I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic and feel compelled to share my story to help others make informed decisions. My journey with them was filled with misleading information, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism at every step. 1. Misleading reviews I was initially drawn to this clinic because of its high Google rating. However, on closer inspection, many profiles leaving positive reviews appeared suspicious—recently created accounts with little activity. These reviews seem intended to suppress genuine negative feedback. 2. Authorization delays The trouble began when I sought authorization for my pharmacy to dispense medication. I had to follow up several times before they finally processed it. 3. Incorrect treatment plan I specifically asked the nurse to keep my treatment plan updated, with a clear schedule for starting and stopping medication. During a detailed call, we reviewed the calendar and discussed every medication. Despite this, I received incorrect instructions for taking Ganirelix. I followed their guidance and continued the injections as directed. When I realized the mistake and notified the nurse, she told me it was “fine.” This error suppressed my egg development, resulting in only 1 mature egg and 1 immature egg. This contrasted sharply with my previous IVF cycle at another clinic, where 13 eggs were retrieved, 8 of them mature. 4. Poor organization The disorganization became even more apparent when I received educational materials after treatment had ended. These resources would have been invaluable if provided at the beginning. 5. Overcharging To make matters worse, I discovered that I had been overcharged for my visit. Final thoughts This clinic's lack of accountability, communication, and organization wasted my valuable time and money and harmed my emotional well-being. Their negligence caused my treatment to fail, and the doctor blamed my egg quality instead of acknowledging their mistake. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look beyond the favorable reviews and investigate thoroughly. Think twice before entrusting them with your care.

I have only glowing things to say about this practice. The staff, nurses, and doctor are wonderful! Dr. Famuyiwa is very caring, gives you her full attention every time, and never rushes you. My experience and results exceeded everything I could have asked for. Dr. Famuyiwa develops a protocol specifically for you and your individual case, unlike other places that operate like factories with patients moving in and out. She knows what she is doing, and her laboratory director also has an outstanding professional background. Alban was incredible, simply incredible, and I was sad to hear he is no longer there. We chose this clinic because it is one of the few, if not the only, independent fertility clinics in the area. That sets it apart, especially now that many clinics no longer operate independently. It does not feel commercialized like a large group practice. Instead, you work directly with Dr. Famuyiwa and her team, making the experience more personal and attentive. I have accompanied my spouse here many times, and every visit has been consistent: Dr. Famuyiwa and her team are professional, kind, and genuinely care about their patients.

If you are looking for an independent fertility clinic, I highly recommend Montgomery Fertility Center. I sincerely appreciate the entire team's care and kindness. Dr. Famuyiwa is highly skilled and personable. Her medical team helped me greatly many times and always responded promptly. The clinic staff are also wonderful and friendly. They made my experience very pleasant.

Let me share my experience with this doctor. To be honest, the consultation my wife and I had was terrible. We met this doctor on my wife's birthday, and it started off badly—she said she hadn't even looked at the medical records we sent. Then she completely ignored what we were saying and focused solely on my wife's BMI (Body Mass Index). Yes, she is overweight. The doctor said, "You have to start taking birth control pills again, because you can't carry a pregnancy to term and will only harm all the children." Needless to say, the doctor was completely wrong. We now have a handsome 10-month-old baby boy. He is healthy, happy, and absolutely adorable. Given her bias regarding fertility, I would never recommend this doctor to anyone who doesn't fit her "ideal" standards.

I have been with Montgomery Fertility Center since 2017, and this is my second review. During my time with them, I have now become pregnant with my second child. I want to share my honest views and experience so others can make informed decisions about future medical care. The first point is customer service. In my experience, when I called the office to follow up or seek additional input from the staff or Dr. Famuyiwa, I received a prompt response within a few hours or no more than 24 hours. I mainly used the office phone, though I occasionally communicated by email. For example, when I needed a letter for work and Dr. Famuyiwa was unavailable to answer certain questions, the office manager took over and resolved the issue with me. A few hours later, Dr. Famuyiwa still called and answered my questions even though the manager had already resolved the matter. My second point is individualized medicine and continuity of care. Patients should understand that IVF is not a guarantee, but a science that continues to advance. Care for each IVF patient therefore needs to be individualized, and continuity with the same doctor gives patients a fair opportunity to build rapport and trust with the medical team. As someone who deals with anxiety and low self-esteem, I dislike seeing different doctors at each appointment because it increases my anxiety. My third and final point concerns medical costs and testing. Costs can rise quickly when you begin IVF. As patients, we are responsible for researching what works for us and our families and which clinics fit our budgets. At Dr. Famuyiwa's office, you can receive guidance on financial matters, including payment plans and financing through third-party medical lenders. The staff also take time to explain medical costs so you can make an informed decision. Medical testing is another strength that I believe this clinic uses to improve the chance of IVF and FET success. In my case, genetic testing identified a viable embryo, leading to a successful FET cycle and positive pregnancy test. I hope sharing my experience helps those considering this journey. To our infertility and TTC community, I wish you all the best. I will return with another review when I have my third child.

I began treatment under Dr. Yemi's supervision almost 4 months ago. Although we have not yet achieved the desired result, I remain very hopeful that we will soon. Dr. Yemi is highly knowledgeable, and I appreciate her willingness to try different strategies. The staff, especially Kadi, are very helpful. IVF is stressful, but MFC responds quickly to emails and calls, especially during treatment, which truly helps reduce the stress.
