I cannot say enough good things about Kindbody. I had recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) and underwent my first egg retrieval at Kindbody at age 40. My first meeting was with Cara, a nurse. She was the only nurse who first asked my husband and me what we envisioned for our family—how many children we wanted. They then performed all the testing—lab work, ultrasounds, and more. During my first egg retrieval, she made a point of coming in to say hello and wish me luck. My nurse, Lindsay, was absolutely amazing. She was responsive and precise, and patiently answered every question, big or small—if I needed a call, she would reach out to me. I cannot thank her enough. Before the transfer, she even made a special trip to my room to wish me luck. Then there were Abby and Lauren, who drew my blood. I loved them—they were funny, you could talk to them about anything, and they always made this awful situation feel lighter. My husband could not join me for my first ultrasound because of the short notice. But knowing the entire medical team would be there with me if something was truly wrong made me feel at ease. Larissa and Mya were excellent at performing ultrasounds. They explained what they were doing as they took measurements, avoiding awkward silence, and always answered questions patiently. Finally, Dr. Hayes was also wonderful. Knowing what she has accomplished makes you feel confident that you are in the right hands. I feel that if something does not work, she can always find a solution—whether supplements or another treatment plan. I trust that she has seen it all in OB-GYN and fertility care, so whatever issue we encounter, I know she will know what to do. I trust her completely. The front desk scheduled my lab work and appointments around my work hours. They feel like family, and I am deeply grateful that they gave me the chance to build a family ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Kindbody Milwaukee! Dr. Hayes was excellent. He tailored my IVF protocol to my circumstances and achieved the desired result. He also helped me through several difficulties, including a complex hysteroscopy. The nurses, technicians, phlebotomists, and administrative staff were kind, welcoming, and responsive. Scheduling was also easy. I have no complaints about the process and look forward to welcoming my daughter in September, thanks to this clinic.

From the beginning, KindBody took excellent care of me. Although my IVF journey was not easy, KindBody helped me achieve my dream of motherhood when it had previously seemed nearly impossible. I now have a beautiful two-and-a-half-year-old daughter and am preparing for my next embryo transfer cycle. Thank you, KindBody!

I am so glad I chose Kindbody to help us welcome new life! I am now holding my 11-week-old baby boy, all thanks to Dr. Ellen Hayes and her team. They gave us the most precious gift.

Kindbody is amazing—from the front desk, nurses, doctors, lab staff, and medical assistants to everyone else! They were so caring and made the entire experience feel warm. I feel incredibly fortunate that this excellent team helped me become pregnant! My little one is three weeks old today! Special thanks to Abi, Lindsey(s), and Dr. Hayes! 💜💜

From our first appointment, our Kindbody experience was flawless. Starting a fertility journey can be overwhelming and emotional, but their team supported us at every step with extraordinary compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Every interaction—whether a consultation, a simple question, or a major milestone—was handled with patience, clarity, and kindness. They treated us not just as patients but as people, which meant everything during such a vulnerable time. Special thanks to Abi, who went far beyond expectations. We will always remember her warmth, dedication, and unwavering support. She made us feel understood, heard, and cared for. Because of Kindbody, we now have our beautiful baby, and words cannot express our gratitude. If you want a team combining clinical expertise with genuine humanity, Kindbody is the place. We will always be grateful.

The healthcare team is truly wonderful. They are exceptionally kind and excellent. Highly recommended! Thank you for all your hard work ❤️

Everyone is very friendly and patiently answers any questions you have. My wife and I sometimes felt they could be a little distant, but that may have been a misunderstanding from limited communication. We had intrauterine insemination (IUI), and they were very thoughtful throughout the process. We give them four stars!

I was treated at Kindbody Milwaukee 18 months ago. I have to say that the nurses there were always wonderful. After treatment ended, I called to confirm that my account was paid in full and that I had no remaining balance. I was told there was nothing due and no other bill. However, two weeks ago—18 months later—I received a bill by email. Over the past two weeks, I have called the billing department several times and waited more than an hour each time. I requested a callback through the automated system but never received one. I also called the KB Milwaukee office, but they could only transfer me to billing, where no one answered. Although I had a good impression of the staff, the billing process has been terrible.

