I really like Dr. Brody. He cares about his patients. But there is one thing I cannot tolerate... Regardless of the appointment time, the wait is at least 2 hours, and 3 hours is not unusual. I wish he managed appointments better.

Dr. Brody is the best!! He is extremely thorough and ordered extensive testing, MRIs, and ultrasounds that my previous OB-GYN was unwilling to provide. I finally feel that I can take control of my health with Dr. Brody’s help. He takes his time with every patient, and the wait is 100% worthwhile.

The woman at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful. The doctor was extremely patient and courteous. This is my first pregnancy, and he genuinely made me feel less nervous and gave me helpful advice about things to avoid. I definitely recommend this doctor.

Dr. Brody was very kind, but the visit was brief. He answered our questions, but no examination or ultrasound was performed, and the consultation cost $450. I was not told the price before our visit and could only schedule online. I want to help anyone seeking an affordable option: most places offer consultations for $185-270 and disclose the fee in advance.

He is the best.

Very late. Poor communication. The front-desk staff were copying our information by hand. Brody was incoherent. They made us provide two urine samples because they forgot to test the first one.

Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Made the entire experience comfortable.

Dr. Brody is wonderful! He explained everything in detail so we could better understand what was happening. It was a great experience. Pat was wonderful too!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I really regret going to this clinic; they took 4 months of my life, made me wait hours; did not care at all; did not go over the result of either tests with me. First, they made me wait there about 2 hours in the clinic to get a procedure done that I had waited 2 months to schedule. They ended up not doing it because they looked at me and said I look sick ( I was a little tired and my face looked red after the long drive! ) and made me wear a mask and got my temperature and said it's border line and turned me away without doing the procedure! He completely ignored me and carried on with the next patient!!!!!! The next day I was about to leave them a review and decided to let them know out of courtesy and also ask them to go over a very expensive and unnecessary blood work Brody had ordered me before and never went over it with me. They said they are sorry and they are gonna make it up to me by giving me another appointment in the middle of the day so Brody could spend enough time and he will do the procedure for free! I decided to trust them and did not leave them a review at that time. When it was time to schedule the procedure of course they didn't have any availability midday! I thought never mind at least they are gonna do it for me at no cost (as promised )! but when I got there another 2 hour wait; Of course they don't remember anything regarding that phone call; they made me sit there until 7 pm to get that procedure done; Brody left immediately after without going over it with me saying he has a meeting at the hospital! Imagine I was there for 2 hours waiting for all the others get their long consultations with him!!!! I asked Pat if they could call me the next day to go over it and she said of course! Of course they never called me back and guess what: I just got a big bill from them and that They DID BILL the insurance after all !!!! Overall' I wasted 4 months of my life waiting to schedule that test; paid 850 for some unnecessary blood work that my new clinic didn't need and a surprise bill tonight after all that frustration! If I knew them 4 months ago I would value my time and mental health and would pick another clinic. This doctor DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD; DO NOT TRUST HIM!

Very poor customer service. They expected us to understand every step and were rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Brody is a brilliant and highly skilled endocrinologist whose deep expertise enables him to provide precise, optimal treatment while minimizing side effects. He has been my doctor for more than five years. Although each visit may take several hours, his commitment to working closely with patients and ensuring they receive the care they need makes the long appointments entirely worthwhile because the quality of care is exceptional.

This was a terrible experience. I found Dr. Brody through Zocdoc, where he had a 4.5 rating and more than 500 reviews, so he seemed reliable. I had recently taken a positive pregnancy test, and the purpose of the appointment was to have bloodwork to confirm the result. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes early. At check-in, we confirmed with the front desk that we were there for a blood test—she confirmed and asked me to complete some forms. We waited 50 minutes before I was called to provide a urine sample, then another 45 minutes before being taken to a room. There, the receptionist (who looked like a nurse) manually copied everything I had just completed onto another sheet of paper and read it all back to me. The process was extremely slow and felt very outdated. After she finished, we were taken to another room to continue waiting for Dr. Brody. By the time we finally saw him, more than two hours had passed. He was friendly, made a few jokes, and confirmed that my urine test was positive and that I was pregnant. When I asked when I could have bloodwork for further confirmation, he said, “Oh, we don't do that here; you have to go to a lab,” and handed me a sheet listing several outside laboratories. He also used a paper wheel to calculate that I was 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant, although it was later confirmed that I was only 4 weeks and 5 days. As we were about to leave, Dr. Brody said he needed another urine sample and asked the nurse/receptionist whether she still had mine. Of course, she had already discarded it, so I waited another 20 minutes, drank some water, and urinated in a cup again. Several months later, I received a bill for the full cost of the appointment stating that my insurer had denied the claim. The reason was incorrect insurance information, presumably copied incorrectly during the manual transcription. I called to have it corrected but continued receiving the same bill. I just spoke with the clinic, and they said no correction had ever been made. In short, the visit was a complete waste of time, and the clinic's facilities and services were extremely outdated. I strongly recommend against scheduling an appointment here.

I appreciated the personalized care from Dr. Brody and Pat until Dr. Brody once insisted on performing a pelvic exam. It made me uncomfortable even after I explained that I had recently had a gynecological exam. I never returned afterward. I was disappointed and realized his conduct was inappropriate. It is unfortunate because he is skilled, spends considerable time with patients, and seemed caring. I ultimately declined the exam, and the conversation quickly moved on, but my opinion of him changed. Avoid doctors who insist on examinations without a valid reason.

Dr. Brody is a good person, but everything in his office is outdated. Appointments take three hours, and he is always late, which is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. I do not recommend seeing him.

They refused to speak with me simply because of my Latino accent.

I recommended this company to a friend because I had an excellent experience. The staff were very helpful, and communication was smooth. Five stars.
