Sous la direction des Dres Monica Best et Erin Lewis, RBA Marietta propose des plans de traitement de fertilité personnalisés, notamment la fécondation in vitro (IVF), l’IUI, la prise en charge de la fertilité masculine, les examens d’infertilité, le diagnostic génétique préimplantatoire, le traitement du SOPK, la congélation ovocytaire/préservation de la fertilité, la gestation pour autrui, le don d’ovocytes/la banque d’ovocytes et la prise en charge de la fertilité des personnes LGBT.

Notre centre de fertilité de Marietta est situé sur le campus du Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, à seulement 22 miles au nord du centre-ville d’Atlanta et à 31 miles au nord de l’aéroport international Hartsfield-Jackson.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at RBA. We had longed for a baby, and with IVF and the help of Dr. Best and her team, our dream finally came true. Dr. Best is kind, compassionate, approachable, and professional. She explained the entire process in detail and developed the most effective plan for us. The nurses, phlebotomists, ultrasound technicians, and other clinic staff always responded quickly to our questions and provided support. Instructions for medications, tests, and treatment were also clear. Dr. Slayden played an important role in our journey and was equally kind and professional. We would choose RBA again and recommend it to anyone struggling with infertility.

My wife and I were referred by her gynecologist. A week earlier, she called, discussed insurance with a staff member, provided our insurance information, and scheduled a date and time. When we arrived, the front desk asked for a $300 consultation fee because our insurance was out of network. I understand insurance is insurance, but $300 for a 15- to 30-minute consultation seemed outrageous, even knowing this is a business. What upset me most was the emotional toll on my wife. We drove two hours, took time off work, and so on. She had been excited that we might finally find answers about conceiving, or at least a place to begin, only to have to leave because of something that could have been checked on the first call.

Words cannot express our gratitude and admiration for Dr. Lewis, her outstanding assistant Jennifer, and the entire RBA team. From our first consultation, we knew we had found the right people—not only because of their medical expertise, but also their genuine compassion. Dr. Lewis combines empathy, extensive knowledge, and dedication. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and never made us feel like just another patient, but like family. Jennifer was equally remarkable—always prompt, kind, and thoughtful, often responding after hours to ensure we had the reassurance and answers we needed. Such dedication is rare and shows how deeply they care for patients. Throughout treatment, RBA gave us support, understanding, and hope. They celebrated every milestone and gave us strength when we needed it most. Thanks to their attentive care and expertise, we now have the joy and hope we dreamed of. We highly recommend RBA and Dr. Lewis for compassionate, professional reproductive care. They do more than help build families—they become part of yours.

I attended my appointment today only to be told they could do nothing and could not perform any tests, even though I had called ahead to confirm that they offered the services listed on their website. It felt as though they had no interest in helping me and did not even understand why I was there. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will not return.

Dr. Best is unquestionably one of the leading doctors in the field. I have had the opportunity to be her patient since 2021, and it was one of the best decisions for my family. Her entire staff is also professional, helpful, and understanding. I would recommend this clinic to my closest friends and family without hesitation.

Dr. Best and her team are wonderful! I am extremely grateful to this clinic. They helped us conceive successfully within a few months after I wasted a year at ACRM. Dr. Toledo performed my transfer and was also wonderful. RBA's care was exceptional, especially compared with my previous clinic.

After my OB-GYN referred me for recurrent pregnancy loss, I attended a free virtual consultation where an assistant outlined the testing process in detail. When scheduling, I asked about the expected copay but was told it was uncertain. When I arrived for the HSG, I was told the copay was $495, an extremely high amount given my insurance coverage. I declined and had the test through my OB-GYN for a total of $190, including anesthesia. (ProNox NitrousOxide)

**Proceed with extreme caution** I explored multiple options to find the best fit for me in starting my family. When I first spoke with RBA we specifically went over pricing to determine cost of treatment. After being told by RBA that the first initial consult was free I was then charged $125 WEEKS later as if I wouldn’t have noticed. There were numerous times we went over the pricing before even scheduling a consult or anything further and what I was to be expected to pay. For a 15 min consult with a nurse practitioner to simply tell me about what RBA offers and not even my treatment plan, I was charged $125 a month later for the “free consult”. Definitely proceed with caution to prevent random charges that they find ways to get away with. I will 100% not be continuing my treatment with RBA anywhere.

I am frustrated. I called to schedule the test and followed the instructions, but now they say I must wait until next month. If the same thing happens next month, how long will I have to wait to achieve my dream? I do not like this, and after seeing the rating, I do not think I will continue.
