I had a very positive experience at HRC. Dr. Coffler is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also kind and patient. He always took time to explain every step and put me at ease. He gladly answered every question and made sure we understood each procedure and its outcome, good or bad. His bedside manner was excellent! Oh my goodness, 10/10!!! Most importantly, he genuinely cared about us!!! Ashley, Courtney, Caroline, Jessica, April, Sandy, and Aurora are all wonderful people. Whatever we needed, they did their best to provide it. They are knowledgeable and professional and always welcomed us with warm smiles. This journey was not easy. It took more than a year and included an unfortunate failed cycle, but the team stayed with us, cared for us, and made sure we could keep going. At the start of this journey, we prayed that God would help us find the right people. He delivered far beyond our expectations. I had to call the after-hours line twice and expected a later callback, but I was connected with Dr. Coffler quickly. This office is wonderful, and they truly care.

After reviewing my records, Dr. Coffler said, "You will have a baby this year." Fast-forward to September 2024, and thanks to Dr. Coffler, I am now 10 weeks pregnant. He was outstanding throughout a stressful process. Amy was my IVF coordinator and was exceptional throughout. She gave me highly detailed instructions for every step and explained everything incredibly well. She was wonderful when I panicked once or twice during the two-week wait and had an amazing way of calming me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Coffler, Amy, Ashley, my ultrasound technician, and the rest of the staff. Everyone was very kind.

The process is difficult and demanding, especially if you have never undergone IVF, but we felt cared for from beginning to end and truly enjoyed our time there.
