The hospital has a great environment and excellent service. Marukopaew provided excellent service and speaks Chinese very well.

We have been MEDPARK customers for many years. We really like the service and doctors here. My partner was sick, so we wanted to bring him here for a walk-in visit. This time, things were a little strange. Starting at the front desk, registering a new patient took a long time, which was far too slow for a private hospital. Here is a description of my partner's symptoms: He came to the hospital because he was ill, and an at-home ATK flu test showed two positive lines. We registered at around 2 p.m., then walked to Counter C on floor 8. We told the doctor about his symptoms and the ATK result, which indicated influenza B. The doctor asked about his symptoms and performed a flu test, but found nothing abnormal. The doctor recommended more detailed testing and asked us to wait for the results. Because of his condition, we said we wanted him admitted. The doctor asked about his eating habits, and we answered yes. The doctor then asked whether we wanted him not to receive IV fluids. I said that should depend on the doctor's decision. We then waited while he checked our insurance, which took a long time. After seeing the doctor at two in the afternoon, I did not get to the ward until seven that evening. A staff member from admissions finally escorted me to the ward. I stayed there overnight. The next morning, the doctor came by and asked whether I wanted to stay another night for observation. I was unsure. They also asked whether I wanted a brain or sinus X-ray because I had been admitted and appeared to be in some pain. I did not know how to answer. I knew the doctor should decide, but after everything that happened and because the hospital's service made me uncomfortable, I decided to go home. This was the doctor's decision. Now for the nurses I encountered during my stay: Incident one: I was getting ready to lie down but could not find the lock for the cabinet beside the sink, so I called a nurse for help. My partner had finished eating and wanted to use the dining table, so I placed the tray across from the sink. I admit that was not the right place to put it. The nurse accidentally knocked it onto the floor and broke a plate. Just then, a cleaner came in carrying a toothbrush. The nurse shouted, “Oh no, the plate broke!” and then left everything for the cleaner to deal with without saying another word. (I found this strange in a hospital.) 1. This level of service is unacceptable; perhaps our expectations are too high because we have always worked in customer service. 2. In the morning, I took my parking ticket to the counter to have it validated. I handed it to the nurse and said, “This is my parking ticket.” The nurse did not even look at me and kept working on her computer. Perhaps my expectations were too high. After nearly 10 seconds, another nurse asked her to validate another customer's ticket first. I said, “Just a moment.” The nurse who was supposed to validate mine did not appear busy, so I was confused as to why she did not first help her colleague. I waited almost a minute to have my parking ticket validated (scanned). This was the strangest service I have ever experienced. Scanning a customer's parking ticket takes less than two seconds, yet they made me wait so long. (This is only my personal view of customer service, but I have also worked in the service industry and found the situation very strange.) They also mentioned an insurance issue, but I did not want any more trouble because my partner was ill, so I simply paid for parking myself. I am very confused. I do not know whether they changed management or what happened, but I cannot make sense of it.

Great. Go for a prenatal checkup.
25/06/2026
I came with a friend and waited 2 hour despite having an appointment at 5. We waited until 620.
28/06/2026
I visited this hospital twice and simply cannot recommend it. The first time, I was dismissed after spending two hours there even though I was still dizzy. The second time, I waited more than an hour without seeing a doctor and eventually had to leave, yet I was still charged 2000 baht. Although the hospital is new and clean, the standard of service is below European standards, and the fees are excessive for the medical care provided.

I saw a doctor because of a lump on my arm. We were all very worried, especially because I am still young. The doctor sent me for imaging, but by the time I returned, the doctor had gone into surgery. We understood, since they are doctors and surgery is an orthopedic doctor's primary responsibility. However, the hospital said they would call within 24 hours with the results, but we heard nothing. They only sent an email containing the imaging results. What we needed was a follow-up evaluation and treatment plan. When we called, we were told to wait another 24 hours, but still heard nothing. Because we were so concerned, we specifically saw a specialist in hopes of receiving prompt care in a private setting. Instead, it felt as though the hospital did not take our condition seriously.

I sincerely thank our Japanese manager, Ms. Kawaguchi, who is always warm, attentive, and helpful and answers all my questions promptly and politely. Thanks to her, our whole family can confidently entrust everything to her, from my wife's prenatal checkups to our children's sudden illnesses and injuries and even my own health exams. Living in a foreign country, having such a trustworthy family friend gives us tremendous peace of mind. Thank you again!

