They wasted my time and my husband's. Why call days in advance to verify my insurance, only to tell me at check-in that it was out of network and I would have to pay out of pocket? I had no idea I would need to pay nearly $400. Are you serious?! This is not an ordinary outpatient clinic. Given what patients risk by coming here, you should be more careful. I wish I could give zero stars! Now I have missed a day of work for nothing. 0/1000, definitely not recommended! 😒

I had been waiting for our miracle baby to arrive before writing this review, and now she finally has! Thanks to the entire team at IVF Florida, we welcomed our beautiful daughter earlier this month. My husband and I had a difficult fertility journey marked by multiple miscarriages. Dr. Von Goeben showed remarkable compassion and expertise. She not only tailored our IVF protocol to our individual needs and concerns, but also had excellent communication skills, which are essential during such an emotionally challenging journey. We felt that she was always by our side. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Von Goeben for helping us build our family. I also want to give special thanks to Nurse Meli, who supported and encouraged me through every difficult and stressful moment and celebrated our progress with us! I highly recommend IVF Florida!

A terrible medical experience. What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of transparency in costs, and without any clear answers, they kept pressuring us to continue with consultations. From the very beginning, my husband and I clearly stated that we have a high deductible and needed to know the prices in advance to make informed decisions. However, everyone at the clinic brushed us off with the same standard responses: "This is just an estimate," or "I'm not in finance, so I'm not really sure." At the same time, they handed us a clipboard to sign off on various special blood tests without revealing the actual cost of any single test. It's now 2026, and this level of cost opacity in healthcare is absolutely inexcusable. To make matters worse, the overall atmosphere at the clinic was cold, bureaucratic, and dismissive—especially from Dr. Ian Waldman. I have worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade and have seen firsthand that patients deserve more empathy and professionalism than what we experienced here. We ultimately decided to review the blood test results with the doctor and then politely say goodbye. The process was already exhausting, and it would have been much easier if the doctor had personally explained the results. However, after deciding not to proceed with an ultrasound, I asked if he could discuss the lab results with us. The staff told us he "wouldn't see us" and handed me the results to interpret on my own. I've faced many difficult things in my life. Reading lab results that terrified me to the point of trembling won't be the first or last challenge I encounter. But it would have been so much easier if a doctor had taken the time to explain them to me. The only person in that exam room who was truly kind and considerate to us was Samantha. She genuinely took the time to help us contact the specialty lab that ultimately charged exorbitant fees. What angered me the most was what happened next. While we were still sitting there with Samantha, Dr. Waldman suddenly walked into the waiting room with his hands in his pockets and asked, "Is there anything I can help you with?" He was clearly caught off guard because he thought we had already left. The whole interaction felt cold and dismissive, as if our presence was an inconvenience. I truly felt that he wanted to get these "problem patients" out of the clinic as quickly as possible. Patients walk into a fertility clinic already in a vulnerable state. The least this clinic can do is be transparent, considerate, and show basic respect. Please do better.

We sincerely thank every staff member at this fertility clinic for helping us realize our dream of starting a family. After a successful intrauterine insemination (IUI), we are now expecting twins! From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. They clearly explained every step and patiently answered all our questions, making the entire process, which could have been overwhelming, easy and manageable. Some experiences change your life, and IVF is one of them. I cannot imagine how I would have made it through this journey without Dr. Ian Waldman and his wonderful nurse, Sheila. From the beginning, Dr. Waldman impressed me not only with his expertise but also with how genuinely he cares for each patient. He patiently explained every detail, making even the most complex parts of IVF understandable and less overwhelming. What I valued most was his calm, dependable presence. He never made me feel like just another case, but like someone he truly cared about and wanted to help. He combines honesty, precision, and compassion, qualities that are both rare and essential during IVF. Then there was my nurse, Sheila, who was honestly at the heart of my daily experience. She was responsive, thoughtful, kind, and went far beyond her duties. Whether guiding me step by step through my medications, quickly responding to my messages even when I felt I had endless questions, or offering reassurance at exactly the right moment, she made me feel supported every day. Her empathy and attention to detail stood out. What makes this team special is their ability to combine excellent medical care with genuine humanity. IVF can be stressful, emotional, and sometimes isolating, but with Dr. Waldman and Sheila, I always felt guided, heard, and cared for. If you are looking for a fertility team with not only extensive knowledge and skill but also compassion, patience, and unwavering support, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They genuinely make a difficult journey easier, and that meant everything to me.

