From the moment we walked into the clinic, we felt reassured by the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. The expertise of the doctors (Dr Rhoton-Vlasak, and dr Schaub particularly) and medical staff (I had one meeting with Ashley but it truly set the tone for a successful partnership) was truly world-class, every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always felt like we were in the hands of people who genuinely know their field inside and out. The level of care we received was outstanding. Every appointment felt personal, never rushed, and we were treated with compassion and respect. They took the time to explain complex procedures in simple terms, helping us feel informed and confident in our choices. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and equipped with cutting-edge technology. We appreciated how transparent the clinic was about their success rates, procedures, and next steps. And perhaps most importantly, the supportive atmosphere made an emotional journey feel a little lighter. We’re incredibly grateful to the entire team and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility support. They arranged for a doctor to speak with me for less than five minutes and charged me $500.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. After TTC for three years, we made an appointment with Dr. Rotan. She was kind, listened well, and most importantly, had a plan. She ordered a Pap smear and blood/urine tests, which we completed immediately after speaking with her. All the nurses and anesthesiologists were excellent and gave us so much hope. We later completed 3 more tests and felt well prepared and cared for during each. At our recent follow-up, she recommended 3 rounds of IUI with Clomid, exactly what I hoped for! I will update if it works 🤞🏼 My only complaints are: 1) the receptionist has no warmth for such an emotional clinic and is very cold; 2) scheduling is nearly impossible because there is no direct phone line and the portal is their only way to communicate. It takes days of back-and-forth to schedule. Once you get in, these people truly know what they are talking about and genuinely care.

My experience was truly terrible. Because of my age, she offered nothing except alternative options. She was very harsh and inconsiderate. It would have been nice if she had tried to help, even by checking whether I still had eggs or ordering blood work, but she rejected me because of my age. I would not recommend this department to anyone while she is there.

Terrible experience!!! The doctors lack compassion and are very rude! Some staff can be friendly. I was quoted nearly $20,000 for IVF. I tried them because the drive was convenient, but I completely regret it. I am sure others would give them 1 star if they took the time to review their true experience! If you do visit, arrive early and look at the expressions on other patients’ faces. I am unsure whether they are knowledgeable, but they have years of experience and low ratings. I believe they would have more positive reviews if people had excellent experiences despite unsuccessful treatment. Cons: expensive, unfriendly, disorganized. Pros: convenient drive, friendly staff.
