My wife and I cannot praise Dr. Chin and his office enough. We are currently expecting our third Chin baby. We are extremely grateful to him and his team for helping us create our family.

A good place with wonderful staff. They cannot accept Medicare/Medicaid. My experience working with them was very pleasant.

Many of our friends have seen Dr. Chin, and for good reason. Where do I begin? This is the most compassionate office, supporting us with kindness and guidance. The front desk is always welcoming, and the financial office understands insurance and offers guidance. His clinical staff truly care about patients and helped bring a healthy baby into our family. I have had problems with healthcare providers in the past, but Dr. Chin is the kindest and most knowledgeable. Feel free to ask him questions. Fertility can be a very lonely road, and sometimes even with a doctor you must take a different path. I would not want to receive care from anyone outside this office.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Chen. I am incredibly fortunate to have found him years ago, and because of him I will be celebrating my twins' graduation in just a few weeks. He helped us achieve what we once thought was impossible.

Buyer beware. Our experience at this fertility clinic was ultimately frustrating and sometimes concerning. The front desk staff were consistently rude and unprofessional, especially during morning check-in. Because of apparent problems with internal communication and recordkeeping, we repeatedly had to redo steps or provide the same information. We completed two IVF cycles at this clinic. During the second, our levels rose slowly, but the doctor said they were not rising quickly enough. Based on this, they advised us to stop medication. Soon afterward, we were referred to UC Health for further care. The situation became more complicated at UC Health. Although we had stopped medication the previous day as instructed by the original clinic, our levels doubled again. This made us question whether stopping treatment had been the correct decision. Around the same time, UC Health began including breast examinations in the evaluation. Given everything happening—the sudden termination of IVF treatment, the change in medical teams, and the shift in focus—this felt abrupt and somewhat disconnected from our main concern. Even if these changes were medically appropriate, they were not clearly explained, adding to our confusion and stress. To be fair, the health center's doctors were always prompt, but communication often felt brief and rushed, leaving many questions unanswered during an already emotional treatment process. Overall, front desk issues, poor communication, and the handling of critical decisions made the experience feel fragmented and difficult to navigate. I strongly encourage future patients to ask detailed questions, ensure the treatment plan is clear, and remain actively involved in their care.

I previously received care at another fertility clinic in Cincinnati before transferring here. Although we faced the same challenges, this team rose to them and suggested adjustments at every step. They always made us feel heard and treated us like family. They never gave up hope that we would have a child. With the help of Dr. Chen and his team, we welcomed our miracle baby boy on March 12, 2026! I highly recommend this clinic and all the support Dr. Chen provides to families facing fertility difficulties.

The office staff are unprofessional. Someone called the day before my telehealth consultation and said, “The fee must be paid or the telehealth visit will be canceled.” I ended up missing the appointment. They dismissed me from the clinic for missing it and denied that anyone had called me for payment beforehand.

The kindest people on earth, affordable, and heaven-sent. Dr. Chin is very knowledgeable and taught me so much about PCOS. He helped me change my lifestyle instead of simply prescribing medication like most practices. I became pregnant immediately through IUI but unfortunately miscarried. The staff cried with me and supported me—they truly care. On my second IUI cycle, I conceived twins, and they are now almost two years old. Happy, healthy, and thriving!

Honestly, whenever I think about my experience here, I cry tears of joy. It was the most amazing experience, from lovely Melinda at the front desk, to my wonderful nurse Mika, and then my incredible angels Dr. Chin and Hailey. Everyone who works here is wonderful, compassionate, and out of this world. Every appointment was quick and to the point. At 2:13 a.m., I am looking at my beautiful baby boy and feeling so grateful for people like Dr. Chin. I thank God every day for leading me to this practice.

After many other doctors in the United States and Mexico told me, 'I cannot have children,' my son is now 6 years old. Dr. Neeoo helped us have our child.
