Illume Fertility was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Ressler is kind and thorough, and everything is explained in great detail. My nurses, Katie and Rachel, supported me every step of the way and responded promptly to every email. I honestly cannot imagine a better experience.

Do not donate here. They are very unprofessional. The advertised $15,000 compensation is false, and the actual amount is much lower. They do not cover basic costs as other agencies do and are difficult to work with. Donate elsewhere.

We came here with unexplained infertility and never expected to become pregnant through IVF after just one cycle—with identical twins! Twice the love and twice the joy; we are overjoyed. We began treatment at Illume in June and had a successful embryo transfer in mid-October. From Dr. Meyer and Dr. Ressler to Amanda at the front desk and everyone involved in patient care, we feel extremely fortunate to have received such attentive care throughout. Even when we were anxious, they remained patient and thoughtful, showing professionalism and courtesy at every step and earning our deep trust. We look forward to sharing photos of the babies with them and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility care. ❤️❤️

Poor communication and insufficient information.
Because Tiffany M. did not provide the necessary information, I missed two scheduled appointments at this clinic.

The doctors and nurses are excellent, but if you encounter any billing or administrative issue, you will face billing discrepancies, errors, and network and insurance problems throughout your pregnancy. I wish them well, but no one there can explain insurance, and communication options are limited. Two different financial representatives gave me completely different information, and calling the office did not help. Their accreditation transition caused major billing problems.
One person told me to make a note to remember to follow up with them over the next few weeks, rather than the other way around. I wish I could speak with someone instead of leaving this review, but it is impossible to find anyone willing to answer the phone.
Update: An incorrect bill from my first week of pregnancy was not resolved until my child was 6 months old. Two stars because they finally corrected it, although I did all the work, so perhaps I deserve the stars.