We completed two egg retrieval cycles at Kindbody and had a wonderful experience throughout. The staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive. Every interaction made us feel cared for, and we always felt heard and supported. The entire team’s empathy made this challenging journey much easier. Dr. Hayes was outstanding—knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring toward her patients. She explained everything clearly, patiently answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable at every step. We are very grateful to the Kindbody team and highly recommend them to anyone undergoing fertility treatment.

Dr. Hayes helped us through several embryo transfers and always made the process warm, comfortable, and as simple as possible. Every member of the Kindbody team made our experience easier and more pleasant.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Kindbody. From the beginning of my IVF journey through my successful embryo transfer and the birth of my daughter, I felt thoroughly supported, informed, and cared for at every step. IVF can be an overwhelming and emotional process, but the entire Kindbody team made everything feel manageable. Communication was one of their greatest strengths. They always kept me informed about the next steps, timing, test results, and what to expect, which was very reassuring. No matter how small my question or concern, they responded patiently and provided detailed explanations. Their emotional support was just as important as the treatment itself. Every interaction felt caring and thoughtful rather than rushed or impersonal. The staff genuinely cared about my experience and outcome, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. I always felt heard, respected, and encouraged. The clinic itself was organized and efficient, which also helped reduce my stress throughout the process. Appointments were clearly scheduled and well coordinated, and I felt confident from beginning to end knowing my care was in the hands of a skilled and experienced team. Thanks to Kindbody, my IVF transfer was successful, and I am now holding my healthy daughter. I am incredibly grateful for their care, dedication, and support. I wholeheartedly recommend Kindbody to anyone considering fertility treatment—they will support you throughout the entire journey.

Dr. Ellen Hayes, Carla, and all the staff were wonderful and a pleasure to work with. They helped us tremendously throughout and made everything as smooth as possible. We welcomed our IVF baby on November 11, 2025. We are very grateful to Kindbody Milwaukee for all the support that helped us become a family of four.

The setting is beautiful, clean, and pleasant. All the staff are very friendly. Our English is limited, but the English-speaking women were happy to translate for us, which was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Hayes and her team are wonderful! During a physically and emotionally challenging time, Dr. Hayes listened patiently, showed empathy, and provided expert guidance. I felt heard and valued throughout. Her team was also outstanding. I genuinely felt that they cared about me and prioritized my recovery. I am very grateful to Dr. Hayes and her team!

It is hard to express how exceptional Kindbody Milwaukee is. The entire care team is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, and the clinic itself feels calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed: professional without feeling overly clinical. Larissa and Lauren made every visit feel safe and reassuring. I was very nervous during my first stimulation cycle. Larissa was the first clinician I met, and her calm confidence immediately put me at ease. That steady presence is rare in medical settings and made every interaction with her feel different. She is also a highly skilled sonographer. She made ultrasounds more comfortable than I had ever experienced, reflecting both her expertise and concern for patients. Lauren always makes you feel she is right there with you. She is the most skilled phlebotomist I have worked with. I am notoriously difficult to draw blood from, but she succeeds on the first attempt every time, with almost no pain. I wish she could draw my blood at every medical visit! Honestly, my experience would not have been the same without them, and I am deeply grateful. IVF is stressful enough, but every visit reminded me that I was being cared for by people who truly cared and that I was not alone in this journey.

Wonderful team, so caring at every visit. Avi, who draws my blood, is the best—very gentle and friendly. I deeply appreciate their kindness and care during this difficult process.

Hello everyone, I am writing this review because I have had polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) since I was 18. I miscarried in Puerto Rico in 2019 and have been unable to conceive naturally since then. I am now 25. I learned about Kindbody Clinic in October 2024. At first I was afraid and nervous because I had undergone two unsuccessful intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles at another fertility clinic. They gave me hope without results, which made me stop seeking help. In December 2024, I had my first appointment at Kindbody Clinic to learn more and determine why I could not become pregnant. It turned out that I needed hormonal support and close monitoring to keep me safe and prepare my body. My previous employer gave me the opportunity to try in vitro fertilization (IVF), which introduced me to Kindbody Clinic. The medical team was very supportive, and I placed everything in God's hands. They explained each step professionally and in patient-friendly terms so my husband and I could fully understand. The hormonal changes and two-hour drive were admittedly difficult, but my dream and desire to become a mother were much stronger. We transferred our first male embryo on May 23 and prayed to God. The team communicated very well and called after the procedure to make sure I was okay. All my questions were answered promptly. On June 2, my husband and I learned that I was pregnant after six years of asking myself when and why. In three months, we will meet our first baby boy. 🩵 My advice to anyone who truly wants to become a parent but has been unable to do so: I hope this clinic can help you receive the care you need and finally realize your precious dream of parenthood. Do not give up, and remember that every body is different. It may take time and effort, but it will all be worth it in the end! 100/100! I hope this ultrasound image of my baby gives everyone hope and helps them decide to visit the Kindbody clinic in Milwaukee. 🤍 Sending warm wishes to everyone undergoing treatment. 🤍🍼🚼

