FMCC provided excellent care for my endometriosis and fertility challenges. I live outside Ohio, and their practitioners are qualified to offer virtual appointments. They are also current on restorative reproductive medicine treatments and approaches. They take every concern seriously and use a more patient-centered, compassionate, and comprehensive approach than any OB-GYN clinic I have previously visited.

The only place I would go for maternity care. The entire FMCC team makes you feel seen and heard. The birth center midwives were the most supportive birth team I have ever had!

Wonderful group. Every doctor and midwife does their work with care. They are the reason my husband and I finally had a child after years of failure and infertility. They made me feel heard and found a solution that helped make it possible. They genuinely care about every patient. I would never go to another facility.

My husband and I had our second daughter at Holy Family Birth Center in February 2024. We had a wonderful birth experience, and I loved delivering at the center. The care we received prenatally and during the birth aligned with my ethics and values and was what I wanted to avoid unnecessary interventions that can occur with a hospital birth. I will definitely return to FMCC/Holy Family Birth Center for future pregnancies.

Terrible. After an ultrasound at my first prenatal appointment confirmed that my pregnancy was no longer viable, I met with a doctor and we discussed our options. (This was not my first miscarriage.) An hour later, the doctor called and decided to wait a week because my dates might be wrong—this appointment was at about 8–10 weeks—and to check my HCG levels. As expected, both blood tests confirmed what we already knew: the levels were falling. The doctor never called, despite the countless voicemails I left. When I finally received a call confirming that I had lost the baby—the same conclusion reached during the ultrasound—they charged me for a telehealth visit. It is not about the money; it is about how unprofessional and greedy this was. FMCC is a perfect place, but only for a perfect pregnancy.

I went to FMCC for my second pregnancy. Everything went according to plan, and the visits were fine. We paid the birth center in full. My next OB-GYN told me they commit insurance fraud by making people pay without even submitting the charges to insurance for approval or denial. The night I went into labor was Thanksgiving. I called the on-call midwife and told her I was having the baby. (All my births are very fast.) It was around 3:00 a.m. (I delivered before 3:30 a.m.) She told me over the phone that I was not ready. How could she know? I had paid to labor at the birth center and use the tub they boasted about, but I was not allowed to come when I called??? She then told me to take a shower and that I would feel better. Why could I not shower at the facility where I could receive help and medical care? We paid thousands of dollars. Wtf. I took a shower, which sent my labor into overdrive, and I could barely manage it. Afterward, I called my husband and immediately gave birth in our bathroom, completely unplanned and unprepared. My son was not breathing. We were on the phone with the midwife, who told us what to do, and after what felt like forever, he began to breathe. That was only the beginning. They immediately made errors on his birth certificate and then with his insurance and Social Security card. It took almost two years to fix everything. We also had to pay $500 of the full cost of the postpartum checkup. Ridiculous. It made no sense that we had to pay anything. We essentially paid $500 for a midwife to watch my husband cut the umbilical cord and send us home. Then, for some foolish reason, I returned during my third pregnancy. Midway through, I told them I was considering another home birth. I had not yet selected a midwife. They said they could no longer see me and that I needed care elsewhere. I did that. All of FMCC's notes were transferred to my new provider, who read them to me. The note about the Thanksgiving birth said, “Patient waited too long to come to the hospital and delivered at home.” I called twice that night! The birth center was 50 minutes away, and the midwife refused to let us come. Even after they dismissed me, I continued to receive all the ridiculous emails from this place. My best friend has a clotting disorder and had multiple miscarriages. When she finally became pregnant again, they refused to prescribe the anticoagulant medication she needed to sustain the pregnancy until she paid her final bill in full, about $200. Over a small amount owed, they were willing to let that unborn baby die rather than give her medication. I do not believe God intends people to be greedy or deny help to those who need it. I was also present for my friend's birth, and Anne literally had one hand inside my friend, telling her how to push, while texting on her phone with the other hand! The worst care I have ever seen. Are you telling me God intended you to give a woman an epidural, force her to push when you want, and text so you would not be bothered by what was happening??! They say birth is God's plan, but it is all nonsense. They put on a great show. Mothers, beware.

