I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment at RBA's Piedmont location for my first ultrasound and labs, but unfortunately the experience was unpleasant.
The Marietta location could not accommodate my schedule. On arrival, parking and directions were unclear, and the office door was still locked at 7:27. At 7:35, I sent a message through the app about the locked door. A staff member later identified as Taylor opened it but walked away without greeting me, leaving me to enter alone.
Taylor also brought me back for the ultrasound but did not introduce herself or explain the procedure. The entire interaction felt cold and rude.
Afterward, no one was at the front desk. I waited several minutes, unsure whether I needed to check out, while another patient arrived and also found no staff present.
This is already a sensitive process, and better communication and professionalism would greatly improve the experience. Based on my visit, I hope I do not have to return and that this does not reflect the quality of care elsewhere.

The assistant Michelle is amazing. She is very caring and truly made for this work. She went above and beyond to help me through a difficult situation, and I am extremely grateful.

This was my first visit with Dr. Rubin, and she was wonderful. She performed the procedure very well, had a warm energy, and was very kind. She was very knowledgeable during my appointment. I would recommend her to any woman!

I was very nervous and afraid when I began looking for a doctor. Meeting Dr. Rubin was a breath of fresh air. She listened and truly heard me and my concerns. I am excited to take this journey with her.

Dr. Rubin truly listened to our concerns and considered my feedback about treatment and other issues. She was always knowledgeable, methodical, and had excellent bedside manner. I will always appreciate her support team of Sharon, Kaitlyn, and Rachel. They were kind and humble when I had questions and considered my experiences and feelings. Through major victories and losses, I felt I had a medical team supporting me.
