I gave two stars only because my first experience was good, while this time was completely different. Everything was difficult, there were problems everywhere, nobody knew anything, and they clearly did not know me. I do not expect VIP treatment every time, but the care team should at least communicate when you have to deal with 40 different people. I am writing this because, since returning as a patient, this is the third time a different staff member has been rude to me for no reason, and a formal complaint did not help. I had to share my poor experience so others in similar situations do not face the same frustration. I feel trapped because going elsewhere would be extremely expensive due to insurance, but I am starting to feel they care far less about returning patients than they did when we first came. This makes being unable to conceive without medical help even more stressful, exhausting, and upsetting.

A friend just called me almost in tears because they treated her so rudely. They lack compassion and understand nothing about trauma. The reviews show that many people clearly feel the same way.

We recently welcomed our healthy baby boy after a successful egg transfer at Boston IVF. We are incredibly grateful for the care we received throughout. We want to thank the entire team. Special thanks to the phlebotomists, who were kind and quick during repeated early-morning blood draws; the ultrasound technicians, who treated us with exceptional care and respect during a vulnerable time; the nurses, who communicated clearly and were highly knowledgeable; Dr. Wright, who developed the treatment plans for every cycle; and Dr. Nesbitt, who performed my egg retrieval and transfer and made it possible for us to have our son. We are deeply grateful for their support and care. Knowing that this team will be there if we want another child in the future gives us peace of mind. Highly recommended to anyone receiving fertility treatment.

Beyond routine tests, they did not offer or perform a deeper evaluation to identify the cause of my infertility. After I conceived naturally, they told me to call if the pregnancy was unsuccessful.

During such a difficult time, my experience here was incredible. Every staff member was caring, thoughtful, and reassuring. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I am very grateful for everything they did. With the help of Boston IVF, I am now 7 weeks pregnant and could not be more thankful.

Sadly, they lack compassion for each case. After dealing with a nurse who showed no compassion or understanding, I was casually told that my egg retrieval would be “postponed” from April to May, as though it were insignificant. She did not know that my due date a year earlier was in April. I had to undergo a medication abortion because that pregnancy would have affected the baby's quality of life. The retrieval scheduled one week before our daughter's due date meant a great deal to us. However, because the team showed no urgency, the medications were not approved, and we were delayed another month. It may have meant nothing to them, but it meant everything to my husband and me. When we objected, they threatened to dismiss us from the clinic if we continued. It is deeply disappointing. They previously called us an “easy” case, yet after two egg retrievals and two transfers, there has still been no live birth—only the pain of losing everything.

The staff are knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and understanding.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Boston IVF in Bedford, New Hampshire. Everyone I met was kind, thoughtful, and very supportive. From the start, I felt genuinely heard, and communication was excellent throughout. The team was always there to answer questions and reassure me. I recently completed egg retrieval and will soon proceed to transfer, and I am sincerely grateful to have such an excellent team beside me. Dr. Wright is compassionate and caring, and the nurses are equally deserving of praise—warm, patient, and attentive. Their kindness and support made an overwhelming process manageable and hopeful. I highly recommend Boston IVF to anyone on the same journey. They have been a true blessing.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff here. Do not come here for IVF unless you want to wait constantly and be charged for everything. Many patients here have also had failed transfers. Just look on TikTok.

I came to Boston IVF full of hope, seeking compassionate, patient-centered care. I specifically chose Dr. Nesbit because she appeared to genuinely care about issues that patients, especially women, often feel are ignored. She promised to listen to and support me throughout the process, but she broke that promise. From the beginning, it was clear that my concerns were taken seriously only when my husband expressed them. As the patient, I was often ignored or interrupted, while my husband was treated as the authority, even when he repeated exactly what I had just said. It was humiliating and dismissive. The situation reached its worst point when a nurse repeatedly called me by the wrong name. I corrected her several times, and when I finally showed understandable frustration, she treated me as the problem. There was no apology, only defensiveness. Later, during a follow-up appointment, Dr. Nesbit also called me by the same wrong name. At that moment, the little trust I had left disappeared. I had chosen this doctor for her compassion, yet she did not even know who I was. I also described my previous efforts: I had sent messages to multiple departments and tried to clarify concerns about my care, but they were ignored. Although this issue had occurred repeatedly, Dr. Nesbit seemed surprised. The efforts I made to advocate for myself were dismissed by staff, with no accountability. The entire experience left me feeling ignored, silenced, and deeply disrespected. For a place that claims to support women during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives, the gap between its promises and my reality was shocking. If you want to be truly seen, heard, and cared for as a patient, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Poor communication and medication errors caused problems at many checkpoints, leaving me concerned about receiving treatment here. After I raised these concerns with management, they assured me that they would address them and contact me directly. Months have passed, and I have not heard from the facility—not even an apology. It is deeply frustrating to have spent so much on this IVF journey only to be treated like a number. I have worked in healthcare for more than 20 years and take great pride in giving my patients what I consider excellent care. I would never treat a patient the way I was treated, especially during such a challenging time. I paid for services but did not receive appropriate care. Repeated errors affected our ability to build a family, left us uncertain about the future, and wasted a great deal of money. Do your research!

Words cannot express how positive my experience was with Dr. Wright and Boston IVF in Bedford. She is the reason we were finally able to conceive. Thank you so much for using your expertise to help us safely build our family and realize our dream. She is highly trustworthy and knowledgeable, and I felt I was receiving the best care from her entire team. The whole Boston IVF Bedford team was very responsive throughout, making me feel safe and heard.

We struggled for 12 years to achieve a healthy pregnancy. Dr. Wright and the entire Boston IVF team were amazing from beginning to end. This summer, we finally welcomed a healthy, happy baby girl. We highly recommend this office. Good luck to all prospective parents. Our only advice is to remain open to every option available to you. How you get there does not matter; what matters is that you can get there.

The nurses were efficient, and I appreciated the morning appointments. I did not need to take as much time off work.

My wife underwent IVF here. Everything was fine except for Dr. Kristen Wright, MD—a soulless, robotic, cold, and critical doctor who made our experience one we will never forget. Every patient is treated according to a protocol, with no follow-up and terrible bedside manner. I delayed posting this review until I met other couples who had used her and had similar experiences. What is wrong with Dr. Wright?

This visit was a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent. Every question I asked was answered in detail, and by the end of the consultation I was able to make a fully informed decision about how to proceed with the entire process.

I swear this facility has the best phlebotomists in the world! Overall, the staff at the Bedford facility are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

To schedule an appointment, I had to provide insurance and physician information for both my partner and me. After scheduling, I received emailed forms asking all the same questions I had already answered. The form asked whether I had secondary insurance, and I answered no. I could not submit it unless I entered zero in the member-number field despite declining. I also needed a PCP referral, which was sent on time. However, when I called two business days before the appointment, I was told it had never been received. I was then given a different fax number and had to ask my PCP to send the referral again. At our first appointment, the doctor's first question was why we were there that day. I felt she had not reviewed my chart at all. My partner and I felt very disconnected from the doctor and looked down upon.

The nurses at Boston IVF-Bedford are wonderful. Nicole and Mackenzie are extremely responsive and very kind. However, I feel I spent so much money for nothing. Speaking with them yesterday about paying storage fees and old bills was terrible, and now I have to call billing again because I was charged twice on two occasions this month, still with no final outcome. :(
