Dr. Potter at HRC helped my husband and me build our family. We now have a beautiful baby girl who is our dream come true. Thank you, Dr. Potter! I will be forever grateful.

I was uncomfortable because of a persistent abnormal sensation in my ear, but the doctor's expertise inspired confidence. He knew the exact cause and prescribed medication, and I am now almost completely recovered. Thank you for the thorough hearing test. All the staff were very kind.

They refuse price transparency! They expect you to spend hundreds of dollars on a consultation before giving even a general idea of treatment costs.
I called, and the coordinator told me she did not know the cost of certain fertility options I specifically asked about. I then asked to speak with a financial coordinator. She said she did not know whether anyone was available but would transfer me. She then "transferred" me, conveniently disconnecting the call.
More healthcare price-transparency laws are being enacted nationwide. Choose a fertility specialist who respects this and tells you expected costs in advance; there are many who do!

The receptionist was unhelpful, asked for an email address before providing any information, and gave no clear information until I asked for clarification. Interrupting a conversation to tell someone what to do and then saying, "Okay? Thanks," is either lazy or full of attitude.
I feel sorry for the company. We had planned to go because it is close to our home, but we changed our minds after speaking with her. (December 19, 2023, 10:45 a.m.)
