After submitting my intake documents, I was immediately prompted to buy medication I did not need simply because of answers on the questionnaire. Notably, no medical advice was provided. The attempted IUD removal was extremely painful, even two days after the procedure. I could not stand or bring my legs together. I was advised to take Aleve, and the doctor assured me that IUD removals are not painful. However, the attempted removal was indeed painful, and two days later I was still experiencing the same pain.

I scheduled two appointments within two days. Both times, I drove nearly an hour to the appointment. When I arrived, I was told it had been canceled because the doctor was in surgery. I received no phone call to notify me. They apologized, but the same thing happened twice. This reflects a lack of proper management and oversight. I had been this doctor's patient since 2008, but wasting my time and gas a second time has completely ended the doctor-patient relationship. I am extremely disappointed.
