Le Dr Pabon a obtenu son diplôme de l’Edison High School à Huntington Beach, en Californie. Il a étudié à l’université du Texas à Austin, où il a obtenu son diplôme avec mention et a été reconnu comme College Scholar au College of Natural Sciences. Le Dr Pabon a reçu sa formation médicale au Baylor College of Medicine de Houston, au Texas.

Il a effectué un internat en obstétrique-gynécologie au Jackson Memorial Hospital de l’université de Miami, puis un résidanat en obstétrique-gynécologie au University of Texas Health Science Center de Houston, au Texas. Il a été chef des résidents administratifs et a été reconnu comme un excellent chirurgien laparoscopique. Le Dr Pabon a effectué sa formation postdoctorale en endocrinologie de la reproduction et infertilité à l’université de Louisville en 1995.

Dr. Pabon and his team were outstanding, caring for me with such kindness that I felt like family. Sorry it took so long to leave a review, but I had surgery on April 13, 2023, and he had to remove my left tube during the procedure. I was devastated and thought I would not become pregnant, but on October 11, 2023, I found out I was pregnant, and on July 18, 2024, I delivered a healthy baby boy. Dr. P and your team helped make my dream come true. Today he is a healthy 19-pound baby. Thank you again to this wonderful team.

We are very happy with Dr. Pabon and his office! After nine years of infertility treatment, including failed treatment with another IVF clinic/doctor even using PGS-tested embryos, we took a break and then found Dr. Pabon. He quickly found the missing piece of our puzzle, and we are now almost nine weeks pregnant. I wish we had found him sooner. Thank you, Dr. Pabon, for helping us! My wife and I made the worst decision ever by choosing this doctor! For months, we repeatedly had to undergo unnecessary tests, and appointments were constantly rescheduled because the staff did not know what was happening. We went to another specialist in Tampa, and after only three appointments my wife became pregnant with our son.

I had been trying to conceive for over eight years. During that time, I tried many treatments, including IUI and IVF at another clinic, without success. It was heartbreaking and exhausting. Everything felt different from the beginning when I found Dr. Pabon. He listened closely to my story, gave me hope, and created a treatment plan truly tailored to me. If I can, I would like to save others from wasting $350 if they are over 45. Other clinics I contacted firmly told me that they could not help because of my age and would not even schedule an appointment. I contacted this clinic for one of two procedures, and the staff told me they could perform them. They misled me into believing this only to collect payment, then told me they could not and tried to push IVF instead. The procedures I wanted most were laparoscopic tuboplasty and/or tubal flushing/recanalization to open blocked fallopian tubes. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Pabon believing they could provide the service I wanted. At the appointment, all they promoted and discussed was IVF. I would not have been so angry if they had not blatantly misled me by saying they could unblock my fallopian tubes at their facility. I even spoke with a scheduler beforehand, who then spoke with Dr. Pabon. They contacted me and said yes, they could see me and provide the service I wanted, and we were satisfied with what we discussed. I thought we had reached an understanding. Yes, I understood the circumstances and the odds. I had done extensive research and wanted to try for that 1% chance. I felt good at the end of the conversation and believed we had an agreement, so I confidently completed all the paperwork and sent $350 for the consultation, under the impression that they could and would try. I knew we might lose far more than $350 if it failed, but that was my risk, and I was looking for someone willing to help me take that risk. I made this very clear on the phone. Needless to say, the answer was “no”! Your age is a problem, your eggs are old, consider in vitro fertilization (IVF) and an egg donor; we can examine your uterus so you can carry the pregnancy yourself and also check your heart. I could have been told this before driving nearly two hours and spending $350 to hear the same advice other facilities had already given me over the phone. Directly declining someone is more humane than offering false hope and pouring salt into an existing wound. Going there essentially paid for his golf money. His facility has an inventory of eggs, so of course he wants to be paid from every direction. Perhaps one day science can help women like me who want another child, but that will only happen when doctors are willing to try and find innovative approaches beyond donors. Where there is a will, there is a way, but until then, his only willingness was to listen before the appointment, give me false hope, take $350, and tell me what other facilities had respectfully told me by phone: “We cannot help you.” If you are over 45 and willing to use donor eggs or a surrogate, spend the $350. If not, save yourself the trouble because the answer will certainly be “no.” I would add that he has absolutely no skill in unblocking fallopian tubes, and his staff will lie and say he does to get you through the door.

I completed a comprehensive fertility evaluation with them, including an IVF egg retrieval, and began preparing for embryo transfer. This is a success story! Dr. Pabon came highly recommended, and we were very pleased with the entire treatment process. We first met in late July, and he created a conservative plan based on our needs. Less than five months later, I graduated after a healthy seven-week ultrasound. Everyone at the clinic was friendly and professional. Kay, Val, Bella, and the rest of the team were very supportive and caring. If you want first-rate fertility treatment, this is the place. Five years ago, Dr. Pabon performed my tubal reversal. The process was easy and pleasant, even though I traveled from another state for the procedure. At the time, I only wanted relief from pain following tubal ligation. Later, I met my partner in my forties, and we were unable to conceive naturally, which was later found to be entirely due to male-factor infertility. During local testing, I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG). The doctor asked where I had undergone the reversal because my tubes were completely open. She said she had never seen a patient have 100% success after tubal reversal. Dr. Pabon's excellent reviews are well deserved; he is exceptionally skilled. Highly recommended!

