Dr. Boltz and his team are wonderful! Every time we entered the clinic, they made us feel completely comfortable and listened patiently to all our needs. Juanita was amazing. She helped us tremendously and made our visits very pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Boltz. A perfect experience!

Dr. Polcz and his team are wonderful. I spent a year receiving unsuccessful treatment at another clinic before finally becoming pregnant under Dr. Polcz's guidance. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in detail, a refreshing contrast to larger, more commercial fertility clinics.

Polcz Fertility truly changed our lives. After trying to conceive for more than a year, we realized we needed help, and choosing this clinic was one of the best decisions we have made. From the beginning, we loved the warm, intimate atmosphere. We never felt like a number. Dr. Polcz is wonderful—he always explained everything patiently and thoroughly, ensuring we understood every treatment step. I am deeply grateful to Juanita. She made the process much easier. She genuinely cared, supported us, and was always available when we needed reassurance or had questions. Her kindness and compassion were essential during this emotional journey. Communication was excellent. My husband and I could call with questions at any time, and they never dismissed or rushed us. They listened carefully to all my concerns and worked with us to develop the treatment plan that felt right. Thanks to their attentive care and support, I became pregnant during my second cycle and am now 15 weeks pregnant. We are immensely grateful and have already decided to return when we are ready for a second child. I highly recommend Polcz Fertility to anyone beginning or currently on a fertility journey.

I loved my experience at Dr. Polcz’s clinic. Dr. Polcz is wonderful, and so are his staff. We finally had a son and will return in the future.

My doctor referred me for an HSG. This clinic wanted $400 plus a credit-card fee just to speak with the doctor before they would schedule the test!!! Then an ultrasound was around $1,500, and the doctor said it was not very effective!!! An IVF clinic in Florida charges only $650 for the actual procedure, done once. If you are paying out of pocket, watch your wallet carefully!!!

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Polcz and his excellent team. From day one, they were warm, friendly, and genuinely supportive. Infertility is a difficult journey, but they made every step easier and never let me feel alone. Their care, patience, and professionalism meant so much. I always felt heard, respected, and sincerely cared for. I am very grateful for everything they did and highly recommend them to anyone needing fertility treatment.

Dr. Polcz is very nice, and we have no complaints about him. We appreciate the clinic's warm atmosphere and that it is not too busy. The staff are kind, but frequent turnover has been discouraging. The previous female embryologist explained things better than her male successor. Our favorite nurse always understood our needs, but she left several months ago and has not been adequately replaced. The staff strongly influenced our choice of clinic, so we are unhappy with these changes.

A 10-star review. As a healthcare professional, I must say that Dr. Polcz and his staff impressed me deeply. The office is very professional and spends plenty of time explaining the process and answering questions. I appreciate Dr. Polcz's honesty and sincerity, and that he does not overpromise. IVF is a very difficult and lengthy journey. We must understand that success is not guaranteed on the first or second attempt. It is important to find a patient, persistent, and supportive team during this process. Dr. Polcz and his team have all these qualities. They did not give up on me. I am very happy to be a patient of this practice. Looking back, this baby was worth every injection, tear, and prayer.

Dr. Polcz and the staff are true professionals. When I married my wife several years ago, I accepted that I might never have children because I knew there were many difficulties with conceiving. Nearly three years after our son was born, most of our family and friends say he looks like me. I am overjoyed because there was a time when I could not imagine what having a child would be like. Thank you to Dr. Polcz and the team for their hard work and attention to detail. Update: A few years after the original post, we now have not one but two boys through IVF! I hope this post encourages others to use this fertility center. I will always be grateful for the dedication of Dr. Polcz and the staff. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Dr. Polcz and his incredible team highly enough. From my first visit, he took time to truly listen to my concerns, understand my unique journey, and create a personalized, no-pressure plan tailored to my needs. Unlike my experience at a large IVF clinic, where I often felt like just another person, Dr. Polcz made me feel seen and cared for. Although I did not pursue IVF, the simple, thoughtful protocol he recommended worked beautifully. Nine months later, I delivered a healthy, strong, beautiful baby girl! His compassion, expertise, and dedication made all the difference, and his kind, supportive office staff created a comfortable, trusting environment throughout. I only wish I had found Dr. Polcz sooner. If you are looking for a fertility doctor who genuinely cares, takes time to listen, and develops a personalized plan without pressure, look no further. He truly changed our lives, and I will always be grateful!
