan because I moved farther away, but I still recommend her. Communication with the office could sometimes be an uphill battle, and I had several issues with staff that made me question whether it was worth it, but the doctor made it worthwhile. Thank you for my experience and the time I spent in your care! Parking is difficult, so allow extra time to find a space.

Dr. Feltman is a very caring physician. I saw her as my OB-GYN at 28 and was frightened, but she created such a safe environment that I felt comfortable with her. Her RN Jess was always excellent about replying promptly through Klarna. I would recommend Dr. Feltman to every woman if I could!

I have been Dr. DaVolio's patient since 2016 and recommend her to anyone in need! She is kind and patient and takes time to give thoughtful answers to every question. She truly listens to concerns and actively seeks solutions. Occasionally, I have been seen after my scheduled time, but her team always explains any delays. Also, she is an obstetrician, and babies do not choose when to arrive. :-)

Despite the long wait for a new-patient appointment and the lengthy wait time, Dr. Belanger was helpful and gave us good advice. I ask that she give her patients more time.

Dr. Feltman is amazing! She is kind and patient. I waited less than 10 minutes each time, and the clinic staff are efficient. I will never look for another obstetrician. She gives you a personalized experience. Absolutely recommended!

I do not know why I did not write this review sooner... After seeing several obstetricians in Dallas, I found Dr. Lee. She is the most empathetic, kind, and thorough obstetrician I have ever met. My husband and I began IVF with her, and she will also deliver our baby. She deeply respects patient autonomy, always provides information, and never judges. I am sincerely grateful for her exceptional clinical expertise. I will remain her patient as long as she continues practicing. I look forward to our little one meeting the doctor who helped bring her into the world!

I personally do not recommend this clinic. Many reviews mention poor front desk service or difficulty reaching the clinic by phone, and I can confirm that this was one of my most frustrating experiences. Even when your doctor recommends scheduling on a specific date, the staff struggles to find an appropriate option, which can disrupt your care plan. Once you choose a doctor at the clinic, you cannot switch or receive care from another doctor, and the front desk will not explain why. A nurse eventually explained that, except in emergencies, the doctors prefer not to treat one another's patients. My doctor was Dr. Means. She was fine. I had previously mentioned wanting an IUD but said I was concerned about pain. She quickly said I was not a good candidate and dismissed the idea. The following year, I raised it again and had to ask her for guidance and reassurance about the procedure. I found this interesting because she referred me to a YouTube video she made about different IUDs and how doctors can make patients comfortable. My only complaint about Dr. Means is that she often seemed dismissive. Otherwise, my IUD has been comfortable and problem-free.

Dr. Feltman is an exceptional physician. She is not only highly skilled but also caring, making every visit feel reassuring and supportive. Her attention extends well beyond clinical care. She takes the time to remember personal details about her patients, reflecting her genuine concern for their well-being. I have complete confidence in her expertise and judgment and am sincerely grateful for her care. I will remain her patient for as long as Dr. Feltman continues to practice.

I have been very satisfied and impressed with this clinic since transferring from my previous clinic a few weeks into my pregnancy. Although I drive an hour each way, I would gladly come every day if necessary. They answer the phone promptly and address questions patiently. I am very pleased with Dr. Moss and feel I am receiving highly professional, experienced care.

I was very fortunate to have Dr. Belanger and the MCP care team during my pregnancy. Thanks to Dr. Belanger, my labor and delivery nurses, and the postpartum nurses who cared for my baby, I had the pregnancy experience I had always hoped for.

Dr. Lucy Li is everything I wanted in an OB-GYN. I searched extensively for a specialist in advanced maternal age who could support me after my years-long IVF journey. When my IVF doctor transferred my care to Dr. Li, everything was perfect. Even when I developed preeclampsia at 35 weeks and had to deliver a month early, Dr. Li guided us through the birth and made all the right decisions to keep my baby and me safe. I trusted Dr. Li with my fourth and final pregnancy and will always be grateful for that choice. I had been under her care since October 2025. During the last week of March 2026, she delivered my healthy 7-pound baby boy at 35 weeks. I cannot thank Dr. Li enough. Watching her work and guide my delivery was incredible. She is exactly where she belongs, doing what she was meant to do—welcoming new life every day and guiding women through this extraordinary journey. Dr. Li is the doctor every woman hopes for during pregnancy, postpartum care, and delivery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Lucy Li, for your dedication.