FMCC is absolutely amazing! I firmly believe I would not have my beautiful boy without them and their knowledge of miscarriage and MTHFR! I cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about FMCC! They are patient-centered and provide care with genuine compassion. With this team's help, I had a successful VBAC! I do not believe it would have been possible without their guidance and expertise!

I experienced three miscarriages, and my doctor told me this was normal and there was nothing I could do. We changed doctors and came here, where they told me it was not normal, especially for a healthy 22-year-old woman. After many tests, they identified the exact cause of my miscarriages, and I am very grateful. I hope everyone can receive the same testing I did.

I went for an external pelvic ultrasound. The nurses were very friendly, and check-in was quick. They also seemed happy to be there, which is always a good sign. During the ultrasound, the sonographer was very gentle and explained the entire process, so I did not feel that she was doing it incorrectly. The last time I had an ultrasound at IU Health, it felt as though the technician was simply following a script and treating it more like a business transaction than trying to help me understand my health. The clinic was very clean and attractive overall, with photos of babies from families they had helped on the walls.

As a high-risk mother with preeclampsia and a history of miscarriage, I was referred to FMCC. My experience was excellent. They helped identify issues I had not known about, including a thyroid problem. The staff were friendly and caring, and the rooms were always clean. Every appointment felt like being with family. They helped me deliver a healthy baby boy by C-section. Dr. Cly was wonderful, and I am very grateful to him. We also loved the childbirth classes available for enrollment. Dr. Stoud taught us helpful new information before our baby was born.

I had heard many positive things about this clinic. After several unsuccessful attempts at hormone replacement therapy, I decided to try it. I felt very encouraged and excited after speaking with Dr. Clay. However, I was extremely disappointed after receiving hormone pellet therapy. It works very well and can be life-changing for many people, but my experience was terrible. Despite developing virilization symptoms and severe anxiety, I was told that low testosterone and high estrogen were causing the symptoms. My bloodwork, however, showed that my testosterone was not low. In my view, raising testosterone while I was already experiencing virilization symptoms was wrong, so I declined. A nurse also told me that women without a uterus do not need progesterone. When I mentioned that men also have progesterone, she looked at me and said, "No, they do not need it." I was very disappointed because that is inaccurate. I felt the prescribing advice was misleading and completely lost confidence in this clinic's hormone replacement therapy. I believe these nurses are trained only in hormone pellet therapy and that their understanding of hormones comes from those protocols. I know the clinic provides excellent obstetric care and have heard many positive comments from friends and family!

They told my fiancée that losing one of our twins during pregnancy posed no risk, and they said it with a smile. The other twin then died as a result. They should have known that fetal death carries serious risks. They did not understand this, and I feel taking my fiancée there was a waste of time. If we had not gone, perhaps we would have our child today.

This review is not about Dr. Stroud or his medical skills. Dr. Stroud is an outstanding OB-GYN. He delivered both of my children, and every visit was excellent. He is compassionate, highly skilled, and thorough, and I will continue to refer patients to him confidently. He is truly one of the best physicians in the area. I am extremely disappointed with the care Dr. Clay provided at this practice. I sought treatment for heavy, continuous bleeding caused by uterine fibroids, which severely affected my daily life. I was often confined to bed to manage the bleeding, and my hemoglobin repeatedly reached critical levels. My condition became severe enough that I was sent to the emergency room for a blood transfusion. Despite the seriousness of my condition, my concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. I was prescribed medication to thicken the blood even though laboratory results showed an abnormal D-dimer level, making the treatment plan feel unsafe and concerning. A new doctor later told me not to take any medication. Despite continued blood loss and clear deterioration, the clinicians did not seem to consider the situation urgent. Worse, even as my condition continued to decline, I was told surgery could not be scheduled until April—about six months later. I therefore sought a second opinion. The difference was striking. The new doctor immediately recognized the severity of my condition and worked to schedule surgery as soon as possible. That alone confirmed what I had felt all along: my condition required urgent treatment. I am sharing this experience because patients deserve to be heard and taken seriously, especially when facing potentially life-threatening conditions. If you feel your concerns are being dismissed, I strongly encourage you to advocate for yourself and seek a second opinion.

