I was admitted for internal bleeding. The doctor said she did not have the necessary tools to help me. Despite my blood pressure being 169/95, she hesitated to help, said I would receive a referral, and sent me home after a three-minute visit. If you send me a bill, there will be serious consequences.

Yesterday I took my child to the pediatric same-day clinic at Health Plaza. Many tests were done, so some results did not come back until today. Dr. Schrupp called me today to discuss them. It was great to have a doctor, rather than a nurse, call me directly! He explains things well, never rushes, and makes sure I understand what all the results mean. I truly appreciate a doctor who takes time to care for patients.

I would like to send a note to br elizabrih blixt, Marge, and the other nurses and staff to thank them for getting me in early for a biopsy because my lump was painful. They did a scan, and the pain went away.

My one-star rating is not for the entire institution but specifically for Dr. Henaam Goel in endocrinology. If you want a specialist with the bedside manner of a sack of potatoes, this is your best choice. Without discussing medical details, if you want a specialist who can manage your situation and genuinely empathize, this is not the doctor. If you want to be spoken to as though dealing with you is the last thing she wants, she is perfect. She acted as if she could not leave the room fast enough. I switched to another endocrinologist and am delighted. The completely different approach and manner made a world of difference. It is reassuring to be treated as important by someone who truly cares about your health.

Do better! I have spoken with many people at CentraCare Billing. The Medicare incident and all notes are on file. CentraCare was told to resubmit after 2-3 weeks. It has been 8 days, and the account says payment is due... Mr. Holman, please contact me! Your billing staff need more training on certain issues, and so does your Medicare specialist. All the notes are in your system. Going to the billing office in person to speak with someone face to face is a joke! I have requested a call from Mr. Holman or his office.

The doctor is excellent. The billing department is completely hopeless and unhelpful. They only care about money. I will never use them again.

Wonderful doctors and nurses!! ❤️ I had hip arthroscopy, and my team was amazing. Even in the operating room, everyone made sure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable. I cannot express how kind everyone was. I highly recommend this place for orthopedic surgery!

Save your time and find another care provider. I sat in urgent care for an hour waiting for a nurse to take me for an X-ray. This place is a joke.

The women there are wonderful. I always feel welcome and in a safe, clean environment. Every visit to Centra Care Plaza has been pleasant! I highly recommend them for occupational care and any other healthcare needs. They are my primary provider.

I love my doctors here. However, CentraCare Plaza has gone downhill quickly, especially with its improper billing practices and financial assistance program. I have never experienced such improper practices in healthcare. I have moved more than half of my care away from CentraCare to new locations. Read all your bills carefully and advocate for yourself. Anyone facing unethical and potentially illegal barriers should contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and the Minnesota Department of Commerce to file a complaint. Their patient relations team also does not seem current on CentraCare policies, so I am unsure why people are told to contact them. I will never recommend CentraCare to anyone again.

I am 82 years old and had surgery for a femur fracture two years ago under Dr. Robert Jacob. He did an excellent job and provided very good postoperative care. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Robert Jacob and the nurses. I would not be able to walk without their help. Thank you sincerely.

Very large parking spaces! The entrance doors are clearly marked, and huge concrete columns at the entrance identify the parking area for each door. When you enter the correct address and business name, “Coborn's Cancer Center” rather than “Nephrology Center,” Google takes you directly to the door. An accessible automatic door opens for you. There is a large reception desk, seating near most entrances, and helpful greeters to assist everyone. The elevators are on the right, or north, side, with several going to the second floor. The left, or south, entrance is similar but smaller. I believe Coborn's Cancer Center is just inside the doors on the right. The bathrooms are small and private, perhaps single-occupancy. The staff have always been very kind and helpful!

Although the doctors are excellent, visiting Centra Care Plaza is unpleasant. The building's design has many shortcomings. First, it is huge, and the walk from your car is long. This is difficult if you are in pain, sick, elderly, or facing bad weather. Depending on where you need to go inside, you may then have another long walk. Again, this is even worse if you are ill, in pain, or have limited mobility. The building is simply too large to navigate when you are unwell. Once, I asked the desk staff near the Woodland entrance whether I could get wheelchair assistance to a doctor's office far from the entrance. I clearly needed help because I was awaiting knee replacement surgery and walking with crutches. The receptionist or staff member was rude and said, 'You should have brought someone with you for the surgery!' I replied, 'I have no one to bring.' She continued on, making me uncomfortable, as though I should inconvenience someone to accompany me to the doctor. I said I could not. She then acted annoyed and said she would have to call the staff there. They do have people who can help you reach your destination. I was already intimidated by the size of the building, and now I have another reason to dislike the Plaza.