Kindbody is very welcoming, and the people here care for patients even when they are not feeling well. We underwent one intrauterine insemination (IUI) and one in vitro fertilization (IVF) in 2023-2024 and wish we had switched clinics sooner. We “graduated” after our son was born in 2024. We previously received care at Froederdt Hospital, and that experience was terrible. Dr. Hayes is highly knowledgeable, and the staff are unmatched!

We had an excellent experience at Kindbody Milwaukee. From the first appointment, I felt every staff member genuinely cared and wanted to know me as a whole person, not just another patient. From the new-patient consultation and testing through embryo retrieval and transfer, the process was much faster than expected, and our success rate was far higher than anticipated. The nurses and sonographers were very thorough when reviewing ultrasound images, results, and treatment plans, which I greatly appreciated. When our first transfer failed, Kindbody adjusted my protocol, and our second transfer succeeded. My only complaint is that the billing/financial center is difficult to reach and communicate with, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5. My husband and I look forward to continuing with Kindbody when we are ready to grow our family again.

This was my second IVF experience; the first was at another clinic six years ago. Although that process was not entirely smooth, I still felt the care was first-rate and that a professional team cared about me and addressed my concerns. This experience was terrible. I truly felt this clinic lacked care and consideration. I began documenting my experience early because I intended to leave a Google review regardless of the outcome. The staff I met in person were excellent. The phlebotomists, receptionists, and ultrasound technicians were warm and friendly. However, the overall process felt like a paper exercise, with no personalization for me, my condition, or my age. Everything seemed rushed, and communication was poor. Medication instructions were cumbersome and unclear. I scheduled a Pixel pharmacist to review them, but they forgot the appointment, so I had to figure everything out by watching YouTube videos. During my first IVF cycle, a nurse personally guided me through each injection step. These medications were completely different and new to me, and I had never mixed medication myself. Some doses were written on the packaging, while others were listed on the website, which was very confusing. I had to contact the after-hours nursing line. They did help, but each time their tone felt condescending, as though I were wasting their time. Then came my first egg retrieval. Everything went smoothly. About 3 minutes before the procedure, I met the doctor for the first and only time, then woke up ready to go home. I was groggy and did not think to ask about the retrieval results. At home, I expected a message with the results. I sent a portal message saying I had not seen them and waited several more hours. When nothing arrived, I called the clinic and was told the record said the doctor had discussed the results and next steps with me after the procedure. I said that was untrue; I had only briefly met her beforehand. In fact, as the nurse escorted me out, she told me to schedule a follow-up with the doctor at the front desk to plan the transfer. Since the retrieval had failed, that appointment was unnecessary. This clinic schedules cycles around its timetable and business needs rather than a woman's natural body timing and cycle. They force your cycle to fit their working hours. This made me question the care I received, whether testing or procedures were performed accurately, and whether the timing was right for me. Most communication is virtual or through the message portal. Today, I learned through the portal that my eggs were immature and unusable, meaning the retrieval failed. This felt extremely inconsiderate; at minimum, they should have called. The organization disabled replies, leaving me no way to ask questions. I contacted HR to complain because this is the only clinic available through our employer benefits. I will update my review if my experience changes. Considering how much money they make from this service, I certainly expect genuinely compassionate care.