Dr. Stalling has truly been a blessing. She performed my surgery in January, and I feel much better. I also experienced an ectopic pregnancy, and she gave me tremendous support and assistance during that difficult time. I highly recommend Fertility and Midwifery Care!

Many women told me this was the best clinic for endometriosis, so I transferred there last year. Unfortunately, my experience was that they had too many patients and were overwhelmed. Staff were rude to me several times when I advocated for myself, and my condition still has not been treated effectively. Unless you are pregnant, I do not recommend this clinic.

From the attentive care and compassion of Dr. Stroud and his team to the helpful billing staff, this is the best place I have ever visited. They make it feel warm and welcoming like home, not like an impersonal fertility factory.

My first encounter with Dr. Stroud was nearly 13 years ago, as a birth photographer, before the days of Fertility & Midwifery Care Center and Holy Family Birth Center. He was the OB on call for one of my mamas in labor, and while I was relatively new to birth work, I knew right away that there was something different and special about him. Unlike other obstetricians I had worked alongside, he was patient and unrushed. He quietly and calmly sat at my client’s bedside. He spoke gently and never disturbed the mother’s laboring environment. Instead of authoritative coached pushing, he patiently waited as she birthed her baby the way she needed to, all while giving her the encouragement she needed to bring her baby out. I was so impressed by his bedside manner and the way he respected my client’s wishes. I had never experienced a birth like that with another obstetrician - ever! I thought to myself, “He practices more like a midwife than an OB.” Fast forward to 2020, as a seasoned birth photographer, and now doula, having worked alongside the FMCC providers for many years. I decided to make the switch to their practice for my fifth pregnancy, and I could not have been happier with my care. My pregnancy was very challenging, with intermittent bleeding into my second trimester as well as vomiting throughout the whole nine months of pregnancy. They went above and beyond to care for me and my baby! They allowed me to come into the office for ultrasounds and doppler checks to hear our baby’s heartbeat, to ease my anxious mind. They also referred me to an IV clinic for fluids and medication for the unrelenting vomiting, which had never been offered in my previous pregnancies. I didn’t even know that an IV clinic was an option! It made a world of difference and helped keep me afloat throughout my pregnancy. While I originally intended to deliver at Holy Family Birth Center, after much prayer and consideration, I made the difficult decision at the end of my pregnancy to birth in the hospital. Even though all of my babies had been born unmedicated, I needed the safety net of the hospital in the event I needed an epidural for the first time. My body felt too tired and too weak to get through labor. Even though I did manage to achieve another unmedicated birth, I felt my choices were respected and honored to make the switch. After our fifth baby was born, my husband and I were certain that our baby days were over - our hearts and hands were full! - until a surprise pregnancy in 2023. While unexpected, we quickly became excited and immediately loved our sweet growing baby. Unfortunately, almost as soon as we found out about our new little one, we learned we lost him or her. Having never had a miscarriage before, it was truly one of the most painful and traumatic events I have ever experienced. FMCC was there through it all - praying for us, supporting us, and encouraging us. Even though our loss was early, it didn’t matter - the providers at FMCC acknowledge each new life from the moment they are conceived, knowing full well they are designed and loved by a Holy God. Even though our baby’s life was brief, they brought purpose into our family. Heartbreakingly, we went on to lose three more babies. I cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for the FMCC team for their deep compassion and empathy. As a grieving mother, it meant everything to me. They came alongside us during some of our darkest moments and helped carry the weight of our sadness and grief. We learned in between those losses that I have MTHFR, so we got progesterone and other medications on board… and because of Dr. Stroud’s help, we got to our perfect and precious rainbow baby, where he was welcomed into the world at Holy Family Birth Center, with the most incredible support team imaginable. HFBC is such a sacred, special place for birthing women and their families. Some of our older children were in attendance for their baby brother’s birth - it was an amazing and beautiful experience for them! We love you, FMCC and HFBC! We will always be grateful for you!

