I completed several frozen embryo transfer cycles at this clinic. After three failed transfers, I no longer trusted them to provide the attention, organization, and oversight I deserved as an IVF patient. Problems occurred throughout my treatment, including missing or unclear medical instructions, forgotten pre-transfer blood tests, conflicting medication guidance, and errors in the treatment calendar, even though IVF depends entirely on precise timing and coordination. I also had to repeatedly follow up on adjunctive treatments such as intravenous intralipid infusions because it did not feel as though they were being managed proactively. The level of disorganization was astonishing. I often waited in examination rooms for long periods without any updates, until I had to come out and ask whether anyone was coming, only to hear, “Oh, you're still here? We thought you had left.” After one transfer, they instructed me to keep my legs elevated for 10 minutes and said the nurse would return after setting a timer. Given my previous experiences at this clinic, I set my own timer as well. 25 minutes passed, and no one returned. No one checked on me. No one seemed to notice I was still there. That experience perfectly sums up how I felt throughout my care here: a lack of follow-up, a lack of communication, and a lack of attention to detail during one of the most vulnerable medical experiences of my life. After two failed transfers with no clear explanation, I ultimately did my own research and suggested a hysteroscopy myself. I should not have had to advocate for further testing after repeated failed transfers. At times, I felt like my own case manager rather than a patient receiving coordinated fertility care at a clinic that presents itself as a leader in the field. I constantly had to piece together important information myself while hoping no critical step had been missed. As for the costs, they were a nightmare. The clinic's finance department told me in writing that I would pay no more than $4,520, but I later received a bill for $34,100. The email signature of the person providing these financial estimates said “marketing coordinator,” which made it difficult to trust that I was receiving qualified financial guidance. A bill that differs by tens of thousands of dollars from the amount I was previously given in writing is completely unacceptable. IVF treatment is already physically and emotionally exhausting and financially burdensome. Patients should not also have to worry about missing medical instructions, forgotten laboratory tests, inaccurate scheduling, medical records being withheld in violation of state law, or bills suddenly increasing by tens of thousands of dollars. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this clinic.

I believe this is probably a good place overall, but I was treated rudely from the start. The receptionist had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. At first, I thought she was just having a bad day, but when my wife came in to drop off a sample the next day, she experienced the same rudeness. She is the person on the left as you enter, but unfortunately, I did not get her name... We felt discriminated against. There is no reason to treat anyone so rudely. If someone does not like their job, it should be done by someone else who can do it better. This place is supposed to be the start of something wonderful, so receiving such different treatment was deeply upsetting.

I froze my eggs a week ago, and the experience was perfect! Dr. Ghadir and his team were amazing—thorough, attentive, and considerate. From start to finish, I felt fully informed and supported. I may have sent countless emails before the procedure, but the entire team remained kind and responsive. They addressed all my concerns so well that I immediately knew I had made the right choice. My nurse Ally was also incredible; she will definitely be my future child's godmother. She is truly amazing! Overall, 10/10. Highly recommended!

Choosing Dr. Ghadir was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He developed the best ovarian stimulation protocol for me, and the procedure was very successful, retrieving 31 eggs. With Thomas's careful guidance, I was also able to follow the protocol throughout. He was very attentive before and after the procedure and always responded promptly to my questions. Overall, my experience was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Ghadir—he is the most experienced doctor I have met!

Posting for a friend because they keep inexplicably deleting her review. HRC Fertility’s disregard for patient safety and accountability is alarming. My doctor clearly instructed me to complete a mandatory two-month preparation period with specific supplements before beginning treatment. However, the nurse, Nurse Jenny, completely ignored this medical plan. Without checking my menstrual cycle, physical condition, or health status, she blindly mailed the medications months early. Even more alarming, when I questioned her, the nurse admitted in writing that she was ‘confused’ about my physical condition—after the high-dose medications had already been sent. This was extraordinarily reckless. If I had not been especially vigilant and carefully checked her instructions, I might have started treatment that could have had catastrophic consequences for my health. HRC management promised to resolve the issue by the end of the week, then went silent again. They are trying to withhold $5000, an amount directly resulting from their serious negligence. If you value your health and safety, be aware that this clinic prioritizes moving medication boxes over following the safety protocol prescribed by its doctors.

The coordination was extremely poor. Dr. Ghadir created a two-month medication preparation plan for us, but the nursing team completely ignored it. They sent the medication without even checking the patient’s menstrual cycle. The written instructions were entirely different from what the doctor told us. Fortunately, a family member caught the mistake in time. This was a major warning sign! We decided not to continue treatment because we did not want to take the risk.

