I handle purchasing partnerships with many medical fertility clinics in Texas and other states. I tried to reach someone at this clinic by phone, but they completely ignored my request. I only wanted an email address so my inquiry could reach the appropriate person. Mira was unwilling to provide adequate customer service; she simply needed to listen to the customer's needs and offer a solution.

This was my first and best experience ever with advanced fertility clinic. We were blessed to only have to do one trial. Everyone was great. Very great bedside manner. I would recommend Dr allon to any family wanting a baby. I was blessed to come out with twins from iui.

Our IVF coordinator Wendy was amazing. She always had a smile and made my wife and me feel very welcome and comfortable at every appointment. Thanks to Dr. Allon, my wife conceived twins on our first IUI. It was a wonderful experience, and the other staff were as warm and friendly as Wendy. Highly recommended! 🥰🥰

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Allon’s team! I would absolutely recommend them. Their patient coordinator Mira is wonderful, and working with her was a blessing. Serena was also one of our favorite people to work with. She was very kind and considerate, which meant so much during this difficult time in our lives! There were some challenges during the process, but Mira and Serena made us feel very well cared for! My only suggestion for the clinic is to improve communication with patients. We received inconsistent information several times. This caused stress and anxiety every week, and poor communication only made it worse. Thank you very much to Dr. Allon and his team!

Dr. Aron and his outstanding team represent the highest level of medical expertise and compassionate care. Their extensive knowledge and excellent bedside manner create an environment where patients feel valued and understood. As we begin our second successful IVF cycle, I am deeply grateful that we chose Advanced Fertility as our trusted partner. Their unwavering support and professionalism made an enormous difference in our experience.

I do not usually leave reviews, but my husband and I went to Dr. Aron for IVF treatment. The staff were very rude, communication was poor, and they did not return calls. Our IVF cycle with them failed, so we are changing doctors. I do not recommend this clinic, especially if you are on a fertility journey.

The office staff are disorganized; the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. You can drive 20 minutes along I-10 for an appointment confirmed by phone at a fixed price, only for them to triple the price and say the service you came for has changed. Then, after you drive 20 minutes home, someone else calls and says, “Oops, we were wrong.” They do not value your time or feelings. In my experience, they value only your money. I would not recommend this place.

Just wow! We scheduled evaluations at several fertility centers in the Houston area. Another doctor requested records from AFCT so we could have all the results before our next appointment. We signed an authorization to release the records last week and sent it to AFCT. Today we called many times and left multiple voicemails. Someone returned one call, but hung up after we asked who we were speaking with. It is unbelievable that these supposed professionals performed the procedures and have the results available, yet are doing everything possible to obstruct the process and hold hostage records we need and have the right to take wherever we choose. There is no urgency. How strange that sending these results takes so long, while this office is quick to try to sell you donor eggs you may not even want or need. Shocking.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Allon and very happy with everything he did for me. I spent many years trying to carry a pregnancy to term, and I finally succeeded. Dr. Allon, Lizz, and the entire Advanced Fertility Center staff were outstanding. From the first visit to the final appointment, communication and information were excellent. With the center’s help and guidance, I felt confident that IVF would succeed. I would recommend him and his team to everyone.

