Dr. Marcus Jurema, Amerika Serikat
Dr. Marcus Jurema adalah ahli endokrinologi reproduksi dan dokter obgyn bersertifikat yang memperoleh gelar kedokteran dari Stanford University School of Medicine. Ia menyelesaikan residensi di NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College, lalu melanjutkan pelatihan endokrinologi reproduksi dan infertilitas melalui fellowship di Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Setelah fellowship, Dr. Jurema menerima jabatan akademik di Brown University Medical School sebagai Asisten Profesor Klinis Obstetri dan Ginekologi di Divisi Kedokteran Reproduksi dan Infertilitas di Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. Di sana, ia menekuni minat riset klinisnya dan menjadi Direktur Program Pembekuan Sel Telur serta Wakil Direktur Program Donor Sel Telur Brown. Agar lebih dekat dengan keluarga, Dr. Jurema, istrinya, dan kedua anak mereka memutuskan pindah ke New Jersey.

Dr. Jurema mengembangkan dan menerapkan program pematangan in vitro (IVM) untuk oosit di Brown University dan diakui secara nasional maupun internasional atas kemajuan teknis dalam pematangan oosit (sel telur), teknik yang memungkinkan sel telur wanita matang di luar tubuh. Ia adalah pembicara undangan nasional dan internasional serta sering bergabung dalam panel pakar untuk mengajar para profesional ilmu reproduksi. Keahlian klinisnya meliputi teknologi reproduksi berbantu, keguguran berulang/kegagalan implantasi, masalah cadangan ovarium, preservasi fertilitas, reproduksi pihak ketiga, dan bedah reproduksi.
Dr. Jurema tumbuh besar di Brasil dan fasih berbahasa Portugis serta Spanyol.

We had our first appointment scheduled today, waited more than 30 minutes, and then left. We were told there was an emergency. That is understandable, but why not notify your patients and reschedule? We were not the only people who left today without being seen. This was inappropriate treatment, and I do not think I want to return to this location, especially during pregnancy.

Dr. Jurema, the nurses, phlebotomists, receptionists, and all the staff at the Springfield office were wonderful! They were very polite, professional, supportive, caring, and inclusive. My journey was long, but it was worth it in the end!! I highly recommend this office. I am extremely grateful for everything they did to make my dream of becoming a mother come true! Thank you!!

I was an IVF patient at RMA for many years and had countless types of appointments with them after years of infertility issues and experiences at other facilities. Everyone provided the most incredible care, from the phlebotomists to the several different doctors I saw and the medical technicians who prepared the rooms.
Their kindness and professionalism made an exhausting and difficult time in my life as painless and stress-free as possible. I recommend them 110%.

I am very pleased with RMA. I had my eggs retrieved three years ago. We just transferred our only good embryo, and I am now 10 weeks pregnant! Dr. Jurema is very kind and professional.

Sorry, but the last month with RMA was not the best. My husband and I got pregnant on our own. I agreed to let them monitor me until I see my OBGYN. Granted, I appreciated it bc it helped with my fears. However, the front desk is horrible. When I received my ultrasounds, it always felt rushed. Didn’t feel special, was in and out. When I was finally discharged, my orders for bloodwork wasn’t even on the system, had to call my nurse to receive my results and I still can’t see my scan images. Was not happy unfortunately. I’ve heard great things about other locations. Will go there if ever needed.

We graduated from RMA today, and choosing this clinic was the best decision of our fertility journey. Dr. Jurema is the kindest, most professional doctor I have met. He always listened, discussed treatment options, adjusted the plan based on results, and tailored care to our circumstances. Every conversation with him was reassuring. Our nurse Lynette was an angel throughout the process: responsive, compassionate, and dedicated to our success. From the early-shift phlebotomists and receptionists to Dr. Shastri, who performed my egg retrieval, and the other team members at RMA Basking Ridge and the Millburn Surgical Center, everyone made a lasting positive impression. Thanks to this team, despite being 37 with diminished ovarian reserve, we succeeded with our first retrieval and transfer.

I would rather have gone to Basking Ridge after completing everything. They said we had not been trying to complete all the tests ourselves. They could have told us that before the testing, and how would they know whether we had been trying?

Thank you to the wonderful nurses Christine and Dr. Yurema for not giving up and always believing in this process. I missed treatments many times because I didn’t believe a miracle would happen, but you were not angry—instead, you helped me arrange the next treatment, kept following up, encouraged me to try again, and finally shared the good news of baby Christian. We love you and are grateful to you. Please never change, and continue to speak up for everyone who has lost hope like I did—they will eventually experience a miracle just as I have.
My dear Tanasia (phlebotomist), I love you with all my heart and thank you for helping me overcome my fear of needles. Your kindness and patience are worth learning from.

Worst medical office ever. They made me wait almost two months for an appointment, then canceled the day before because the doctor wanted to leave early. After I rescheduled, they called again the day before and suddenly said they don’t accept my insurance, even though they had already confirmed they did. Very unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of patients’ time. I would not recommend this office.

RMA Springfield is the place for fertility treatment. We were fortunate to find Dr. Jurema. He is kind, knowledgeable, and takes time to answer all your questions and concerns. The RMA Springfield team is excellent, including nurse Rania. At every step, I felt heard and confident in the treatment process. I would recommend Dr. Jurema to anyone facing fertility challenges.

Dr. Jurema and his vibrant office staff completed the final leg of a seven-year journey. From my first visit, Alnisa welcomed me with not only her excellent playlist but also her warmth and guidance, and I knew I was in great hands. We even share the same zodiac sign. IYKYK. There was another nurse whose name I unfortunately forgot, and she had the same sign. She brought me back and collected my vitals and samples. I loved her energy too. Later, Dr. Jurema greeted me personally and took me to his office. Doctors rarely escort patients themselves these days, so it felt warm and welcoming. Dr. Jurema's bedside manner was first-rate from start to finish. He was direct but gentle, confident in his knowledge, and methodical in considering every option and leaving no stone unturned. After the consultation, I met Carolina, my nurse throughout the process. Since this was my first time, she kept me informed about everything. Every later visit and call was met with love, compassion, and thoughtful care. I can hardly believe it is over. It felt like family, because as patients we are building our own families, right? After the procedure, Dr. Jurema came to tell me it was successful!!! Everything was complete. Such joy and happy tears!!

After IRMS pressured me to use donor eggs, I switched to RMA. Two doctors had missed my ovulation twice. Dr. Jurema listened to me and did not give up. At RMA, I felt like a person and was treated with kindness and care. It was a long journey, but I am now pregnant using my own eggs. He is a blessing. I highly recommend him and his team. His nurse Kristin will hold your hand and cheer you on at every step.