I want to share my experience at HRC Fertility in Beverly Hills. I encountered repeated delays and poor communication there, which postponed my egg-freezing process. February 18, 2026: I first contacted them to schedule a follow-up appointment and emphasized that timely communication was very important to me. I received a reply that afternoon, but it came late, which made me begin to worry about the quality of their service. February 24, 2026: After my period began, I urgently needed to know when to come in. I received conflicting instructions—one staff member said to come on cycle day 2 or 3, while my physician, Dr. Wertheimer, had told me to come the day before my period started. I repeatedly asked for clarification but received only vague or delayed replies several days later. That day, I expressed my dissatisfaction and considered switching providers because of the lack of clear guidance, but they took no action and offered no explanation. February 24 to March 18, 2026: The clinic made no contact. March 17-18: The situation remained unchanged. Because my period was approaching, I contacted them. The emails I received were inconsistent, with staff alternately telling me to come 2-3 days early and again 2-3 days early. They had not even communicated with the doctor since the previous month. Because of them, I missed the opportunity to start treatment for two consecutive months. I asked them to confirm with the doctor. The doctor was copied on the emails but did not contact me or provide any explanation for a month. I had to repeatedly press the team to confirm the treatment plan, and even when I raised questions directly, I received no apology or response. March 18, 2026: My next menstrual cycle begins tomorrow, but I am still facing the same problem. I need an immediate appointment, yet I am again caught in vague instructions and repeated delays. I feel frustrated and unsupported, especially during a time-sensitive and emotionally difficult process like fertility treatment. Overall, the repeated poor communication, slow responses, and lack of accountability caused me to lose confidence in the team. For a process requiring precision and empathy, the experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Trusting this clinic delayed my embryo-freezing cycle by two months. I am 36, and based on my test results, my doctor told me the cycle needed to be completed within six months. Two of those six months have now passed, 'thanks' to HRC. The people I dealt with were Ari, Aleesia, and Dr. Wertheimer.

From our first meeting, my husband and I knew Dr. Ghadir was the right choice for us. His confidence and compassion immediately put us at ease, especially after two failed attempts at another clinic. My egg retrieval experience with Dr. Ghadir was completely different, in the best way. The entire HRC team was warm and attentive, and made us feel seen and cared for. Dr. Ghadir helped identify the underlying cause of my infertility, and thanks to him our first transfer was successful. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Ghadir and cannot wait to meet our babies this summer!

Thank you, Dr. Hakman!!! I began IVF at 43, and 18 months later I am nearly 45. We first saw another highly regarded doctor said to treat many celebrities, but did not get the results we wanted. Although he was nice, I did not feel he took time to understand my situation or guide us. Everyone is different, and I felt I should not take up his time with questions. Our first retrieval produced 20-22 eggs but no usable embryos, and he immediately recommended donor eggs. After three rounds with him, we had only one euploid embryo. We then went to HRC in Beverly Hills. Dr. Hakman explained, based on my strong ovarian reserve and the data, that I was exactly the kind of patient who should keep trying. She showed me a chart of the average number of eggs needed per embryo by age—about 45 eggs at age 44—and stressed that this was only an average. Her careful explanation helped set expectations and prepare me for multiple retrievals. I understood that it was a numbers game and that continued retrievals could eventually yield good embryos. She also recommended improving my husband's sperm quality and seeing a urologist. This added 2-3 months but worked. After his sperm improved, two retrievals with Dr. Hakman produced two euploid embryos. She used the same medications as other doctors but kept the doses steadier, making injections much easier and reducing monitoring visits near the end of each cycle. Because I live out of state, this greatly reduced my stress. Dr. Sasha encouraged me throughout, like a cheerleader. She and coordinator Jenny were always reachable by phone or text. Jenny answered at any hour, seven days a week. An unexpected positive endometriosis test delayed transfer for several months while I received treatment. The wait and hormones were difficult, but Dr. Hakman called periodically to check on me. Our first transfer failed, but the second succeeded, and I am now three and a half months pregnant! Thank you, Dr. Hakman and the HRC team!!!

Dr. VanHise and Marianne McClugkin make a wonderful team. From start to finish, they made sure I felt prepared, supported, and genuinely cared for. They checked in regularly, listened carefully to my symptoms, and provided excellent care before and after the procedure. My egg-freezing experience was smooth and reassuring, and I would choose them again for future fertility treatment. I especially appreciated learning more about my body and its response to hormones. Dr. VanHise took an educational approach during ultrasounds and medication discussions, explaining not only what we were doing but why, so I understood every step. On procedure day, I felt calm, prepared, and confident. Marianne was very supportive, hands-on, communicative, and kind. She explained the injection process step by step until I felt completely comfortable. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. VanHise and Marianne and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, VanHise team!!!

Dr. Ghadir and his team, especially Amber and Jennie, were attentive, respectful, and thoughtful throughout the process. I had many questions but never felt like a burden! Their prompt communication and responses to emails and calls impressed me, and I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. 5 stars are not enough!

I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Ghadir and his team. I had many worries, but Dr. Ghadir put me at ease during the consultation and was supportive and communicative throughout. His nursing staff were attentive and gentle, making all the testing easier. My nurse, Amber, was very helpful, sent updated medication protocols, and quickly answered emails about any concerns. I appreciated the clear egg-freezing package options and knowing the financial responsibility from the beginning. I chose the Nest package, and the process was seamless. I am very happy with my results and trust that I will receive excellent care when I return to continue growing my family!

Freezing my eggs with Dr. Hackman was a wonderful experience. She was highly informative and made me comfortable throughout the process—everything you want in a doctor. The nursing staff were also kind and patient. I am grateful for my experience with Dr. Hackman and highly recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ghadir and his team, including Amber and others. Every appointment was on time and informative. Everyone was easy to reach, and egg freezing was very affordable: the event cost $7,500! What a bargain. I am grateful for this opportunity.