Location is good but shockingly LONG waiting time. It takes me almost 4 hours to get done with my appointment. Waiting time is like government hospitals. Came here many times and it takes longer and longer to wait for the appointment

Do not assume you will get a good night's sleep just because you are admitted. The rooms have terrible soundproofing, and you can clearly hear every time someone in the next room closes a door. Staff set things down loudly, cleaners slam the refrigerator door when getting food, and everyone talks constantly. It is incredibly annoying. If I were sick and had to stay here, I would rather die than endure this.
12/04/2026
This hospital has potential, but its diagnostic capability is nonexistent, and we spent a large amount of money. Private hospitals in Thailand should be closely scrutinized.
17/04/2026
The doctors and nurses in Medpark's neonatal intensive care unit took exceptional care of my baby. They provided many helpful suggestions and explanations, which are very valuable for mothers. They always offered warm words and encouragement. I was deeply impressed.

Excellent! The doctor was highly skilled and explained everything very clearly.

A very clean and beautiful hospital. We only went there for coffee, though.

I had an excellent experience at MedPark Hospital. From arrival, the staff were warm, friendly, professional, and attentive. The hospital is modern, clean, and well organized, making the entire visit easy and pleasant. The doctors were knowledgeable and patiently explained my condition and answered every question. I genuinely felt that my health and comfort were their priorities. The nurses and support staff were equally kind, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. I was impressed by the efficient service, very short waits, and streamlined process from registration and consultation through follow-up. The facilities and medical equipment are first-class and gave me confidence in the quality of care. Overall, I highly recommend MedPark Hospital to anyone seeking high-quality, compassionate medical care. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of service.

For a high-priced international hospital, the eye center has a serious shortage of staff who speak fluent English. I wasted considerable time because I said I wanted to see an oculoplastic surgeon, but they did not understand and scheduled me with another specialist I neither needed nor wanted. The oculoplastic surgeon was unavailable, so the visit was a complete waste of time. The scheduling error caused by inadequate English proficiency made me decide never to return. A terrible care experience.

I needed to receive another rabies shot. The hospital is fantastic, really clean and modern. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Thank you, MedPark team!

On the recommendation of Mr. Kazi Sharhan Saif, we visited Med Park Hospital in Bangkok and received excellent service. We have recommended the hospital to others and thank you for the care provided. Patient name: JAHANARA MIZAN SINHA Passport number: B00232923 ID number: 699004321

