The doctor is excellent and professional, but the wait is too long. I have to set aside half a day for every appointment because waits usually exceed 60 minutes. I even wait 30 minutes for a nurse to give an injection. This is unsuitable for busy professionals balancing fertility treatment and work. I did not expect such long waits at an expensive private clinic.

I arrived on time and waited 90 minutes. They have my WhatsApp and regularly text me, yet could not warn me in advance. I wasted 90 minutes of a workday to hear something they already knew and could easily have told me. This is a private clinic, so I expected more. If I must wait 90 minutes, I could go to SGH for less.
After my procedure, they never explained what I should or should not do. They did not even tell me about an appointment the doctor scheduled, so I did not know I needed to return.
They also failed to perform tests included in the health-screening package they said they would arrange. I would not recommend this clinic because they do not respect patients' time or health.

Diana at the front desk is very kind and approachable, and Dr Lim Min Yu is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend Sincere IVF Center.

It was important to me to find a doctor who truly understands how difficult conception can be and listens to concerns. After trying several IVF centers, I came to Sincere IVF. Professor Ng is caring and gentle. The way he explained drawbacks did not discourage me, and I felt he truly did his best for patients.
Nurse Alice and Nurse Rose are attentive and very reassuring.
The clinic does not feel rushed, and appointments run smoothly. If a long wait is expected, the nurses notify us by phone at the start of the day.

I have regular follow-ups with Dr. Julia. She is always patient and gives useful advice. My health has improved and is now stable and well controlled.

Overcharging and overprescribing. Some nurses do a genuinely poor job, and the methods may be outdated. I did not feel everyone was sincere. I believe there are better places for IVF treatment.

I am deeply grateful to Professor Wu and the clinic’s nurses and embryologists for helping me hold my two children in my arms. I truly appreciate the professor’s wisdom and gentle bedside manner, which helped resolve my problems and enabled us to create embryos, conceive, and maintain the pregnancies. I had a very good experience at the Gleneagles OG clinic. Dr. Jotthikumar took excellent care of me, as did Ms. Jennifer, Nurse Hui Ping, Ana, and all the staff I cannot name individually. They were truly friendly, caring, and patient... I made the right decision to undergo IVF here.

Exceptional Care and Quality Service at Sincere IVF Center
My friend had a wonderful experience at Sincere IVF Center, and I would like to share it on her behalf. She spoke very highly of the center's team, especially nurse Hui Ping, who was attentive, patient, and kind.
The clinic was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well organized, and every staff member was professional and thoughtful. Overall, she felt genuinely cared for and appreciated everyone's warmth.

This was our first IVF procedure at the IVF Center at Gleneagles Medini, and the positive first impression continued throughout the process. Our attending physician, Dr. Jayanthi, was very approachable. The nurses were friendly, welcoming, and professional, caring for us with warmth and compassion. They made my husband and me feel very relaxed. The postoperative care was attentive; they ensured I was well before discharge and allowed my husband to accompany me. The facility was bright and clean, and the recovery area was very comfortable. Chief embryologist Alicia took time to explain the entire process, and the nurses were reassuring. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking high-quality IVF care. Although pricing is competitive to somewhat high, we felt it was worth the cost. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! We are praying for a positive result!

This center is wonderful! I had an excellent experience there. The staff were very helpful and professional. Dr. Jayanthi was patient, friendly, and helpful. She made us feel comfortable, never rushed, and never frightened us. Ms. Umiza was extremely helpful, and my wife liked her very much. She was kind and explained every step clearly. Although we met Dr. Tey Shea only once, special thanks to her as well for remaining calm and keeping us hopeful.

Our experience has been excellent so far. The doctors and embryology team have been very kind and professional and kept us updated throughout.
We started with 6 eggs and currently have 2 frozen embryos, and we are still waiting to see whether we obtain more. We are very grateful that the clinic gave our embryos enough time to develop.
This has been an emotional journey, but we have felt greatly supported. Thank you to the entire team.

Our first IVF consultation was excellent. The facility was first-rate and not crowded at all. Umiza provided exceptional customer service: warm, attentive, responsive, and thorough in answering all our questions. She even brought in the embryologist to answer some of them. The doctor seemed busy but professional, and we appreciate Umiza's positive assessment of her, so we will choose this doctor.

Everything went smoothly and positively from surgery onward. The team promptly answered my questions and advised me through WhatsApp. Special praise to nurse Kaley, who was truly caring. She was thoughtful and kind, especially after I woke from surgery, and took excellent care of me. The only improvement would be for the anesthesiologist to place the needle in my arm rather than my hand because my veins are already small. Otherwise, the staff were professional and patient, and I felt very well cared for.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything the IVC Center @ Medini team did during our IVF treatment. IVF is emotionally and logistically challenging, with many complex procedures. Thank you to Alicia Choo and all the staff for their patience, attentiveness, and excellent communication. Their replies were always thorough and prompt. We had great trust in them and felt we could contact them with any question, making the process much easier!

The sky is clear and bright in Beijing today. After an extremely hot summer, the weather is gradually cooling, and Beijing is about to enter its most beautiful golden autumn. In this lovely season, I am delighted to share my good news: at the end of last month, I safely gave birth by cesarean section to my baby, who weighed 6 jin 7 liang. Both mother and son are well.
At this time last year, I made my first journey to Singapore and Malaysia to begin IVF. My initial unease and anxiety gradually faded after I arrived at your clinic and got to know the doctors and nurses. With your help, the entire process went smoothly: ovarian stimulation in October, egg retrieval in November, transfer in December, a positive pregnancy test in January, and a safe delivery at the end of August. Thanks to your team's professional guidance, my IVF journey was so successful and smooth. Thank you to the nurse who arranged my itinerary, to Alicia for answering my many questions in detail during embryo development, to Ms. Han for coordinating arrangements in the early, middle, and later stages, and to the nurse who patiently cared for me at my bedside after the transfer. The nurses are honestly wonderful. But for IVF treatment, money seems to be their main focus. It is very expensive. The clinic should first perform hormone testing, not only blood tests. Based on my experience, I feel I wasted my money here. Anyone planning IVF should have hormone testing first because it can better explain potential problems in the body.
