It has been a month of repeated calls and texts with no response or follow-up. This is disappointing, especially because my naturopathic doctor partners with them for certain services. I have informed my office that the lack of communication may make this an unsuitable partnership.

My husband and I are very grateful to Bloom, especially their outstanding provider Kim Anderson. I began fertility treatment at age 22. Many people may not expect to go through this in their early 20s, but after a PCOS diagnosis involving amenorrhea and anovulation, this was the journey we had to face. Every provider was very kind, understanding, supportive, and personable. After 4 treatment cycles, we welcomed our sweet baby! We would not be where we are today without Bloom Fertility. I highly recommend Bloom Fertility to anyone beginning their fertility journey. Every provider responds promptly to calls, emails, and texts. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but the providers break it down into steps to ensure you fully understand. It is clear that they are highly educated and knowledgeable in this field. I contacted the clinic on August 6. I called first, but no one answered, so I used the website’s text-message service to explain the retrievals and transfers I had already completed and that I still had stored embryos. They replied that day, said the wait was about four months, and asked whether I wanted to be added. I said yes. They then requested all my information, including cycle regularity, the treatment we wanted, and insurance. I sent everything but received no reply—nothing. Whenever I call, I still cannot reach anyone. I understand there is a waiting list, but do they not schedule anything? Other clinics may have waits, but at least they book an appointment. Does this clinic simply wait several months, then start calling people and expect them to abandon whatever else they have scheduled? It is great if others have had good results, but failure to communicate promptly before a patient even arrives seriously undermines my confidence. If the messaging system is faulty, it should be fixed so people waiting to begin time-sensitive treatment can actually reach the clinic.

There is no better doctor than Dr. Behera in Scottsdale, Arizona, or anywhere in the world. She is more than a doctor; she is an angel.

Words cannot describe how happy my wife and I are with this place. They helped us achieve our dream. After disappointing opinions elsewhere, we were very direct, and the doctor responded respectfully and was equally direct with us. We are very satisfied with the doctors, nurses, and staff. Keep up the good work.

I am disappointed with this office! I have called for more than two weeks trying to schedule as a new patient. I called first thing when they opened, in the afternoon, and late in the afternoon. No one answered. I called the new-patient line, current-patient line, and provider line. No one answers. I wanted to become a patient because my OB recommended the clinic and it offers exactly the services I want. I work in a medical office, and the apparent staffing shortage and failure to answer calls are concerning. I do not understand how a medical office can simply not answer the phone.

First, I want to say that Dr. Reschke was wonderful, but I did not hear from her after the initial consultation. The ultrasound technician and nurse at the Chandler clinic were excellent; I am sorry I forgot their names. However, those two could not make up for the terrible experience with the billing department and office staff who do not return calls. They communicate only by email and require repeated follow-up before responding. After receiving several different totals for my balance, it took a long time to receive a statement. They also charged these bills to my credit card, yet the process was still incomplete. Laboratory tests were drawn without being discussed with me or included in my plan. I was shocked to receive a $2,000 bill from LabCorp. I called and left a message asking the office manager to call me. I left the billing department a voicemail asking them to call rather than email. Last month, I sent three texts and left a message on the current-patient hotline but received no response. I am trying to transfer to a new fertility clinic while trying to have a child. The stress caused by this place is unnecessary. I simply want my statement, an explanation of why tests I did not approve were ordered, and my medical records so I can move on. Please help me obtain them so I can leave this place.