Please improve your service. I called and no one answered; eventually the call disconnected. My mother had cataract surgery here at a cost of more than 100,000 baht. Her appointment was at 10:30 a.m., but the department made her wait two hours, and by 2:00 p.m. she still had not seen the doctor. I am very disappointed that I chose this clinic for my mother's eye treatment.
06/03/2026
Excellent quality!
10/03/2026
We were looking for a hospital to treat varicose veins in the legs. Our condition was not severe; the doctor even said treatment was unnecessary, but we wanted it for cosmetic reasons. We chose this hospital because many people recommended it as a new hospital with good doctors. Because we had limited time and wanted treatment quickly, we were willing to pay a high price for an expedited appointment. The cost was nearly 500,000 baht. Regarding the problems we encountered, we asked to speak with the director of our inpatient ward. We were told to submit feedback to the hospital. For months, we emailed the department and repeatedly received the same reply: ‘This has been forwarded to the person responsible. Please wait for a response.’ This cycle happened dozens of times. Other reviews suggest many people have had similar problems. We believe the hospital will continue losing customers because of its lack of attention. It is not worth the price. We experienced several issues during admission but did not dwell on them. These are the truly unacceptable ones: 1. Our surgery was scheduled for 7:00 p.m., but the hospital told us to arrive at 10:00 a.m. for an examination and admission. After arriving, we had no idea what they were processing. No matter how often we asked, they only said, ‘Please wait a moment.’ 2. I waited until nearly 5:00 p.m. before being taken to the operating room. I asked to enter the ward earlier, but they refused. I had a young child with me and wanted to put him to sleep. They said the paperwork would take time and we did not yet have a room. I stayed with my child, who eventually fell asleep on a sofa. When we finally entered the room, I had no time to rest or prepare before being taken directly to surgery. The system was terrible. They charged full price and made us wait a long time despite having few patients. 2. While waiting outside the operating room, the nurses were arranging their hair, which seemed unhygienic. I do not know whether I was overthinking it, as this is uncommon in other countries. 3. This was the most serious issue. About four or five days after treatment, I was lying in bed when a man approached the foot of the bed, almost right beside it. He did not introduce himself or do anything else. He stood there and began speaking rapidly in a foreign language. I asked him to stop, but he did not. I was terrified. I pressed the call button, but a nurse took several minutes to arrive. I screamed and began crying. I was wearing a hospital gown with nothing underneath. A man should not have been so close without my permission. I was shaking with fear and instinctively jumped out of bed, nearly tearing my incision. It was more dramatic than a soap opera. In short, the man, who entered wearing shoes, was a Burmese interpreter who had gone into the wrong room. He entered without notifying a nurse or checking anything. Several nurses were at the front desk, but they checked nothing. It was frightening. What if I had been naked or breastfeeding? What if the person had been a thief, someone dangerous, or simply a stranger? A hospital of this level had no security measures or accountability. As a man, he should have entered with a nurse or at least kept his distance. He should not have approached the bed so closely. As an interpreter, he should at least have introduced himself or spoken Thai. Otherwise, how could he work as an interpreter? I remember how terrifying it felt. I told the nurse I urgently needed to go home that day. Afterward, I contacted them more than ten times and received the same response: send an email. After I emailed, they only replied, ‘We apologize for the delay. Please wait.’ How much longer must I wait? What is wrong with hospital management? Is everything considered finished once they receive payment? Reading other people's experiences showed that many had similar problems. Although the hospital is new, the service is not worth the price. I am disappointed because the doctor was highly skilled and treated the wound well. I thought I might return if the hospital gave me a satisfactory response. But what is happening now? There is no response. Are your emails answered by artificial intelligence? Everyone receives the same answer. Please state here when management will respond. Several months have passed, and I still have no response. As I have seen in many reviews and YouTube videos, people complain that spending this much without receiving standard medical service wastes excellent doctors and a good location, while management is terrible. It would be better to return to a familiar hospital such as Bumrungrad, where you can feel more confident. This hospital may be acceptable if you only need an outpatient visit, but inpatient admission brings countless problems.

We had an excellent experience at MedPark Hospital, with first-class medical services and very good rooms, hygiene, and food. Special thanks to the Bangladeshi interpreter team, who proactively checked on us, helped resolve issues, and greatly facilitated our communication with the hospital. Special thanks also to the patient care staff, who prepared a summary of the treatment and medication plan for the family during the patient's admission.

The service staff were acceptable, but the examination process itself was poor, with a very long wait. My boyfriend and I went for checkups together. During the examination, I asked about the price, but the doctor told me to ask the nurse at the front desk. The doctor recommended injections and medication, but I was unsure about the test results. I explained that I wanted to ask my boyfriend first because he was paying. The doctor sarcastically asked, “Is your boyfriend a doctor?” His tone and expression were clearly mocking, and he was not wearing a mask. I was a patient and did not even know the test results. Instead of explaining the benefits of the injections and medication, he spoke to me that way. I wanted to reply that if my boyfriend knew what was wrong, we would not have come to a doctor. #Billing error: When my boyfriend, who is a foreigner, went to pay, the bill was shockingly high. He called me, and it was indeed expensive because it included other tests that had already been canceled. (I understand there may have been a language barrier), but if my boyfriend had not called me, we might have paid twice as much. Compared with other private hospitals, I do not think I will return to this hospital.
16/01/2026
In addition to the doctor's fee (1,000–2,000 baht), they charge an 800-baht hospital fee. At other private hospitals I have visited, the entire consultation cost only 600–700 baht. Not recommended.
20/01/2026
The doctors are highly skilled, but the nurses are terrible.
22/01/2026
This hospital is new and clean, and because it is not crowded, you can see a doctor quickly. However, the doctors here are not as capable as those at some long-established hospitals. The doctors tend to be older and may have retired from elsewhere. Treatment here is also more expensive than at other hospitals. I would only come here for a minor condition or when I need to be seen quickly.
26/01/2026
I underwent laparoscopic surgery at MedPark Hospital with Dr. Osma and was very impressed. The doctor is highly skilled, explains everything thoroughly, and is calm and reassuring. The nursing team provided excellent care, the hospital was clean, the room was very comfortable, and the equipment was modern. Highly recommended 🌟