Dr. Stroud and his team helped us overcome primary and secondary infertility by identifying the causes and treating them with natural fertility methods. We will always be grateful to this highly skilled team for helping us have our wonderful children. When I needed another cesarean section—my first was performed by another doctor, and other health issues meant I could not attempt vaginal delivery—Dr. Stroud's team gave me the benefits of a gentle cesarean. I could see my babies through a clear surgical drape, have skin-to-skin contact with help from my husband and nurse, and breastfeed during recovery. Their bedside manner was impeccable, and the postoperative care was equally excellent. Their nurse practitioner Sarah managed my mental healthcare and was wonderful. Thank you, FMCC, for everything you do for women and babies!

I gave three stars because they are usually excellent. However, when I brought my baby for the six-week checkup, the nurse was clearly ill. She was not wearing a mask, and now my six-week-old baby is struggling to breathe, coughing constantly, and crying inconsolably. The baby is no longer sleeping well at night either! I cannot understand how someone in this profession could come to work sick. Very disappointing.

I heard from others that this clinic is excellent, but after several months I still could not reach anyone in the office, clearly indicating administrative or communication failures. Despite a referral from my own doctor, I made countless calls, left numerous voicemails, and sent several emails trying to schedule an appointment and follow up on the referral. Their only response was an email saying the surgical waitlist was one year and instructing me to call the office, yet they still did not answer, return calls, or respond to emails. Fortunately, I found another surgeon who treats patients professionally and responsibly. Otherwise, I might have needed emergency surgery before they ever returned my call.

I delivered my fifth child at FMCC, and it was a terrible experience. I specifically chose this practice because of its pro-life values, but during my first prenatal visit, one midwife repeatedly emphasized how high my risk was of having a baby with Down syndrome. She knew I already had a child with Down syndrome, yet projected her own alarm onto me. She seemed unaware that I might not consider having another baby with Down syndrome a tragedy. I emailed Dr. Stroud directly about what happened and how upset I was, but never received a response. During labor, the midwife caring for me broke my water, said I had progressed from 3–4 centimeters to 5 centimeters, then left the hospital to shower at home. This was my fifth baby, and I had no epidural. Unsurprisingly, she missed the entire delivery, and a doctor I had never met happened to be walking down the hall and delivered my baby. That doctor then billed me for the delivery, while FMCC also billed me for the delivery, creating a major headache. FMCC overcharged me by about $800 throughout prenatal care and did not refund it for 19 months. These are only the most shocking examples among many problems I experienced at FMCC. I strongly recommend seeking prenatal care elsewhere. I believe Dr. and Mrs. Stroud are sincerely pro-life, but they do not appear to employ people who share their beliefs or match their level of skill.

I really appreciated FMCC at the beginning of my pregnancy when I experienced bleeding d/t a subchorionic hematoma. They did a transvaginal ultrasound and provided extra reassurance and peace of mind at a vulnerable time. However, I found the care continuity to be poor between appointments d/t the model of cycling through various midwives. I felt like I had to repeat myself every appointment and no one had looked at my chart or PMH. They would mention upcoming labs/ scans/ tests and then upon my arrival at the appointment I had to request those things or else they would not be done (e.g., with the panorama and horizon screening & w repeated progesterone blood draws). I felt like I had to really be the advocate and stay on top of my own care and upcoming milestones to make sure they actually took place. I also found it frustrating that provider notes are not released in the patient portal. I know this facility’s care is very controversial in the area d/t their heavy use of outdated studies and promotion of interventions w low/ mixed evidence (e.g., frequent prescription of progesterone, especially beyond the first trimester). For the most part, everyone was kind and I could get my questions answered, but I would advise anyone seeking this practice to do your own research & advocate strongly for what you’re looking for & what supports you need. We transitioned my care to Parkview and I’ve been very impressed with their communication & documentation through the portal, their review of my records before coming in, their timelines, & the patient support/ resources available.

FMCC and Holy Family Birth Center made my pregnancy, labor, and delivery experience far exceed my expectations. The nurses and doctors made me feel treated as a person, not just a patient. I traveled across the country to receive care here, and I would absolutely do it again! If you think this might be the right place for you, contact them. You will not regret it!

I am incredibly grateful to FMCC and NaPro Fertility Clinic! After trying to conceive for more than two years, I am now 23 weeks pregnant, and I know we could not have done it without them. Dr. Grosvenor was the first doctor to investigate and address the cause of my infertility instead of simply directing me to IUI and IVF, as most fertility doctors in Chicago had done. It turned out that I had stage 3 endometriosis. With Dr. Grosvenor's help, I underwent excision surgery and conceived during the fourth cycle afterward. Dr. Stollin and the nurses were also outstanding. Thank you for listening to us and respecting our Catholic faith and reverence for life.

