‘The child is born!’ Our relatives overseas and their families had waited ten years to hear those four simple words. No words could capture the joy, excitement, smiles, relief, and happiness of experiencing and witnessing the baby's birth from the delivery room. It was all thanks to Dr. Arnold and her amazing team, who made a once-unreachable dream come true! Our relatives overseas had spent ten long, determined years trying to have a baby. They tried numerous treatments and medications, visited many doctors and hospitals, and endured a heartbreaking miscarriage. In January 2025, they came to visit us. With their permission, we adjusted their travel plans to visit several fertility clinics in our area. During our inquiries and visits, one clinic raised its price after our initial meeting, while another tested our relatives but never provided results or any follow-up. When we introduced them to Dr. Arnold, she and her office staff welcomed them with open arms, warm smiles, and a solid plan to help them achieve their dream of having a baby. After ten years of hope, disappointment, and struggle, and knowing that Dr. Arnold had more than 25 years of reproductive medicine experience and success, our relatives decided to try treatment under her supervision. From that day forward, Dr. Arnold and her team provided and carefully monitored a systematic, detailed plan. Our relatives were enthusiastic, fully engaged, and followed it closely. Step by step, one medication, mock cycle, and test after another, the miracle began to happen. The pregnancy progressed successfully month after month, and the baby grew healthy and strong in the womb! We are so happy and grateful to Dr. Arnold and her team, who gave clear, precise instructions and answered our questions promptly and patiently throughout the process. They were wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful and supportive along the way! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Dr. Arnold and your wonderful team! You made the impossible possible! You are angels!

CACRM provided exemplary care throughout our surrogacy journey. Everything went very smoothly, and we succeeded on the first attempt. Ms. Evelyn speaks French fluently and has a deep understanding of our culture. She guided us with tact and precision. Dr. Arnold was also clear and concise in his communication. I was deeply disappointed by my experience with this surrogacy clinic. What should have been a caring and supportive process became stressful, frustrating, and discouraging. From the beginning, communication was poor, inconsistent, and often dismissive. During an already emotional time, I often felt unheard and left uninformed. Most upsetting was that after I clearly decided not to continue with the clinic, despite never signing a contract, they still sent me a bill. Receiving a bill without a signed agreement felt highly inappropriate and made me extremely angry. It added unnecessary financial stress and made the process feel transactional and unethical rather than supportive. The clinic lacked transparency, failed to meet expectations, showed little concern for the emotional and financial impact on intended parents, did not take the surrogate's emotional trauma seriously, and provided very poor follow-up. Surrogacy is a life-changing decision that requires trust, professionalism, and empathy. Unfortunately, this clinic fell far short in all three areas. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to proceed cautiously, ask detailed questions, and ensure everything is clearly documented before moving forward.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience as a surrogate with CACRM was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the beginning, their communication and follow-up fell far below what any surrogate should receive, especially when entrusting something so important to a clinic. Their employee Ashley repeatedly mishandled matters despite clear written communication and agreements. Fortunately, I kept every message, because many of our discussions were later ignored or contradicted. My reimbursement checks were ‘lost’ in the mail four times. Contractual payments were late more than once, including one that was over thirty days past the contractual deadline and was sent only after I followed up. They told me I would receive it in the next payment cycle, which I firmly refused. I repeatedly asked to speak directly with Dr. Arnold about my concerns, but on at least two occasions staff told me that ‘she does not handle these matters.’ I later learned that my requests to speak with her had never been passed along, leaving me feeling dismissed and unheard. I also complained to the clinic about Ashley several times. They always said they would address it, but nothing changed. Once, after traveling all day and arriving late at night, I discovered that the hotel room the clinic had promised to reimburse had not been paid for. At 10 p.m., I had to pay more than $500 out of pocket just to have somewhere to stay. The health insurance was also mishandled. Now, four months after the baby’s birth, I am still trying to get the clinic and its supposed ‘emergency insurance’ to address more than $36,000 in hospital bills that should have been handled properly from the beginning. No surrogate should experience this level of negligence and stress. I hope sharing my experience leads to greater oversight and accountability so future surrogates receive the professionalism and respect they deserve.

This clinic is amazing. I was fortunate to learn about it through one of their surrogates. We began the surrogacy process and had two successful surrogacy journeys. My family would not be what it is today without Dr. Arnold and the team.

Dr. Mor is amazing! I researched doctors throughout the United States, and according to SART data, he had the highest live-birth success rate! We searched nationwide and saw doctors said to be the best, without success. With Dr. Mor's help, however, we now have a beautiful baby! He is truly outstanding, the best of the best!

The lady who answered the phone was rude! If that’s how you answer patients then I want no part of it! Learn better phone etiquette!

The best review I can give is that I have a perfect baby boy, now one year old, thanks to CACRM's outstanding work! They also matched us with the perfect surrogate, who did an amazing job...we still keep in touch today. I would use CACRM again and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering this journey. One of the best experiences of my life!

CACRM guided us perfectly through the entire process from start to finish, including all communication with third parties. We are so grateful to have welcomed our daughter into our lives. None of this would have been possible without CACRM.

If I could leave more than five stars, I would. I first signed with CACRM in 2021 for my first surrogacy journey. It was wonderful, and I had the best experience I could imagine. I knew I wanted another journey, so I enrolled a second time. I love Dr. Arnold; you can clearly see how much she cares and that she excels at what she does. Surrogacy coordinator Ashley is another reason I was so happy to enroll for a second journey. She was wonderful to work with and always there when I needed her. Working with Marlena was also excellent ☺️ I could continue talking about how wonderful I think they are. Take my advice and look no further for all your reproductive needs. You will not be disappointed ❤️

California Center for Reproductive Medicine was our partner in helping my wife and me achieve our dream of parenthood. What we could not accomplish naturally was addressed through skill and advanced medicine. I had positive interactions with the staff, especially Dr. Arnold, during the years we were in their care. They stayed with us until we succeeded—twice!