Excellent experience. Registration, consultation, and receiving the prescription all took less than 60 minutes.
01/01/2026
My child had a fever this morning, so we came to see the doctor. The interior is beautiful. An interpreter was available, so there was no need to worry about communication, and the doctors and nurses were very kind. I hope my child recovers quickly and stays healthy.
03/01/2026
I came here for ophthalmic treatment and surgery and was admitted to the hospital. The food was surprisingly good, and the setting was calm and comfortable. It hardly felt like a hospital, which genuinely helped reduce patient stress. The doctors are highly skilled, though the outpatient fees felt high. Overall, customer service was fairly good. Another advantage is the many cafés and restaurants in the neighboring office building, which are convenient for food or drinks. Overall, this is a high-quality hospital with one of the best hospital environments in Thailand.

11/12/2025
The doctor gave me excellent advice. The medication began working on the first day. I have visited twice, and the doctor's care was excellent both times. The wait was not long either. I think this is currently the best hospital in the area.
12/12/2025
Highly skilled, service-oriented doctors and nurses.
12/12/2025
13/12/2025
I have been receiving care here for nearly three years. In terms of service, whenever I report a problem, it is neither resolved nor explained. They also do not tell me how much an incomplete course of treatment will cost. The scheduling department sometimes records information inaccurately or incorrectly. When I asked about my child's treatment, they simply admitted him without telling me when or how treatment would be provided. Considering the price, everything is extremely disappointing. I contacted them by phone and LINE ten days ago about these issues. Why are they asking me to email again? If they truly wanted to resolve the problem, they already have the relevant information.
14/12/2025
Without a doubt the best hospital I have been at, very modern, great staff from doctor to concierge. Recommend for expats or tourists as English was no issue and they had someone ready to help in just minutes.
20/11/2025
Ward 22 and the nursery took excellent care of my baby. I highly recommend them to all expectant mothers preparing to deliver. 👍🏻
22/11/2025
This is one of Bangkok's leading hospitals. Prices are high, but the building design and service are excellent. Praram 4 Road is usually congested around 5 p.m.
22/11/2025
Not recommended! I already submitted the lengthy complaint below to the hospital but received only one email response regarding a vaccine refund. Everything else was ignored. Health Checkup Cons: 1. Extremely long wait. We waited from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., although only 5 people were in line. 2. Disorganized queue management. No estimated wait time was provided, and the order was unclear. After we asked several times, staff suggested completing other tests first, but we ultimately returned to the same place because the other line was even longer. Should everyone not be in the same queue? The total wait was nearly 2 hours. 3. Misleading prescription/payment. The doctor recommended that I see an internal medicine specialist for a cardiac evaluation. The specialist gave me exactly the same advice about blood lipids that I had already discussed with the first doctor. When I raised concerns about my heart, they said I was fine and offered medication. I had asked whether I should take medication first or try self-care. This wasted time and cost an additional 1,000 baht in medical fees. 4. Missed vaccine. Staff told me everything was complete and I could leave, but I had not received the influenza vaccine included in the package. I had to request it myself. 5. Overcharge. Although the vaccine was included in the package, they charged extra, wasting my time while I sought a refund. The refund has now been received. 6. The health checkup did not include an eye examination or BMI measurement. I am unsure what is standard for most checkups, but my previous four or five included a more detailed eye examination and other measurements. Pros: Every staff member I met was polite. Overall, I will definitely not return.
25/11/2025
The best.

The doctors and nurses in Ward 5C are very attentive, thoughtful, and approachable. I am impressed every time I receive care here.