Please review all the screenshots to understand why I am leaving this review. After I expressed my concerns, I was ignored for two full business weeks. I am extremely disappointed. My conclusion is that if your pregnancy does not progress smoothly, they will not continue helping you. FMCC came highly recommended. After two miscarriages, I had high hopes for them. Although this miscarriage may not have been preventable, I will never know because Karen did not discuss my options or provide home testing supplies such as pregnancy tests. Karen was more concerned with checking her Apple Watch and quickly leaving the room. One problem followed another, and none of my questions were answered. I am now back at the beginning and must find another fertility clinic in hopes of receiving help and answers. I am very disappointed with FMCC. Waiting two weeks for a phone call is far too long, especially when they post messages on Facebook at 10 p.m. but never call. If you choose this clinic, I hope your pregnancy progresses smoothly so they will actually care for you.

At my first prenatal visit, a woman at the front desk was very warm and friendly, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The medical assistant was also kind. I noted in my chart that I would not accept blood transfusions because I was still deciding whether I would accept someone else's blood and had concerns. When the OB-GYN saw me, she asked again and said I could continue receiving prenatal care there regardless. She asked me to confirm my decision one week later, and I agreed. My appointment was on Friday, and I received calls the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. They did not explain why, and I was busy moving, so I could not answer. I assumed they might need to reschedule, which would have been fine, and I returned the call when I was available on Thursday. Dr. Stroud said in a voicemail that I could text him, so I did, and he sent the response shown in the photo below. I immediately called him. He answered by saying, ‘You are very hard to reach.’ I stayed silent so he could hear his own tone. The comment made me uncomfortable and surprised me. I am also a healthcare professional and would never speak to someone that way. He explained that patients had previously died after refusing blood transfusions and that his role was not to persuade me to change my position, which I appreciated and fully understood. My main concern is that they did not give me the week I requested to decide. He also said I could no longer receive prenatal care there because they have a relationship with Dupont. My understanding is that the midwives are at Dupont, but if I were admitted there, would they completely refuse medical care to a low-risk pregnant patient? I do not know whether they are separate from Dupont's regular nurses. It is deeply frustrating to deny care to pregnant patients simply because they want full bodily autonomy in the hospital. I have previously used birth centers and was never treated this way. Whether or not the staff agreed, they allowed me full autonomy over my body. Another concern is that while I know healthcare systems recommend medication, I received only a list of drugs considered acceptable during pregnancy for constipation and/or nausea. They did not recommend any natural approaches besides pills, although I can name several that have helped me greatly, such as increasing fiber through fruits and vegetables and drinking ginger, peppermint, chamomile, or lavender tea. I do not know whether doctors are required to recommend medication first or simply assume that is what patients want. I would prefer natural substances over pills. I also want to note that she never asked about my diet, including whether I am vegetarian. Nutrition during pregnancy is very important for both the pregnant patient and the fetus. Do they believe prenatal vitamins alone are sufficient? Along with postpartum breastfeeding, better nutrition can greatly benefit the mother's pregnancy and postpartum experience and the baby's health. I saw no nutrition brochures or even a brief introduction to pregnancy nutrition and its effect on maternal health. I was very disappointed, though perhaps they expect patients to research this themselves. I worry that some prospective parents may not understand the importance of nutrition. It is as important as the tests and treatments performed during pregnancy.