Read the negative reviews before trusting this practice. My OB-GYN recommended a fertility specialist because my AMH result was below normal. She recommended another clinic, but I also booked Dr. Allon at Advanced Fertility because they had a cancellation and could see me the next day. Great. I had read the negative reviews and warnings, but I prefer forming my own opinion and trusting the doctor and my experience. Dr. Allon was pleasant, relaxed, and proactive. He immediately scheduled hysteroscopy without wasting time on other tests, which I appreciated. During that same visit, however, staff mentioned becoming a donor-egg recipient. Wait—I was only there to assess my own eggs. I had never tried to become pregnant and knew nothing about fertility except that my AMH was low. Donor eggs? About a week later, a nurse called and again surprised me with donor-egg discussion before I had even been tested. The pressure was unnecessary and careless. During the initial consultation, Dr. Allon prescribed a vaginal cream to prepare for hysteroscopy. I asked whether its hormones could cause cancer, and he firmly said no. At the pharmacy, the first listed adverse effect I read was cancer. Frightening. I reported this concern and discrepancy, and the office promised to respond. Instead of explaining the potentially cancer-related cream, they called again about donor eggs. Why? My trust was broken. A clinical supervisor eventually called and apologized at length for the intrusive donor-egg agenda and the failure to address my real concern promptly. Meanwhile, another clinic completed ovarian testing and ultrasound. Everything was fine: my AMH was normal, and I had many healthy eggs of my own. I still attended the scheduled hysteroscopy with Dr. Allon, a minor procedure under sedation. When staff learned I had been tested elsewhere, they pressured me to choose one clinic for treatment. What treatment? I was there for testing. I can choose as many clinics as I like for testing; insurance covers it, and if not, I can pay. Yet staff made me feel guilty. The anesthesiologist was rude, and the sedative caused intense burning pain. He rolled his eyes and left because I cried out from fear and pain. I had volunteered for this procedure and tried to be brave. Next, I remember someone violently pulling on my lower jaw, which had previously undergone surgery and which I had told the anesthesiologist about before the IV. In the recovery room, I remember excruciating, shocking pain in my jaw and fighting the hands holding it. It was like a horror movie, with awareness coming and going for hours. Why they pulled my jaw remains a mystery. I gradually woke, and everything became calm. My husband took me home and said that when he entered I was screaming and struggling in pain. My jaw and chest hurt for days, much more than my uterus, where the camera had been. I looked forward to meeting Dr. Allon to review the hysteroscopy and ask about the jaw incident and chest pain. One week after surgery, his office called to say he would not work with me and that I should cancel my husband's appointment. I truly liked Dr. Allon. Something must have happened during the hysteroscopy that they were afraid to discuss or answer questions about. The postoperative experience, delayed responses, and donor-egg pressure were unbelievable.

They lack communication skills and do not answer the phone to schedule any type of appointment. Their time management is terrible, and they take advantage of how eager parents are to grow their families because they know people will wait a long time and may not know how else to manage the process. It is safe to say that if the intended parents were not using this clinic, I certainly would not choose them. They do not make their patients a priority.

My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Allon and the entire team at Advanced Fertility Center. After years of infertility, we decided to pursue IVF, and we could not have found a better doctor to guide us through the journey. I had no opportunity to speak with a doctor or nurse because of the receptionist's highly unprofessional conduct. A disappointing experience.

We spent a great deal of money without success. We were supposed to have two attempts, but after being clearly told we had two chances, we were informed that we had only one. Instead, they wanted us to pay several thousand dollars more, which we did not have. Unfortunately, we now have to wait until we can save more money.

I love this place! Dr. Allon is very thorough, kind, gentle when delivering news or explanations, and positive. The staff are wonderful and very friendly! Salena has a very calming presence and was extremely helpful throughout my treatment. Even the procedure went smoothly, and everyone was so attentive and caring. They offer options and never simply say no or that something is impossible. They find a way. I am now happily pregnant with my first child! This journey was completely worthwhile! For me, Advanced Fertility Center of Texas is the only fertility clinic with the best doctors and hardworking nurses. Thanks to its responsible and dedicated doctors, I had a healthy pregnancy. Despite the issues in my fertility journey, Dr. Allon was extremely attentive and persistent in finding a solution to every problem. Even during severe weather, the clinic never closed; the entire staff came to work each day in high spirits and provided patients with tremendous help. Their care is not limited to scheduled appointments. If you visit the clinic outside an appointment, they respond to concerns openly and kindly. No matter how busy they are, they always treat you wonderfully. During the nearly one year I was there, Dr. Allon consistently showed strength and responsibility at all my appointments and procedures. I do not remember every nurse's name; I mainly recognize their faces. One nurse, Selina, is among the kindest and most professional, and I am grateful to her from the bottom of my heart. Without Advanced Fertility Center of Texas, I would not have been able to become pregnant again. With the help of Dr. Allon, all the doctors, and their hardworking staff, I can have a healthy baby.