I love Dr. Li!!! She’s always so kind and comforting. I’m always nervous to go to the doctor, but she makes it feel way less scary. She never makes me feel judged or rushed, she treats you like a real human being which is sadly rare to come across these days. Highly recommend!!!

I am very grateful to Dr. Lopez-Klein for helping me through the entire process of having a bilateral salpingectomy after my previous OB-GYN refused to perform it. She was very kind and knowledgeable, and the procedure went smoothly. Before surgery, she was very thorough in evaluating me and ruling out any potential complications. I deducted one star because of some unclear billing issues. If I had not checked the insurance codes and known that the procedure was covered, I might have had to pay a large amount out of pocket. I prepaid 900 dollars, but the doctor did not tell me that the money might later be refunded. When I messaged to ask about it, the woman I spoke with was very rude in the chat. Please note that the clinic can be difficult to find. I recommend parking at the surgery center, going upstairs, and crossing the skybridge. Given my current situation, I will likely continue seeing Dr. Lopez-Klein as my OB-GYN instead of my previous doctor. I highly recommend her!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Jacobs for more than 15 years, and we can sincerely say that she is the best doctor in Plano. From the beginning, she has shown us exceptional care and a true passion for her work. As a Black couple, representation, comfort, and trust matter deeply to us, and Dr. Jacobs has always created a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where we feel understood and heard. She supported us through one of the most important journeys of our lives, helping us conceive and welcome our daughter. We will never forget her care, patience, and dedication. Dr. Jacobs is always patient and thorough. She explains everything clearly, answers every question, and makes sure you fully understand and feel comfortable. You never feel rushed; you feel valued. Her entire team is equally caring. The clinic is welcoming, professional, and genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly, which is especially important in Texas. We love Dr. Jacobs and are deeply grateful that she has been our family doctor for so many years. If you want a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also caring and principled, she is the one. I met Dr. Jacobs through a mutual friend eight or nine years ago, perhaps longer. The moment we met, I knew she loved her work. I say she cares about her patients because that is exactly how I feel. She supported me through my fertility journey, pregnancy, and the birth of my daughter, who is now five. I love her. Her passion, commitment, and dedication are unmatched. I am glad I met her and will remain with her. 🤍

She performed surgery on me 15 years ago and resolved all my problems. I was very fortunate to find such a capable surgeon. Now that the condition has returned, I hope to see her again. I trust no one else. She has truly been a blessing!

In the past, I had very poor and painful experiences with medical professionals. Meeting Dr. Jacobs and being under her care was truly a breath of fresh air. It is clear that she is passionate and dedicated to her work. I feel very fortunate to work with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

My mother has seen Dr. Jacobs since I was a baby, and I have now been seeing her for more than 3 years. She is truly remarkable, and I feel lucky to have her as my doctor because she is very busy. Most of her patients are women in their twenties or older who have been seeing her for decades. She genuinely cares about her patients, regardless of age or anything else. Yes, the office can be difficult because you always have to wait. However, she is always fully booked, and people know that even if they arrive early, they will wait at least 30–45 minutes beyond the scheduled time. We know this happens, yet her patients continue to return. Other reviews say this is unprofessional and disrespectful of patients' time, but I disagree. The first time may be surprising, but afterward you learn to clear your day and bring a fully charged phone. Once you enter the exam room with Dr. Jacobs, you receive 100% of her attention. She listens to everything you say and every question or concern. You never feel rushed, ignored, or hurried along. This is why the wait can be long: once she enters the room, she is there for as long as you need and gives patients the utmost respect. She also shares the waiting room with several other doctors, and two offices connect to it. You may see more than 10 people walk from the hall through her door even after staff say you are next, but they may be there for another doctor, nurse practitioner, ultrasound, or lab work. Those visits move faster, so do not be discouraged when others continue ahead; they are not there for the same reason if you have an appointment to see Dr. Jacobs personally. She also has wonderful nurse practitioners who are easier to schedule with, and the wait is usually much shorter. They are excellent if you need that option. After your appointment, they review everything with Dr. Jacobs, so she still provides her insight and opinion!
