They quietly tried to perform IVF on a married woman without even confirming that the sperm donor was her husband. The spouse's requests were ignored. Is this legal?

A good clinic. I was examined, became pregnant, and am now being monitored here. The doctors are attentive and professional. There were no unnecessary tests or imposed procedures. For example, when they said it would be better to get additional advice from an endocrinologist, they did not pressure me; they simply said one was available there if I wanted to book. The prices are very affordable for Moscow.

I was sent here for 2 consultations at 6500 each. Their first consultation is free, but they said they were 'not obligated to warn us.' We asked for the second consultation to be free because we were ready to enter the protocol and had already paid for the first consultation they provided. They said there would be no consultation fee if they enrolled me in the protocol. After the second consultation, they took another 6,500 because the protocol had to be signed within 2-3 days, and again 'they were not obligated to warn us.' 😂 Draw your own conclusions. I left, and you can find reviews similar to mine online. It is sad that they could have earned money from my protocol but instead damaged their reputation through consultation charges. By the way, the receptionist and the doctor on duty communicated very inappropriately. They were rude, like people at a market.

An excellent and attentive doctor. After 1 consultation, I chose her for my IVF program. To avoid misunderstandings, the doctor clearly explains the statistics and probabilities. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you do not feel disadvantaged or different. You can feel the help of a professional, as Liya Mikhailovna identified the problem before she had time to review the medical record fully. My first impression is positive, and we hope for a positive result.

Only the most negative impressions. 4 transfers: 1 natural cycle and 3 frozen. All were unsuccessful. Two hysteroscopies before the transfers. The clinic simply profits from other people's health. One year and about one million rubles spent. I would never recommend coming here; there will be no result. I have serious doubts about the embryology department.

Vladimirov Viktor Alexandrovich. His presence gives this clinic a significant advantage. He is a wonderful doctor: extremely well educated and highly professional, yet also very calm and understanding. About five years ago, his treatment protocol ended with the birth of my daughter.

Ladies, do not waste your money and energy here. I spent about 1.5 million rubles and asked the doctor to investigate my condition. The doctor had absolutely no interest in the patient's health; the main goal was to collect as much money as possible. Questions were not properly answered... Reception and management were another matter—it felt as though they were doing you a favor rather than you coming to them. They were rude, forgot to complete documents, and provided no guidance. After a year and a half of examinations by the “SUPER” doctor, there were no results and no diagnosis; “Well, I don't know” was considered a normal answer. After a year of medication, I developed a polyp and had to undergo another removal under anesthesia. Run. Wishing everyone a healthy pregnancy soon.

The best clinic!

As a prospective father who accompanied my wife to tests, screenings, and other procedures for over a year, I want to share a review. The staff are terrible. The attending physician and therapist can easily run an hour late while you sit waiting like a fool. The doctors monitoring pregnancy are either cold and indifferent or write complete nonsense in screening reports. They do not record the fetus's weight and length, and measurements differed slightly from the previous examination a month earlier in a way that could not be coincidental. No one is willing to apologize. I cannot praise Dr. Kazaryan, who performed our IVF, enough. She is the clinic's only bright spot. Everything else is appalling incompetence that would be hard to encounter even in a public hospital.

Terrible... At the end of June, I scheduled an appointment with Mosesova Yu for August 22. The doctor was going on vacation and would no longer be available for treatment. On August 17, they called and asked me to reschedule for August 20. I said I could not because I had no time, lived in another city... and that day did not fit my treatment cycle. They told me the doctor was simply going on vacation. )) I asked again... How were we supposed to proceed with treatment? I had already waited two months. If she was going on vacation, they replied: well, you will see other doctors. ))) In the clinic's Telegram group, other women wrote that this is what she does... She sees patients and goes on vacation whenever she wants. ))) She sends them away whenever she wants.

I want to share my experience at HGC. I went on a therapist's recommendation while working through my fear of pregnancy after age 40. I already have one child, and my husband and I had been considering a second. We wanted to try naturally rather than use IVF, understanding the age-related risks but also knowing many friends who had succeeded. I saw Dr. Natalia Yuryevna Prudnikova. Unfortunately, the consultation left a poor impression. She began strongly pushing IVF almost immediately, without considering my test results or physical condition, although all my values, including AMH, were normal. She did not discuss natural conception options or support my choice. Instead, she made frightening statements, especially that ‘nine out of ten women my age will have an unhealthy baby without IVF.’ This caused severe emotional stress and worsened the fear I had come to address. I left feeling the goal was to persuade me to undergo IVF rather than help and support me. There was no empathy, individualized treatment, or respect for my beliefs and medical status. I sincerely hope clinic management takes cases like this seriously. Patients need trust and professional care, not pressure and fear. 😟 I do not recommend this clinic.

This clinic was a lifesaver for our family! After years of waiting and several failed attempts at other clinics, we came here because acquaintances had conceived on their first attempt. We booked with N.Yu. Prudnikova and went through a difficult journey with her, resulting in pregnancy after the first transfer! Our son is already 1.3 years old! We are deeply grateful to Natalia Yuryevna. She carefully assessed everything and supported us, even when we wanted to give up. With her extensive experience and professionalism, she knew it would work!

I completed two IVF cycles with Dr. Yulia Yevgenyevna Mosesova. The planned IVF required embryo genetic testing, so the embryos would be frozen. She prescribed two medications with opposing effects: Meriofert to stimulate follicle growth and Progynova to suppress it. Progynova might be justified for endometrial growth, but no implantation could occur in this cycle because DNA testing was required. I developed two follicles. After retrieval, the doctor called the eggs “beautiful,” but the next day wrote that they were “unsuitable for fertilization.” She did not answer my questions and disappeared for a week and a half, despite reading my polite messages every three days. She had given me only her phone number, and the clinic kept saying she would contact me. When the next cycle began, she still did not reply, so I booked through the clinic. At the visit, she brought in a nervous-looking 20-year-old woman and told me to ask her my questions. I was most concerned about factors affecting egg quality. The doctor mentioned many possibilities, such as retinol cream, which I had not used, but dismissed the possibility that the hormone protocol was unsuitable. 😅 For the second cycle I also consulted another doctor and attended two clinics because I could not immediately provide my husband's frozen sperm sample; a power of attorney was required but unavailable for personal reasons. Before retrieval, I had four follicles. Dr. Mosesova saw and punctured only three. Afterward, she admitted there was a fourth but claimed it was behind the corpus luteum and inaccessible. The corpus luteum disappears by cycle days 2–3, and by the retrieval on day 18 it was gone. I believe she lied to me. The eggs were later good quality (M11) and fertilized, but she again disappeared and replied only every three days. She eventually discarded two embryos, saying they had not survived or developed. I went to another clinic. My interpretation is that retrieval costs about 90,000 rubles there, and the clinic maximizes profit by producing and retrieving only 1–2 eggs per cycle, requiring repeated 90,000-ruble procedures.
