Le Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) a été créé en 1987 et compte parmi les premiers grands centres de fertilité des États-Unis. Les médecins du CCRM sont des spécialistes reconnus de la fertilité, forts de nombreuses années d’expérience clinique, qui adaptent le traitement de FIV à chaque patiente.

CCRM signifie Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine. Jen is the best nurse and is incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. Everyone responds very quickly and provides a level of care that is hard to find, especially when dealing with something so sensitive. I cannot recommend CCRM highly enough for all their help.

Dr. Capinello is the one who helped me finally have a baby after a long journey to conceive. She is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always cites relevant research in response to your questions. She keeps her word, and she is kind, friendly, and empathetic. Fertility treatment can make you feel very vulnerable, but I always felt well cared for by her. Additionally, the staff at the Washington, D.C. clinic are also outstanding, and every follow-up visit made me feel very at ease.

I went to CCRM DC for outside monitoring. The nursing staff were quick and efficient, and my appointment began on time. Later, when I had difficulty getting the report transferred to another doctor, the administrative staff were very patient and helpful.

This clinic's communication is terrible. Given the nature of their work, they should make the billing process as simple as possible and avoid adding stress for patients. I only needed a claim resubmitted, but two months passed without any response—other than regular paper bills in the mail. I would never recommend this clinic because I cannot trust its communications, administration, or billing department. Before moving here, I attended another clinic, and the difference in communication and professionalism was enormous. This is completely unacceptable.

Poor care environment, with parking costing $20. Staff were indifferent when asked for further advice or referrals.

A few weeks ago, I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) performed by Dr. Carpinello, and the experience was much better than my first one. I had been very nervous and anxious. Afterward, I cried tears of joy because Dr. Carpinello was so gentle and had such an excellent bedside manner. The CCRM staff were kind, and I would recommend this center for any procedure.

Dr. Carpinello, Dom, Nikki, Vonetta, and the entire CCRM team are wonderful. IVF and fertility treatment are expensive, time-consuming, and exhausting. Despite many unknowns, the team was compassionate and responsive, guiding us through the highly complex process of reciprocal IVF with a known donor. Having the best team makes all the difference! I highly recommend working with CCRM!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Carpinello and the entire CCRM staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel heard, valued, and safe before conception and during early pregnancy. At times I felt like their only patient because communication was so thorough and prompt. I never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment, which is unprecedented in any medical setting. I wish I could stay with them throughout pregnancy and have Dr. Carpinello and her excellent nursing team deliver my baby.

CCRM is wonderful. The waiting room was empty on the day we went. The staff was lovely, and my doctor was the best.

Raven is truly a magician with a needle. I have had many blood tests over the years, and she is by far the best!

In 2022, I transferred from Shady Grove, where they seemed to care only about money, to CCRM. Before CCRM expanded and hired more staff, there were delays in reaching someone by phone or receiving a call back, but this seems to have improved. The only negative part of my CCRM experience was the financial department, but my provider, Dr. Carpinello, and my initial care coordinator, Julia, were both wonderful! They are the only reason I remained at CCRM.

My experience at CCRM was marked by persistent communication problems, which were especially frustrating given the emotional nature of IVF treatment. Difficulty reaching nurses, incomplete information, and delayed responses added unnecessary stress to an already sensitive process. While I understand the demands placed on healthcare professionals, especially in a private clinic, investing more than $20,000 in treatment raises expectations for seamless communication. For such a financially significant undertaking, increased staffing or training would greatly improve patient satisfaction.

I visited the downtown Washington office for monitoring during IVF stimulation. The front-desk staff were very kind and took excellent care of patients.