It is clean and offers many restaurants to choose from. Since this was my first visit, that is all I can say.
02/11/2025
Exceptional service and attentive care! I recently delivered safely at the hospital and am sincerely grateful for the excellent care. Special thanks to Nurse Pam, who went above and beyond to keep my baby and me safe and reassured. She was professional, patient, and kind, carefully explaining every step to me as a first-time mother. Her calm presence and warm words were vital during labor and postpartum recovery. I am deeply grateful for her dedication and care. Pam and the entire medical team, thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

MedPark Hospital This private hospital is spacious and bright, without the oppressive atmosphere of a typical hospital. There is a Starbucks on the first floor and Blue Restaurant (see FAH), Salad Factory, Subway, and other restaurants on the second. I came for my company's annual physical. The waiting area offers complimentary snacks, coffee, and water while you wait for the examination. Hospital staff are courteous and attentive.

Excellent.

My wife received treatment at this hospital. The doctor—many thanks to Dr. Sornpin—and all the staff were wonderful, sincere, and provided excellent service and treatment. The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained. Timing and schedules were punctual. I highly recommend this hospital, including to international visitors.
12/10/2025
A high-quality, satisfactory hospital in Bangkok. The doctors are very professional, the hospital staff are friendly, and treatment is thorough. I am glad I came here. Dr. Sornphin is very professional and kind and provides detailed information step by step. The nurses check regularly and ask about my condition. The room is clean and of a high standard, and the food is also very good, with dishes from various countries.
13/10/2025
The person stopping traffic out front walked away without stopping any cars, while the valet stood there looking confused and failed to notice oncoming vehicles.
18/09/2025
I have come here often since it opened and even had surgery here... Everything is good: the hospital is clean and the doctors are good. The downside is that the insurance and pharmacy systems do not work well. Even after 50 visits, they always ask me to resend my insurance. They also never save my phone number, so they keep asking for it without recording it. Picking up medication takes a long time, around 20–30 minutes. All the systems need redesigning because they do not work. How can an older hospital like Saint Louis be more efficient than a futuristic new one? I will not even discuss the elevator system. It is also slow, and sometimes you wait more than 5 minutes for an elevator.
18/09/2025
The doctors are skilled, the nurses are kind, and the other staff are friendly. Parking is convenient.
18/09/2025
The senior staff in the department are all very kind to Cartier.

Dr. Suthira has cared for my son since birth. He is now 18 and still sees her for consultations, care, and vaccinations. Our entire family now receives treatment at MedPark Hospital. They provide excellent service at every step, giving our family confidence and leaving us deeply impressed. Many thanks to Dr. Suthira and Maem for taking such good care of our family.
22/09/2025
MedPark Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Bangkok. It offers all medical specialties and excellent care. There is an interpreter office on the first floor, and you can request an interpreter at any clinic. The hospital also has cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket, including a Lebanese restaurant on the first floor.
08/09/2025
On August 12, our family welcomed our daughter at MedPark. As first-time parents, we were very anxious, but this hospital truly eased our worries. From the doctors and nurses in Ward 16B to the NICU team, everyone was warm and friendly, attentive to every detail, and helped us feel confident and reassured. Special thanks to P'Meow in Ward 16 and Khun Mot (Sureerat) in the NICU, who always provided highly professional advice and guidance. We also thank obstetrician Dr. Boonchai Uepairojkit, who cared for me attentively from prenatal care through delivery, and breastfeeding specialist Dr. Suthira Uepairojkit, who shared extensive knowledge and helped me build confidence step by step. For families seeking prenatal care or preparing for delivery, MedPark is a place we highly recommend. 💙

I was impressed by everyone on the Ward 16B team. They were professional and provided warm service, greatly easing my anxiety as a new mother. Special thanks to nursing assistant Nong Premrudee, who cared for me so well without hesitation, and Auntie Kwan in the nursery for all her advice. Thank you very much.
09/09/2025
MedPark has everything you need for a terrible experience!! I have used this slogan since the hospital first opened and have never seen any improvement. It is truly awful. I was admitted and asked for medication three times, but the nurse never brought it. When I turned on the faucet, the water was brown. I was completely baffled.
10/09/2025
The doctors were very skilled, and everyone who cared for me was excellent. The nurses on the 21st floor were very attentive and provided good service. Everything was well organized and worth the price.
11/09/2025
I received good service. The facility was clean and spacious. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️The medical team that performed the cesarean delivery was very professional, and pediatrician Professor Suthira provided excellent breastfeeding education. 💁🏼‍♀️The registered nurses and hospital staff were skilled and provided excellent assistance, care, and treatment. In particular, staff members Khun Sureerat Boonlert and Khun Bee Wipaporn offered encouragement and took excellent care of my baby after delivery.
01/09/2025
The doctors and nurses in Ward 16 B provided excellent care. The other staff did as well. The room was comfortable and fully equipped, and the food was delicious.

