I had an excellent experience at this health clinic in Bangkok! The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized. The staff is professional and friendly and provided excellent guidance throughout my visit. The clinic offers a variety of treatments, including popular cosmetic procedures. I also appreciated the Chinese-language service and the complimentary drinks and snacks. Highly recommended for anyone seeking high-quality health and aesthetic care in Bangkok.

How can the price on GoWabi be “for Thai citizens only”? Do foreigners pay less? Unbelievable. But I assume you mean foreigners pay more. That is what is truly shocking. Does that not drive away a large group of potential customers? No one wants to pay more, let alone be explicitly told that the price is higher because of their passport! What a terrible marketing strategy.

This clinic appears to have two different price lists.
We called ahead to make an appointment and were told that NAD treatment would cost 11,000 baht. Based on that information, we drove nearly 2 hours to the clinic.
When we arrived, the nurse asked to see our Thai identification cards. We provided our Thai identification cards and valid work permits. However, the nurse then told us that the price would increase to 21,000 baht. The only apparent difference was that we spoke English.
This was extremely disappointing and felt very unfair. We had already spent 2 hours driving to the clinic, only to be told upon arrival that the price had nearly doubled. We then had to drive 2 hours home without receiving any treatment.
The clinic should offer transparent and consistent pricing to all customers, regardless of the language they speak.

I took my mother to see the doctor about her diabetes. The doctor gave excellent advice, was very kind, and recommended an appropriate diet. I also received vitamin IV therapy to boost my immunity. The nurses were gentle and lovely and chatted with us throughout. My mother's blood sugar has now returned to normal. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking alternative treatment. Excellent service and a clean, tidy clinic. 10 out of 10!

The marketing representative told me I should buy this and that, with a very aggressive sales pitch...
Then I asked about consulting a doctor. If I was going to spend that much money, I felt I should at least receive a doctor's recommendation rather than marketing.
The representative then told me that physician consultations were not free and were not currently available.
I was stunned...what?

I purchased an annual package during a promotion and was clearly told that unused services could be used flexibly. Later, the system suddenly changed and completely removed this flexibility without notifying customers in advance.
When I contacted the counter for an explanation and assistance, the staff were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, particularly toward customers who bought promotional packages, and offered no clear or effective solution.
I also noticed that foreign customers received more attentive service than Thai customers, showing a clear double standard in service quality.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend purchasing a long-term package if you expect transparent, flexible, and fair service.

In early November, I consulted the doctor and followed their recommendation for several tests, including a cell analysis costing 32,500 baht with a 30-day turnaround. On November 16, I mistakenly received an email containing other people's blood test results—people I know. Unbelievable!
The preliminary results came on November 17. Forty days after the blood draw, with no update, I visited the clinic in person and was told it would take another 12 business days. I said I would request a refund if the results did not arrive within seven days.
After still receiving no update, I returned to the clinic and contacted them through WhatsApp. They agreed to refund the undelivered test within 7-14 days. Fourteen days have now passed, and I still have not received the refund.

🙋♀️As a busy professional, I had not treated myself properly in a long time, haha. I realized it had been a while since my last “recharge,” so I chose the clinic I previously recommended. Their IV drips have helped me a lot with fatigue, poor sleep, and mood changes after periods of intense work 🥰 I even unexpectedly felt that my skin looked a little brighter.
They thoughtfully prepare snacks every time, and they are delicious 😝
✌️This time I visited their newly relocated building, and the whole environment is more comfortable.

I had long heard that this clinic was well known for NAD+. After doing extensive research, I booked an appointment and tried it during my free time so I could review it for everyone. Overall, the experience was good. After about a week, my sleep quality genuinely improved, and my mood improved as well. It worked for me 😊
Chinese-language service is available, so there is no need to worry about communication. Their NAD+ treatment is also tailored to each person's situation rather than used indiscriminately, which showed care. The environment and service are also excellent; this is not an unlicensed or substandard hospital. If you are interested, you can consult them first before deciding!