If I could leave a no star review I would. So for starters I paid 100 to see if I was fertile or what’s preventing me from getting pregnant. They did and ultrasound and told me my left tube ( which is the only tube and ovary I have left the right one was removed for different medical reasons) was blocked and that if I wanted to have more kids (at the time I only had 4 children) I would have to get the tube removed and do IVF. Turn out there was never any blockage in my tube because I fell pregnant weeks later after being told I had the blockage. Your clinic lied and I feel like you lie to multiple people just to get their money. If anyone reading my review I wouldn’t trust kindbody diagnosis. If your trying to conceive keep trying and don’t let these people take your money

I am a four-time surrogate and breast milk donor. I visited Kindbody in 2021, when it was still called Vios Fertility. I thought the visit went well and was excited at first. However, after I left, I received a call from the facility. A woman, possibly a receptionist, yelled at me, accused me of recording the phlebotomist, and said that if I had filmed any images of the vials in the room, I might have violated HIPPAA. I had only recorded my arm during the blood draw and did not realize recording was prohibited because there were no signs and no staff member asked me to stop. Fast-forward to May 2024: I had completed Kindbody's intake forms and scheduled 3 appointments. I did not know that Vios had become Kindbody. I liked the intake process and looked forward to working with what I thought was a newer fertility clinic. All appointments were canceled less than 24 hours after the first was scheduled. Kindbody called the fertility clinic I was working with in New York and told them that I had previously been banned for misconduct. I left a voicemail to discuss with Kindbody how sharing any information, especially inaccurate information, with a third-party company was inappropriate, as was failing to notify me directly about the cancellations. For comparison, I have two friends—one I attended school with from middle school through college, and another for whom I donated breast milk—who documented their IVF process with VIOS/Kindbody, posted clips from inside the facility, and were not banned. I do not understand why I cannot share clips from my IVF/surrogacy journey on social media for reference and documentation. Update: I filed a complaint with OCR outlining the HIPAA violations, but the organization's owner has not removed the Google response.

Kindbody is a warm and welcoming place where it's clearly apparent that they care about each woman's individual circumstances. They become personally invested in each unique journey and are there with you through the ups and the downs. I highly recommend having a consultation with them. You'll immediately feel loved! God Bless to all the women out there struggling - just remember that God is faithful! My wife and I are praying for you. Thanks so much, Kindbody staff!
17/03/2025
My experience at Kindbody was disappointing. I came hoping for compassionate guidance and a thorough discussion of every possible option, but I felt IVF was presented as the only way forward. There was little empathy for the emotional toll of infertility and loss, and I did not feel my concerns were truly heard. I wanted a more patient-centered approach that considered alternative treatments and a personalized plan instead of a one-size-fits-all push toward IVF. Regarding my laboratory results, the practitioner neither requested nor analyzed any nutritional data, yet made a broad, unsupported conclusion that the only way to address certain issues was to eat more fruits and vegetables, without asking what my diet already included. I do substantial advocacy work for women trying to conceive and their families and address the grief of infertility. If you want to explore every possibility with care and understanding, I would not recommend this clinic.
06/02/2025
The initial appointment was good, but follow-up afterward was slow. Communication was not always consistent.

We began our journey with Kindbody, formerly Vios, in 2020 during a very uncertain time. The staff was kind and reassuring. Over the past four years, we completed several cycles with them, resulting in our two sons in 2021 and 2024. The doctors and staff were kind and compassionate. They truly listened to my concerns and addressed them directly. I felt very involved in my treatment because they listened to my input and adjusted my protocol based on my experiences during different cycles with them and other clinics. The only reason I did not give five stars was that we had some billing and customer-service issues. Those issues did not outweigh the clinical team's efforts, and I still highly recommend Dr. Hayes and Kindbody to anyone considering fertility treatment!

An extraordinary IVF journey with Kindbody We had an incredible experience with Kindbody throughout our IVF journey. From our first appointment, the team was supportive and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable at every step. The entire process, including egg retrieval and transfer, was smooth and well managed. We were very fortunate to become pregnant after our first transfer and were thrilled to welcome our beautiful baby girl in November. We were also able to work with Bellin for some appointments in Green Bay, which greatly reduced travel and made the process more convenient. Having that flexibility while still receiving first-rate care was a great relief. Many thanks to everyone at Kindbody who was part of our journey. We are very happy with our experience and the support we received!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I had difficulty with insurance, they helped me obtain my medication. They made the entire process smooth and organized and provided easy-to-follow instructions. They were also kind and supportive as I prepared for the procedure.