I was referred to Dr Stroud from my local NaPro doctor - I live out of state. I had fought for years for someone to listen to me about the pain I lived in constantly. My referring doctor was the first one to actually listen and Dr Stroud took over from there. He was compassionate during our first telehealth consultation, and I knew I wasn’t the first woman to come to him with a long story of pain. It was getting so bad I could barely walk up the stairs at the end of the day. I was burning my stomach with a heating pad each night to just get a bit of relief. He agreed with my referring doctor and with me that I might have endometriosis. I ended up having two surgeries with Dr Stroud. During the first excision surgery, I was validated to learn I had stage 3 endo. I also was diagnosed with adenomyosis, which I had never heard of before, during that first surgery and ended up needing a second surgery, a hysterectomy, to resolve the immense pain associated with that. Over a year later I can say that the care I received from Dr Stroud completely changed my life. It gave me my life back. I get to be the person I want to be, the mom I want to be for my kids because every waking moment isn’t punctuated by excruciating pain. It took me 5 years of hurting to find Dr Stroud- someone who would actually treat my disease at its roots and who just as importantly believed me. I will never forget the feeling of I had when waking up from surgery and knowing I wasn’t crazy. I drove over 4 hours to be treated by Dr Stroud and I would do it again. Grateful every healthy day.

We had both of our children through this practice, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we received. From the front desk staff to the providers, everyone was always friendly, supportive, and willing to help. What I appreciated most was how empowered I felt throughout my pregnancies and postpartum care. The providers took the time to answer questions, share information, and provide trusted resources for me to research on my own. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, and instead created space for informed decision-making while respecting my preferences and concerns. Because of their guidance, support, and excellent care, we welcomed two healthy babies into the world. I’m incredibly grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient-centered care.

Thanks to Dr. Stalling and the FMCC team, I am finally pregnant with my first baby after years of infertility! They provided kind, compassionate care and listened carefully to all of my concerns. Highly recommended!

I have so much to say, but saying more will not help. I am completely devastated, and now I cannot even save my uterus because Dr. Stroud was unable to perform a lifesaving operation. Then he will dismiss me and my pain, just as he did when he said, "You just cannot tolerate pain." No, Dr. Stroud, I was bleeding internally, yet your team sent me to the emergency room, where the staff at Dupont Hospital harshly criticized you and your work. I later found a new gynecologist for postpartum care, and they had nothing good to say about you either. I once had many positive things to say about your team, you, and FMCC... but now I am infertile, and I nearly died twice because you and your team failed to recognize the real problem. To make matters worse, you even blamed my husband for recording you while you explained that all of this was my fault, not yours. In the end, your only explanation was that my uterus had "exploded"—the actual words of an experienced doctor! No, you punctured it and then left me.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Stroud and his medical team! Every doctor was extremely helpful. In just two visits, they identified issues that other doctors had overlooked for years and created a clear treatment plan to address or improve my condition. Throughout my care, the staff showed a level of compassion and understanding that I had never experienced at any other clinic. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking answers or trying to conceive!

I love this clinic! I had a history of preterm birth and some other health issues, and they gave me hormone therapy to help me have a healthier pregnancy. Thank you so much! A staff member at the clinic also provided pregnancy counseling.

The following is taken directly from this "doctor's" social media page. Under his care, I fear I would have died by now. "Medically necessary abortion"—there is no such thing. Women facing emergencies deserve better than being misled and frightened. Ectopic pregnancy? Sepsis? Preeclampsia? Eclampsia? None of these or any other complications require intentionally ending a pregnancy to treat the mother. No abortion ban in the United States prevents doctors from treating these conditions. This is not my personal opinion—look up the relevant laws yourself.

Unfortunately, reviews from people with no medical knowledge are often highly biased and unfair to the clinic and Dr. Stroud. I will share my perspective as a patient. I do not understand medicine myself, so how could I judge something I know nothing about? I do not have a medical degree. I think some reviews come from misplaced anger, with people assuming Dr. Stroud caused a miscarriage, which is simply impossible. Women are in pain, but it is unfair to direct that anger at such a compassionate and sincere doctor. He listens carefully and works to identify the problem. He does not try to take control of everything. He will not be upset if you are also being treated by an OB-GYN. In fact, he is happy to work with other doctors to help you receive the fertility treatment you need. He understands people struggling with infertility and will not judge you the way uninformed people do. Most importantly, he is committed to helping you through natural treatment. He has your best interests at heart. I found an amazing specialist and highly recommend him. Even if we ultimately do not have a child, which would not be his fault, I know he did everything he could to help us.

