My husband and I were very satisfied with the consultation and ultimately decided to have IVF here.
On our first visit, the service was good and we met Dr. Navdeep, a trusted specialist in his field.
I can say he has gifted hands because every procedure was performed carefully and with success in mind.
He patiently answered my questions, which reflected my worries and fear of failure.
After going through the entire process, I am certain Dr. Navdeep is an expert in his field and that I received excellent care.
Then I became pregnant 🫃

Good doctors, nurses, and hardworking staff. Customer service is excellent. The doctors and nurses explain things clearly and are very knowledgeable in their field.

Tmc puchong: I understand taking turns to see the doctor, but I called before coming just to buy medication and still waited over an hour. I do not understand why buying medication takes so long! Please improve, tmc.

TMC Fertility in Bandar Puteri Puchong offers professional consultations, ultrasound scans, and fertility specialists. It is known for IVF, preimplantation genetic testing, fertility preservation, laparoscopic surgery, sperm retrieval, fertility support, and counseling. I highly recommend Dr. Navdeep—the best.

Dr Pannu and his team are simply the best, very professional at the same time very caring friendly with good service. This is the atmosphere you are looking for if you want to start your family where you don't miss home. After dozens of fertility centres trials, I chose TMC fertility centre, I don't regret it thanks to Jenice.

This was my first visit...from booking the appointment to the actual consultation, it was memorable. Everyone here—from reception and the nurses who checked my blood pressure and drew blood to Dr. Cheong's consultant—was patient, friendly, and kind. I had never experienced this until I came to TMC Fertility Puchong.
The clinic is clean and spacious, with a basic coffee machine and water dispenser.

Went for a consultation with Dr Puvan, his advise offered is very detail and helpful. The environment is comfortable and the staffs(receptionist and nurses) are professional and provide wonderful experience.

The doctors have been great so far. The staff are fine, and I can see that they are doing their best. It would be helpful if appointments and wait times were communicated properly. I arrived on time for a 9 a.m. appointment booked several weeks earlier and waited almost 1.5 hours without any notice that the doctor was unavailable because of surgery or another urgent task.
It is completely understandable for a doctor to have an emergency, but please at least inform the patients who are waiting, as everyone has their own schedule.
I could not wait any longer and canceled today's appointment because no status update was provided.

This was my second FET cycle, and I am very grateful and happy to share that it was successful, thanks to Dr. Puven. My first cycle was with another doctor, so I truly noticed the difference in care and approach. Dr. Puven is humble, kind, and patient. He clearly explained every step, made sure we understood the process, and kept us at ease throughout. Most impressive was his attention to detail and prompt follow-up whenever we needed guidance or support. This personalized care meant so much to me during this emotional journey.

Dr. Zhang is patient, attentive, and thorough. Every decision or recommendation takes the patient’s interests and preferences into account as much as possible. His surgical skills are also first-rate!

I highly recommend Dr. Chang, and all the staff here are wonderful. They are calm and professional and always available to help, even outside scheduled appointment times. Dr. Chang supported me greatly from the beginning of my IVF journey. We were very fortunate to succeed on our first attempt, for which I will always be grateful—our dream came true! My daughter is almost two, and I feel this is the perfect time for a second embryo transfer, which will of course again be handled exclusively by Dr. Chang.

The overall quality and service at Thomson Fertility Centre (Puchong) are good. Dr. Puvan's explanations are clear and concise, and the nursing care is excellent. I was well cared for and comfortable during treatment.
However, management should address two areas: reserve parking spaces for patients and improve billing services, as patients currently wait longer for billing than for the actual treatment.

Excellent...I am Dr. Uma’s patient...Dr. Uma did an excellent job helping me achieve pregnancy...She shared a great deal of advice, and my IVF treatment with her went very well...I was extremely satisfied with the entire IVF process, from egg retrieval through embryo transfer...Thank you, Dr. Uma. We underwent IVF treatment with Dr. Uma Mariappan and her team. Dr. Uma was thorough, thoughtful, and helpful, patiently guiding us through every step. She made our IVF journey meaningful and positive, and her support played a crucial role in the success of our treatment.

I came here for recurrent pregnancy loss treatment. If you know you are pregnant, book with Dr. Uma because he often discusses recurrent pregnancy loss. The service has been good so far, with detailed explanations. The clinic is also comfortable!

Dr. Puwan is my doctor. He is not only highly skilled but also very positive and optimistic. Every time I see him, I feel reassured and at ease. He is always patient, explains everything carefully, and continually reassures me not to worry.
A mother's emotional well-being is very important when bringing a new life into the world. I believe these qualities are just as important as a doctor's medical expertise, and Dr. Puwan embodies them perfectly.

This review is about the staff, not the doctor. I would give Dr. Chong six stars because he is the main reason we came to Thomson. However, on my third visit I waited 50 minutes just to collect oral and injectable medication. I arrived at 1 p.m. with no patients waiting. I told reception I would return to the clinic for injections because I did not know how to administer them at home. After 30 minutes, I asked about the delay and was told they were preparing to teach me how to inject. I had clearly said twice that I would come to the clinic and did not need instruction. Perhaps I was unclear and that explains the 50-minute wait? After 50 minutes, the pharmacist called me, but a nurse was the one explaining everything. I assume the nurse was busy and the pharmacist did not understand the situation, causing the delay. I apologize if I am wrong, but a 50-minute wait was ridiculous and appeared to be staff negligence.

Dr. Puvan is very attentive, patient, kind, and thorough. At our first consultation, he listened carefully to our concerns, reassured us, and clearly explained the benefits and possible challenges of treatment, giving us trust and confidence in his guidance.
