Nous savons à quel point il peut être difficile de s’orienter dans le système de santé et dans son parcours de santé personnel. C’est pourquoi notre mission est de transformer l’expérience des soins de santé. Notre objectif est de rendre les consultations médicales plus intuitives et plus autonomisantes. Nos services vont des traitements de fertilité, notamment l’IVF et la congélation d’ovocytes, aux soins de bien-être et LGBTQ+.

 

Nous disposons de cliniques pratiques et accueillantes dans tout le pays et nous nous engageons à offrir des soins bienveillants qui vous placent, vous et vos proches, au premier plan.

The clinic and staff are wonderful. They guided us through three intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles with tremendous compassion and professionalism. We could not have asked for a better team on this journey!

Everyone I have met so far has been kind and helpful. I just had my first intrauterine insemination (IUI) at Kindbody. I felt relaxed and never rushed, and all my questions were answered patiently. This company treats each person as a patient, not a source of revenue.

From start to finish, this was an incredible experience. It was exhausting but truly wonderful. Everyone was kind and supportive and gave us tremendous hope. The process was long but absolutely worthwhile. Our first transfer was successful, and we now have a beautiful baby boy. Our family is finally complete, all thanks to Kindbody!

Whether in person or through the online platform, the team was professional, warm, communicative, and understanding. Although this was my second procedure, they answered all my questions and kept me updated on when I could go home. When I needed to bring my toddler to an appointment, they welcomed the child and did not treat it as a problem. My only suggestion is to upgrade the Swansea office, which I visit most often. It is clearly cramped and poorly laid out for both patients and staff. Although the staff is wonderful, the space makes the office feel uncomfortable.

My husband and I began building our family at Kindbody in Swansea, Illinois, in 2024. We started with IUI and then moved to IVF. Dr. Cooper is an exceptional physician, and we felt certain we were in reliable hands. All the Kindbody nurses were kind and helpful. The online portal was responsive and comprehensive. They made everything smooth and calm. We look forward to working with Kindbody again when we want to expand our family. With their help, our daughter Darcy made our dream come true, and we are deeply grateful.

My husband and I love Swansea! When we began IVF in 2023, I was very afraid. However, all the women at Swansea eased my fears and made the entire process enjoyable. They were friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to help, making them feel like family.

Excellent location! The staff are friendly and welcoming. They remember names and faces and always make you feel like family. Appointments consistently go smoothly, and blood draws are always quick and painless. Thank you very much for your help!

Kindbody was wonderful to us! I cannot praise the Swansea office enough. They supported us through every high and low. The journey was incredibly difficult, but the clinic's support and encouragement were outstanding. We would definitely recommend them!

Having children is always a sensitive topic, especially those who can not conceive on their own or people who are in certain situations where they might need help. This journey my wife and I have gone through, hasn't been the easiest. But, knowing how much time and dedication team Swansea has put in for us, is outstanding. They are the sweetest and funniest group you'll ever meet. I can not tell you how hard this team will go for you, and to make sure all your questions are concerns are dealt with. I couldn't ask for a better team for my wife and me.

Always greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is always energetic and welcoming. They are very personable and make you feel comfortable and not like just another patient. Front desk, lab tech, and ultrasound techs are AMAZING. Love the Swansea crew! Dr. Amber Cooper is incredible at what she can do.

KindBody is the best, but the gals at Swansea are extra special to me! They feel like my besties after having gone there for so long lol! On top of the genuine care (medically and emotionally) they provide, it is great to have a KindBody clinic that is accessible to those living in Central/Southern IL without having to venture into a city. Love this clinic!

The staff here are outstanding. You feel warmly welcomed as soon as you enter. For someone who comes almost every week, that sense of comfort is wonderful. From the check-in staff and medical assistants to the ultrasound technicians—special thanks to Kelly, who is the sweetest—everyone is kind and helpful.

Lisa in Swansea is wonderful! I told her I become lightheaded during blood draws, and she found me a recliner and quickly drew 4 tubes of blood. It was over in 10 minutes. This clinic is welcoming and conveniently located!

The team at the Swansea office and Dr. Kelsey Anderson are truly first-rate! My entire experience was educational and supportive. My provider used visual aids and open communication to explain every step of my journey, and every question we asked was welcomed and answered by Dr. Anderson, through the portal, or in one-on-one meetings with nurses. Whether the outcome is good or bad, I would choose Kindbody again and again. They make a mentally and physically difficult situation less challenging. Their staff in Swansea, including reception, laboratory, and ultrasound, are all very kind and uplifting!

This location did not tell me they were out of network with my insurance until after charging me $200 for an appointment. Absolute scum who prey on people trying to build families.
