Good clinic with spacious parking and various drinks available. At first, I was confused about what to do after entering. The doctor was lovely. See Dr. Worajun. The doctor was attentive and made me feel comfortable flying back and forth from Bangkok. Fortunately, we succeeded in one cycle and had 2 little ones. Stay focused and avoid stress during the process; it is very good.

The doctors and nurses are good, ethical, and somewhat conservative, but the manager coordinating with us communicated very poorly, and the service was truly bad.

I used this service and was very impressed with Dr. Nathanita. She takes good care of patients, the service staff have a good attitude, and the facility is clean and safe.

The staff give advice and provide very good service. The doctor is lovely and also offers guidance, encouragement, and information about different ways to have children. Modern equipment.

The clinic is bright and clean overall. I was fairly satisfied with the service. Coffee and snacks are available for patients in the lobby, with ample seating and public Wi-Fi.

The clinic is clean and spacious, the staff are courteous, the service is good, and the doctor is excellent at providing information and answering questions. Fees are reasonable. There is plenty of parking.

In early 2025, my husband and I traveled from the United States to Nova Scotia, Canada, to begin our IVF journey at CM IVF. Overall, our experience was excellent. Dr. Mattawanon was wonderful—very patient, clear in her communication, and thorough in answering all my questions. She ultimately helped us achieve a successful pregnancy! The front desk staff were also very helpful. Although I sometimes felt they were frustrated with me because of language or cultural barriers, they were great overall. If you travel abroad, remember that you need to be patient because practices differ from place to place. The cost was very reasonable, and CM IVF was extremely helpful.

We have done this twice. Most recently, the scientists called with details about the egg retrieval.
During the retrieval and embryo transfer, there was an issue with my partner because he forgot all the doctor’s instructions. When they discovered it, they said they would take special care of us. I do not know whether the hundreds of thousands of baht we paid were worth this level of professionalism.

Please remove the fingerprint scanning system. It is very strange. Apart from that, the clinic is good. I would give five stars if not for this issue. Forcing people to pay for this biometric technology is unreasonable. It causes many problems during use. There is no identity verification when entering the system. I do not understand its purpose.

Based on my inquiry, I believe the clinic staff's service could improve. When I asked about the clinic's programs, the staff only asked which program interested me before explaining it.
From a customer's perspective, someone making an inquiry first wants an overview of each program to choose the right one. This communication style left me feeling that I had not received complete information.
The tone and manner of the conversation were also inappropriate. Although the staff suggested using LINE for more information, someone who came to the clinic in person may feel the trip was a waste of time.
I hope the clinic considers these improvements.

Today I had an HCG blood test. Staff said they would call with the result in about two hours. An hour later, someone called, confirmed my name, and said, ‘Your HCG is high. You are pregnant. Please return Saturday for another blood test,’ then hung up. I was overjoyed and about to tell my husband when the same person called again and said, ‘Sorry, we gave you the wrong result. Your result is not ready yet.’
I was devastated and speechless. I spent hundreds of thousands of Thai baht
yet received such poor service. This mistake should never happen. Why did they not carefully verify the name before calling? They should understand how sensitive this is, and checking a name is not difficult.
I have now received the correct result: I am not pregnant. What disappoints me after hearing the truth is not that I am not pregnant, but the clinic.
Clinic management should improve staff training. This must not happen again. It diminishes the clinic's professionalism and value and damages its reputation.

I am currently being treated by Dr. Worashorn and cannot praise her enough. She is compassionate, kind, gentle, and knowledgeable, and makes me feel reassured. Thank you, Dr. W, for patiently answering all my questions!
The staff are also wonderful 🙏🏼 From the cashier and English-speaking staff to triage and the medication/injection room, everyone is excellent, friendly, and welcoming.
The nurses assisting Dr. W are equally kind and helpful. During surgery, everyone from the skilled anesthesiologist to the bedside nurses was gentle and caring. Excellent skill and service.
As an American, I did not know what to expect. I am very grateful to this clinic and highly recommend it for fertility treatment. Whatever the outcome, you will not be disappointed. I would give more than five stars if I could ✨✨✨✨✨

In my experience, the doctors seemed competent and professional, though I have no direct comparison.
The front desk could be more organized and friendly. Feeling cared for is especially important with such a sensitive subject.
Price transparency also needs improvement. Costs were not always clear in advance, and we often received unexpected additional bills. A clearer overview from the start would help.
The rooms were clean and the equipment modern.