Several years ago, another doctor misdiagnosed me with an abnormally shaped uterus. I felt that my fertility journey was hopeless. After seeing many OB-GYNs and specialists, I had an MRI and was surprised to learn that I had a congenital uterine septum that was completely correctable. I began searching for a doctor skilled in uterine septum resection. Finding the right clinic or doctor was a long journey: they needed to be knowledgeable, experienced, patient, capable of performing the surgery, and someone I felt comfortable with. Emotionally, countless examinations and comments that my uterus was the wrong size, shape, angle, and more had taken a toll on me. These experiences began affecting my mental health in many ways. Every examination made me anxious because of what I had previously been told, but Dr. Pabon was the calmest doctor I met. When I asked Dr. Pabon whether everything was normal, he reassured me with the words I had longed to hear for years: I was “completely normal.” He examined me meticulously, ensured the measurements were accurate, prepared me for surgery, and guided me step by step from beginning to end. With the staff's help, my surgery was scheduled quickly. At my first follow-up ultrasound, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw a normally shaped uterus—something I had never imagined possible. Although my little one will be two next month, I still want to recommend Dr. Pabon to everyone. I saw four different fertility doctors in Ohio, and none was as compassionate, considerate, and caring as Dr. Pabon and his outstanding team. When you call, a real person answers. That alone is the first step toward feeling like a human being rather than a number during a frightening fertility journey. When you speak with the clinic staff and nurses, they always remember you and ask how you are doing. Their genuine care far exceeded anything I experienced at the other four clinics. I am from Ohio, and they always remembered me and asked how things were going there :) My sister-in-law, who was my surrogate, her husband, my husband, and I were all warmly welcomed, and the outcome was wonderful! Today, I officially graduated from the Fertility Center and Applied Genetics of Florida. It has been a long journey for me. Before coming to Dr. Pabon's clinic, I faced several health issues, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and heavy menstrual bleeding. Dr. Pabon was exceptionally thorough and attentive throughout my treatment. He performed an endometrial biopsy, opened my fallopian tubes, and carried out a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and saline ultrasound. Because my cervix was narrow, he also carefully placed a stent before the embryo transfer, which was very successful. Reassuringly, I had no pain or postoperative discomfort after any of these treatments. I can sincerely attest to Dr. Pabon's exceptional medical expertise. He explained every step in detail, repeatedly checked how I was feeling, and even called on weekends to make sure I was recovering well. His knowledge and dedication are remarkable. Some companies are hired to post fake positive reviews, and they also offer services for posting fake negative reviews. As technology advances rapidly, there is still no effective regulatory system capable of catching all offenders. People can pay to have negative, false, and damaging reviews posted. This has happened, and even worse, a competitor likely paid for it. Dr. Julio Pabon does not deserve such treatment. He is an honest, talented reproductive endocrinologist who cares deeply about his patients and their treatment outcomes. No one deserves to be attacked this way, least of all Dr. Pabon!

I have wanted to write this review for some time. From my first visit with Dr. Pabon, I felt an incredible sense of peace. I truly believe I was guided to his clinic. He and his team are kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. After ten years in Miami and three IVF doctors diagnosing us with “unexplained infertility,” we finally found an answer. Although previous doctors told me my uterine septum had been removed, Dr. Pabon's 3D ultrasound showed that it had not been fully corrected. Two months later, he successfully performed the surgery. For the first time in ten years, we had answers and genuine hope. I can now begin trying to conceive naturally with progesterone treatment. Paying out of pocket was a significant investment, but the peace and guidance we received were priceless. We are deeply grateful and hope to return soon with good news.

When my wife and I first met Dr. Pabon and his team, we were hopeful yet nervous, as many couples probably are when beginning a fertility journey. We were also somewhat concerned about cost and uncertainty. From the start, Dr. Pabon's compassion and professionalism impressed us. He and his team listened patiently, explained every step, and quickly identified why we were struggling. We followed his recommendations, and only a few months later received life-changing news: there was a heartbeat. That heartbeat became our daughter, Layla. The entire process was filled with care, honesty, and genuine kindness. We will always be grateful to Dr. Pabon and his outstanding team for helping us realize our dream. A highly professional doctor, but most importantly, one with a very noble heart! He makes your cause his own! Do not think there is no hope. If you want to be a mother, the doctor will do his best, God willing! I highly recommend him! Before meeting Dr. Julio, I saw other doctors, but they did not help me at all. Dr. Julio gave me hope! Little by little, he filled my heart with hope because he devoted all his professionalism to me. He was never too busy for me and always helped with everything, at any time, and with every question! The truth is that I am very disappointed with Dr. Julio Pabon. He wasted my time, when I could have been looking for other options with competent doctors. He only wants to operate on thin women. Beginning in January or February, I started the process for tubal reversal and paid in advance. After many excuses for not performing the surgery and wasting my time, he finally told me not to have the surgery. This is unethical. It is wrong to play with patients' feelings and dreams because they trust the doctor treating them, only to be disappointed in the end and dismissed without being offered another solution. I do not recommend him 😔😕😕 He disappointed me as a doctor. The truth is that I am completely disappointed with Dr. Julio Pabon. With the support of Dr. Pabon and his staff, we conceived successfully and delivered a beautiful, healthy, full-term baby girl in March. We struggled with recurrent pregnancy loss for more than eight years, and I am deeply grateful to Dr. Pabon and his staff for their support, alternative options, and outside-the-box thinking that helped me achieve this pregnancy.