My daughter was this doctor's patient, and I want people trying to conceive to know about several concerns. She delivered a premature baby. The providers she trusted were not present for the delivery. Hours later, they decided to airlift the baby to Riley Hospital in Indianapolis. They never contacted my daughter on their own, asked about her postpartum recovery, or followed up. She had taken hormones and many other medications for more than nine months, not including the months before pregnancy. She drove back from Indianapolis for her postpartum visit, but no examination or other care was provided. After five minutes, she was dismissed. If something goes wrong, they do not care and only make excuses. I would not trust this doctor or clinic. The only positive outcome was that they helped my daughter become pregnant.

Amazing! The doctor was excellent! I had a high-risk pregnancy, and the doctor provided all informed consent forms and every option. I felt heard and reassured, and they did everything necessary for my baby to be born safely!

The first doctor to take my endometriosis symptoms seriously. After surgery, I now have an official endometriosis diagnosis. I wish I could hug my 12-year-old self and tell her that one day someone will take her pain seriously and we will find the cause. I thank Dr. Stroud with everything I have! He truly is the best.

Very child-friendly and family-oriented. This is the only office where I feel comfortable bringing my children. They have the sweetest staff, and every one of them is wonderful!

Early in my last pregnancy, I had a problem. My previous doctor's office told me to wait a week because many women experience the same issue. I was uncomfortable with that because I had experienced a loss. I called Dr. Stroud's office, and Marianne was on duty. I explained that I was not a patient but had a problem and was worried. She listened to my concern and reassured me with her knowledge and comforting words. She told me to come in first thing the next morning for an ultrasound so they could see what was happening. If I had not done that, I would never have known I was carrying twins and had lost one. As a worried and frightened mother in early pregnancy, I knew I needed to be heard, and FMCC listened to me even though I was not a patient. I truly loved my other doctor, but this mattered. I switched offices and carried my son to term while receiving very careful care for an 'advanced maternal age' pregnancy. Delivery day was wonderful. Midwife Lindsay, who is no longer at the office, was exceptional and patient. She let me do what I wanted instead of confining me to bed to give birth in the most unnatural position. She even let my husband help deliver our baby. My only wish was that the birth center had opened in time for me to use it, but I missed it! June 2018. It has been a long time since I received prenatal care for the youngest of our 7 children, but the office has also been helpful with women's general health since then. FMCC is not only concerned with the health of unborn babies. It also focuses on the mother's overall physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health later in life and on women beyond their childbearing years.

I had heard about Dr. Stroud's work and his ability to help many women conceive and give birth through a holistic approach. When I became pregnant, I immediately went to his office, but from the beginning his team made many errors. The staff misspelled my name and entered the wrong date of birth, which caused many problems when trying to obtain medication. They did not tell me which pharmacy they sent my medication to and communicated poorly. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and have been visiting Dr. Stroud's office since I was 5 weeks pregnant, but his staff continue to make mistakes. Recently, they forgot to perform the genetic testing that was the entire reason for our bloodwork, and we had to return for testing. They also could not answer pregnancy-related questions, such as when the third trimester begins. His staff did not accurately document my medical history, and major concerns would have been overlooked if I were not good at recalling my health history. At this point, I am looking for another provider because I no longer trust his team to care properly for my baby and me.

I cannot recommend Dr. Stroud and FMCC highly enough! I had been in pain for years since the birth of my daughter more than four years ago. My previous doctor found fibroids during pregnancy and monitored them every other week, and I had a myomectomy when my daughter was four months old. About two years after the myomectomy, my uterus began to hurt. Trying to conceive while in pain felt wrong, and I knew something was wrong. Another doctor suggested physical therapy, but it did not help. I saw Dr. Stroud, who recommended diagnostic laparoscopy. During surgery, he found endometriosis, an infection, and adhesions connecting my uterus and colon. He removed everything laparoscopically, and I became pregnant during my next cycle! I expected to be considered high-risk and experience as much stress as during my first pregnancy, but that was not the case at FMCC. I had a happy, peaceful pregnancy and planned a wonderful C-section with Dr. Stroud! I needed a C-section because of the myomectomy and was very nervous. Dr. Stroud and his team helped me understand what to expect, and it was every bit as wonderful as my daughter's birth! Thank you so much, Dr. Stroud! Without you and FMCC, we would not have our second wonderful daughter!
