The entire team consists of the kindest, most considerate people I have ever met. After 7 years of infertility and disappointing experiences elsewhere, PREG Spartanburg gave us a completely new perspective. From the first meeting, we knew we were in the right place. The team took time to review my medical history carefully and created a plan specifically tailored to me instead of making me feel like a number. They were attentive and compassionate and patiently answered all our questions. We were fortunate to succeed with their help and are deeply grateful to the entire team for supporting us throughout. Our pregnancy journey began with natural conception and an ectopic pregnancy. With only one remaining fallopian tube that appeared nonviable, my husband and I were referred for fertility treatment. We searched for the best nearby fertility clinic, and PREG Spartanburg appeared in our results. Optimism and hope radiated from every team member, and we knew it was the right place to continue our journey to parenthood. Even after I was diagnosed with hydrosalpinx, the team diligently provided excellent care and offered as many treatment options as possible before we decided on surgery. After several failed treatments, we concluded that surgery offered the best chance of successful embryo transfer. Dr. McCoy cared for me attentively during and after surgery and remained hopeful that I could transfer an embryo the day after surgery. After two more failed transfers and using all our embryos, we met to determine the best path forward. Stephanie Biggerstaff answered every question and responded promptly whenever I had concerns. We decided on a second IVF cycle to retrieve more eggs. This time, the embryos were genetically tested to rule out potential causes of failed implantation. Each protocol was adjusted slightly to ensure everything possible was in place for a successful transfer. After countless prayers and much faith and trust, our third transfer succeeded! After a two-year fertility journey, we finally achieved our dream. My husband and I decided not to take a pregnancy test before Stephanie called with the blood-test result. On the day she was due to call, we compromised and took one test as a ‘preview.’ We left it covered with paper on the bathroom counter while we waited and hoped. We looked at each other, counted down, and removed the paper. After two years, we finally saw a bold positive pregnancy test. The last positive we had seen was with the ectopic pregnancy. Thirty minutes later, Stephanie called, and I could almost hear her smiling. She joyfully told us the blood pregnancy test was positive. She even said that before opening the result, she kept telling herself, ‘Please let it be positive.’ Her words touched us deeply. They confirmed what we already knew: PREG Spartanburg wanted us to become parents as much as we did. They genuinely cared and wanted our deepest wish to come true. My husband and I did not choose this journey; it chose us. Without it, we could not have understood what a true miracle looks or feels like, nor experienced such genuine compassion and love from strangers. We would not have understood God's power or how He works through such beautiful souls to fulfill our heart's desire. It was a long journey with many highs and lows. Now, standing on the mountaintop and looking across the valley, we thank God for flowers that needed time to grow. Words cannot express our gratitude to PREG Spartanburg. Thank you for reminding us that flowers also grow in the valley.

I have been with PREG since 2020. The staff are amazing and truly serve as your personal cheerleaders throughout the journey. They cried and celebrated with me and made me feel seen and heard. I love PREG Spartanburg and am deeply grateful to them. Thanks to their help, I have a daughter and achieved my goal of becoming a mother.

I recommend them 1000% to anyone struggling with infertility and looking for answers or results! Everyone is kind, supportive, and very helpful. We just received a positive test, so they clearly know what they are doing and how to help us. I wish we could stay with them throughout these nine months! We will miss them when we transition to a regular OB-GYN 😭

The Spartanburg branch of PREG has been so precious to me over the past year. They helped me through an ectopic pregnancy and are always so kind whenever I come for an appointment or over the phone. They have answered every question and concern and you can just tell they are genuinely cheering for everyone who comes in. So thankful for them!

I cannot say enough good things about PREG! After years of infertility treatment at another clinic, we came here and received many of the answers and the IVF plan we needed. They were very kind and genuinely cared about us. I was actually sad on the day we were fortunate enough to graduate. Without them, I would not be 21 weeks pregnant tomorrow. This is an unsuccessful IVF story after several months of treatment/cycles and approximately $25,000 in expenses. My husband and I wanted a boy, so we had a consultation, preliminary screening, and extensive bloodwork. We were told our chances were good and insurance would cover 90%, leaving us to pay approximately $8000. We were pleased and paid. A few days later, we were told insurance would cover nothing and that we had to pay the remaining amount—another $8,000. We were shocked because we had provided our insurance card at the consultation. How could the amount change so much after we had paid in full? Still, our hope for a boy overrode our instincts, and with the discount they offered, we paid the balance and began the cycle. We also paid thousands out of pocket for various tests and pharmacy costs. Every check, whether a scan or blood test, brought positive results and good news. At retrieval, they collected 26 eggs; 17 were mature, and 14 fertilized successfully! I could almost see pregnancy around the corner. However, they told me only 3 were biopsied, and 1 male embryo was identified. For comparison, a friend in California had 28 eggs retrieved, 12 biopsied, and 9 male and 3 female embryos. We were unhappy with the biopsy result, but because there was one male embryo, we proceeded with transfer. Two weeks later, bloodwork showed no pregnancy. A nurse called and said a possible blood-clotting issue may have caused the failure, so they wanted more blood tests. They are very good at avoiding responsibility for the technical aspects!

This place engages in deceptive billing. They quote what you must pay while you are there, then send additional bills after you leave and blame insurance. Perhaps they should learn to bill people accurately the first time. Stay away from this unprofessional place; none of this was explained before we left.

There truly are not enough words to describe my gratitude to PREG Spartanburg. Infertility causes profound pain that many people cannot understand unless they have experienced it. Every staff member validates your feelings and understands the physical and emotional toll. We were patients here for two years, and the staff always made us feel like family. Nurse Stephanie is an absolute angel who guided me through every step. Caroline always answered every financial or insurance question with a smile. After multiple procedures, two rounds of IVF, and two transfers, we are finally expecting our miracle baby! He is due in March 2025! We are so grateful to PREG for helping us have our miracle baby!

I recommend this group to anyone who wants a family and is having difficulty conceiving. I spent 9 months with them after two miscarriages and am now 10 weeks pregnant. They are very kind. They identified the problems and addressed them. My OB-GYN referred me, and I am glad I went.
