I have attended this clinic for about six months. The doctors and staff are very kind and knowledgeable and supported me whenever I was worried. Thanks to them, I became pregnant. We worked with this clinic for 6 months. All the doctors and staff were very supportive, knowledgeable, and kind, and fortunately we had a successful experience.

The staff, from the office team to the nurses, are very welcoming, enthusiastic, and helpful. Dr. Huang and Dr. Arnett make an outstanding team. Both are very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs as a patient. If I have questions or concerns, they put my health first and arrange meetings to discuss and educate me on any topic, ensuring that I feel comfortable and reassured before, during, and after procedures. I learned a great deal from them about health issues other doctors had missed. For example, my tinnitus stopped after they identified an underlying health issue. My high prolactin level was causing breast tenderness and pain, which no previous doctor had identified. Now that it has been treated, I feel much better. Without them, I would never have known. Regarding becoming pregnant after each treatment, failures can be painful. I felt disappointed, and it was not easy, but that is part of what to expect, especially at my age. I am still trying and will soon begin my second round of IVF. I am grateful for the opportunity and to have a professional team that cares about its patients and wants us to achieve pregnancy. If I could give this clinic less than one star, I would. It was the worst experience I have ever had. They were rude, and the doctor repeatedly said, 'He is the professional and knows best,' despite my concerns about aspects of care that made me feel ill. The front desk staff were very incompetent, and checkout was a headache! If you are experiencing infertility, which is already difficult, do not put yourself through the trauma of going to this clinic. Take your business elsewhere.

Beware of this practice. They will have you buy more and more, then bill you years later for services you did not authorize. Their accounting is a mess. I would get a second opinion before deciding to go here. We spent a great deal of money, left the practice, and continued receiving bills for more services. Keep all receipts and email correspondence; you will need them.

Thank you, ARCH! After four miscarriages, Dr. Huang and Dr. Arnett did everything possible to help us and ensure a successful pregnancy. They are the most research-focused professionals we have ever met and are exceptionally attentive. The clinic always feels welcoming, the staff respond quickly, appointments are easy to schedule, bills are submitted directly to insurance, and the doctors' ethics are exemplary. Our only disappointment was that after working with them for a year, they told us we had to transfer to an OB-GYN because we were pregnant! Although we are thrilled about the pregnancy, we will miss the doctors we trusted during such a vulnerable time.
