As usual, the front desk staff give this place a bad name. It is no surprise.
Try not to ask too many questions, or you will receive rude, condescending replies from lazy, inattentive secretaries.

The staff would not provide instructions for my analysis, so I paid $175 for laboratory work that was not even valid.

In my personal experience, I sought fertility services and guidance from Dr. Brown in January 2025. My husband and I began IUI and had six visits. I saw Dr. Brown only for the consultation and one ultrasound. Nyla, the medical assistant, independently performed the remaining ultrasounds and IUI procedures without help or Dr. Brown present. He reviewed all my vaginal ultrasounds by text. Dr. Brown addressed these issues personally but seemed dismissive. Overall, Nyla was kind and professional, but unfortunately Dr. Brown was not. He was absent during the IUI procedures and reviewed my ultrasound results by text. Nyla was the only person working with Dr. Brown; there were no other assistants.
