My experience at this clinic was amazing, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! Every staff member is kind and professional. They stay with you throughout the process and give you all the support you need. I am overjoyed and excited. First, I thank God, and then every staff member who helped make my dream come true. This clinic is amazing in every way! I am so grateful I found them, and I am now successfully pregnant. They genuinely care about their patients and are extremely thorough and attentive. Feeling cared for is essential during the long IVF journey, and you will definitely feel that here. Highly recommended!

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to this clinic and its entire team. Thanks to their professionalism, dedication, patience, and compassion, they guided us through one of the most important and emotional journeys of our lives. At every appointment, they made us feel heard, supported, and hopeful. After 11 years of waiting for our greatest dream to come true, we can now say that, first thanks to God and then to this incredible team, we finally got the positive result we had longed for. Beyond providing excellent medical care, they offer understanding, empathy, and support that make an enormous difference during such a significant process. First, I would like to thank the entire Pozitivf team!
My experience with Pozitivf was beyond amazing. I have only good things to say: the doctors are very kind and caring and inspired great confidence in me, the nurses are very attentive, and the reception staff are very friendly and pleasant. The entire process was very easy and entirely in Spanish! I have wonderful memories of the whole Pozitivf team. 100/100

Pozitivf Fertility in Houston gave me tremendous support throughout my fertility treatment. From the beginning, they accompanied me through every step. I am so grateful to Pozitivf! Thanks to them, my husband and I achieved our dream! We went there around March or April last year and welcomed our beautiful little princess this March! I want to start by saying Praise God for all he has blessed us with. Pozitivf fertility clinic in Houston is heaven sent. They took the time to always cater to our fertility journey and after 16 years of us trying for a baby I am currently carrying my two month old little boy thanks to Pozitivf. The whole fertility team and all the doctors are so amazing and I will forever thank them for making our dreams come true after being told no by three different doctors and telling us that we had a 1% chance of conceiving Pozitivf really put hope and positivity in our hearts, when others said no Pozitivf said yes. I want to Thank Daniela, Odalis, Kim, Sam and everyone else on this team that had their blessed hands over our Journey! I can never repay you all for everything that you all did for us! Asked whether I recommend this clinic, my answer is absolutely “no.”
I became a patient in early March 2025 after hearing Dr. Paco had a good reputation in San Antonio. I was excited to meet him but saw him only twice.
Problems ranged from getting my name wrong to prescribing the wrong medication. The process was long, tedious, and handled by a different nurse each time. They were nice, but the clinic seemed disorganized. I prepaid, then received a bill after treatment that took months and much anxiety to resolve.
My doctor explained nothing clearly, and I left every time with questions. I would never return for future IVF.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Pozitiv Fertility Houston. From my first visit, I felt completely at ease. The staff was patient, kind, and attentive, always answering my questions and explaining every step in detail without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
The clinic itself has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and is never crowded or chaotic, making every visit relaxed and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how warm and supportive the team was. My review only concerns the consultation stage because I never had the chance to proceed. I asked about their patient criteria but received no answer after several text follow-ups. I assume I was not the type of patient they wanted, so they ghosted me. If communication is poor at this stage, I cannot imagine what it would be like during treatment.

I found this clinic through a quick Google search, and it happened to be brand-new! We received an amazing IVF package with PGTA and medications, and so far our experience has been nothing but wonderful and positive!