I am not sure, but I reordered Mounjaro. It seemed somewhat complicated for the staff, and I do not understand why the call was disconnected or delayed, so I am currently dissatisfied with the central service.

My doctor ordered an MRI with contrast. I received insurance approval and went for the scan. While I was lying on the table undergoing preliminary imaging, I asked when the contrast would be given. They said it would not be given because the radiologist had decided it was unnecessary, and they asked why I thought my condition required it. I told them they did not know what they were talking about because my doctor had ordered it, and I wanted the scan repeated. They refused, so I asked for a supervisor, who also refused to provide the contrast. If I had received proper care that day, I could have obtained what I needed and gotten help sooner. Because of that department's negligence, I am still waiting for help. How dare they refuse treatment ordered by my doctor! Hold your department accountable!

Poor rheumatology experience. The doctor told me my symptoms would be clinically diagnosed and thoroughly evaluated. I had problems in several areas. One MRI was enough for NPR to say they could not treat me and simply recommend physical therapy. They did not image the other affected areas until I insisted on further testing.

Medical negligence led to a child's illness. My daughter developed a bull's-eye rash and was diagnosed with Lyme disease. I called the doctor to explain that we had taken antibiotics and wanted testing to confirm it had cleared, but the doctor never called back. Her symptoms later returned. We visited three times, and each time the doctors firmly insisted it was not Lyme disease. They referred us to specialists unrelated to her symptoms. For a sore throat, joint pain, and behavioral changes, they sent us to an ENT.
The ENT asked, ‘Why did they send you here?’ He called a colleague and got us into a children's hospital quickly. He immediately said, ‘These symptoms are consistent with Lyme disease.’
The only ‘good’ thing about Centra Care was their terrible referral. They misled me while my child's Lyme disease worsened.

Scheduling transferred my call, but no one answered after a long wait. I left a message and my contact information, but no one called back. Now I must find time to try again tomorrow. I wish Mayo Clinic would come here and put them out of business. Centacare is a joke.

The St. Cloud metropolitan area has approximately 206000 residents and is Minnesota’s fifth-largest metropolitan statistical area.
Healthcare in the entire area is monopolized by CentraCare.
There is only one urgent care center in the region. It is usually very busy and severely understaffed, staffed mainly by nurse practitioners (NPs) with only one physician. Patients may wait two hours. Most of the time, the nurse practitioners recommend seeing a family physician, but obtaining an appointment may take weeks or even a month. Emergency room waits at the area’s only hospital are even more excessive.
We either need other healthcare providers to enter the region, or CentraCare must improve its services or leave.

If I'm ever dying and this is the only hospital that's around just let me die they will kill you anyway they put me on a blood thinner that I shouldn't have been on that caused me internal bleeding they caused another family member of mine as a child to get MRSA off of a flipping dirty bed and then they killed my adopted mother by not telling her that her cancer came back worst possible in the world I would rather go to Fargo.

Went in sick, came out annoyed. The wait time was so long I felt like I should help them with their patients instead of waiting for my turn. Staff looked overwhelmed and nobody seemed to know what was going on. If you have zero health issue and lot of time, you should spend that here. Pathetic.

I would rather die than bring myself or my family to this hospital. The staff have a terrible attitude, the charges are chaotic, and the company culture is completely inconsiderate of others.

He is very well educated. He takes time to listen to every patient and answer questions, so he may run late, but he gives every patient that same attention. He is open-minded and practical about what you want during delivery. When possible, he supports delayed cord clamping and skin-to-skin contact, and he makes sure to stay after the birth to ensure you are well. I am very glad he is my doctor.

Dr. Kroska was my doctor for the past 15 years. He is a wonderful doctor who listens and answers your questions. He always says that if you have questions or concerns, you can call his nurse, who will message him, and he will call you back.
I moved out of state and returned to Minnesota seven years later. The doctor examined me and found several tumors and cysts throughout my uterus. I needed a hysterectomy, and Dr. Kroska performed it.
I recommend him. He is a wonderful doctor.
