They are knowledgeable and professional and always welcomed us with warm smiles. This journey was not easy. It took more than a year and included an unfortunate failed cycle, but the team stayed with us, cared for us, and made sure we could keep going. At the start of this journey, we prayed that God would help us find the right people. He delivered far beyond our expectations. I had to call the after-hours line twice and expected a later callback, but I was connected with Dr. Coffler quickly. This office is wonderful, and they truly care.

After reviewing my records, Dr. Coffler said, "You will have a baby this year." Fast-forward to September 2024, and thanks to Dr. Coffler, I am now 10 weeks pregnant. He was outstanding throughout a stressful process. Amy was my IVF coordinator and was exceptional throughout. She gave me highly detailed instructions for every step and explained everything incredibly well. She was wonderful when I panicked once or twice during the two-week wait and had an amazing way of calming me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Coffler, Amy, Ashley, my ultrasound technician, and the rest of the staff. Everyone was very kind.