We chose MedPark for our pregnancy care, and the service and quality were excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Sornpin, Dr. Apple, and, of course, the nursery team.

My experience with the maternity services at Medpark Hospital was, in a word, exceptional. For the delivery and the care provided by the surgeon of my wife, I was genuinely astounded by the level of excellence. I stayed in Ward 22 and would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10; I simply cannot find a single fault. The extra bed I requested for 500 baht per night was incredibly comfortable—the best I've ever experienced in any hospital while staying with a patient. They even offered a selection of 7-8 different pillows, one of which was so perfect I had to take note of the brand to buy for my own home. The view from the room was stunning, and the room itself was far superior to those at other hospitals we had considered. The layout was thoughtfully designed with separate zones for visitors and the patient, which allowed two people to stay overnight comfortably without feeling cramped. The nurses and housekeeping staff were wonderful—attentive, caring, and remarkably prompt. Whenever we called for assistance, they arrived almost instantly, a stark contrast to other hospitals where we've been left waiting so long we wondered if we’d been forgotten. When comparing the cost to other leading private hospitals, Medpark was not more expensive; in fact, it was more affordable. However, where there is good, there is often bad. In stark contrast to the flawless maternity care, my experience with other aspects of the hospital was surprisingly poor. From the moment we arrived, despite a clear entrance for the Emergency Room, the security guard refused us entry. This was after my wife’s water had broken, we had called ahead to notify the hospital, and the nurses had specifically instructed us to use the ER entrance. We had to negotiate with the guard just to be allowed to reverse our car and enter the proper way, as my wife needed to be lying flat and could not use a wheelchair. Later during our stay, I tried to park on the same level as the elevator exit to make it more convenient for my wife, who had just undergone a C-section and shouldn't be walking up or down stairs. Again, a security guard stopped me. Despite the parking garage on the 2nd and 3rd floors being almost completely empty late at night, he had blocked off the spaces with cones and insisted I park on floor 3A, stating that floors 2 and 3 were reserved for "day patients." Does this mean that despite paying over half a million baht, I am only afforded the convenience of a good parking spot if I arrive during the day? What kind of system is that? Furthermore, for other services like vaccinations or general appointments, the waiting times were inexplicably long, even when the hospital was visibly empty with very few other patients around. The same lengthy wait occurred when it was time to pay the bill. With no one else in line, I was left wondering what was causing the delay. Every visit to this hospital for non-maternity reasons has taken over two hours, despite the lack of crowds. In summary, for the specific purpose of childbirth and C-section delivery, Medpark Hospital is absolutely outstanding—a perfect 10/10. However, when it comes to the hospital's general systems and attention to smaller details, the experience was shockingly disappointing for a leading private hospital in the country.

At the pediatric department, Noppaket (Tan) takes excellent care of the child and is very attentive and kind.

Entering this hospital feels like entering a hotel. The atmosphere is very discreet and private. All the staff, doctors, and nurses provide excellent service. The doctors are highly skilled and well regarded, and the medical equipment is advanced. If I were recommending a hospital for medical care, I would recommend this one because everyone here provides attentive service.

I have used their services for nearly 3 years. The prices remain high, while service has become slower, waits are longer, there is more paperwork, and coordination between departments is lacking.

The doctor was very kind. He personally tried to treat the wound and spoke politely. Both the nurses and doctor seemed well. If this is your first visit, finding the different departments can be a little confusing. The hospital is not chaotic, the areas are well organized, and security at the entrances and exits is thorough. Overall, I give it 4 because the security staff in the parking lot and at the entrance were not very service-oriented.

Long wait, slow and poor service, and private-hospital prices. Everything was very slow despite there being few patients. Go elsewhere.

I came for a physical examination and medical certificate on the 7th floor. The wait was very long, with only two nurses who were extremely busy. It took longer than at a public hospital.

A relative had surgery with a doctor named Chatarun. The surgery was unsuccessful and had to be repeated. He seemed like a newly qualified doctor without enough experience. I strongly advise against entrusting your life to this doctor if you need heart valve surgery.