From the beginning, my experience with this IVF clinic was deeply disappointing, and unfortunately it seemed to worsen over time. One of the most frustrating aspects was being completely unable to reach a real person by phone. Leaving messages was pointless because calls were almost never returned. During a treatment as physically and emotionally exhausting as IVF, patients should not feel ignored or abandoned. Communication through the patient portal was equally frustrating. Many replies were filled with internal business jargon and vague wording that was difficult to understand for someone already under intense stress and exhaustion. Instead of feeling supported, I was often confused and even wondered whether my messages had been understood correctly. At such an important and vulnerable time in my life, I simply did not have the energy or patience to decipher complicated responses. The experience became so discouraging that I began reconsidering whether to continue IVF treatment at all. What should have been a hopeful journey became exhausting and demoralizing. I had only two in-network clinics to choose from, and unfortunately both left a poor impression. I chose this clinic because my previous experience elsewhere seemed worse, but in retrospect, I might have been better off staying with the clinic I knew. Both in-network options have now left me feeling completely defeated, isolated, and deeply disappointed.

I sincerely thank nurse Joshira Smith for her attentive care and guidance throughout the process. As a first-time IVF patient, I was extremely anxious, but Joshira's expertise and dedication were truly admirable. She always goes above and beyond for patients, and her passion for her work is clear. Her patience in answering even my smallest questions and easing my fears was invaluable. I am sincerely grateful for her generosity and encouragement. The entire clinic staff were also warm, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this IVF clinic to anyone seeking first-rate care. They are the best.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with IVF Florida. After I began treatment, I felt completely abandoned. Once they realized my case was complex, they chose to stop treatment and left me without guidance or support. Worse, I know I am not the only person this has happened to; a close friend had exactly the same experience. It feels as though they care more about preserving their success rates and statistics than genuinely helping women achieve motherhood. If your case is complex, be prepared for a lack of professionalism and accountability. A clinic should be a place of hope, but here I found only disappointment.

Working with Dr. Waldman has been wonderful! He is thorough, compassionate, and easy to communicate with. Everyone else at the clinic is also very friendly and a pleasure to see, and they treat you like family. Having formed such close bonds, leaving the clinic is bittersweet!

The first few visits did not go smoothly, but Melissa and Tanisha were professional, kind, and reassuring throughout.

Dr. Waldman and his team are outstanding! Every visit was thorough and attentive, and I felt valued and heard. Every message I sent through the portal received a response the same day. There was no wait for appointments. My first IVF transfer was successful, and I have now graduated from the clinic, but I will definitely return here for future transfers!

The IVF teams in Coral Gables, Pembroke Pines, and Margate are an exceptional group of women. Every nurse, team member, and staff member made the entire process extremely comfortable. Even when worry showed on my face, they put me at ease. From the first day I entered each clinic, they were friendly and guided me through every step. They proactively contacted me with updates from the team or doctor and explained the next steps. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could log in to the website and receive a prompt answer. I met an amazing group of employees who are passionate about their work every day. They provided attentive care and earned my trust, and my husband and I are very grateful.

I highly recommend Dr. Von Goeben! My gynecologist referred me here to meet with Dr. Von Goeben and discuss the egg-freezing process. It was a conversation I never expected to have, but it is my current reality. During our initial consultation, she was very kind, compassionate, thorough, and professional. She made me feel comfortable, as did every staff member. After considering it, I decided to proceed with egg freezing, and I am glad I did. Communication was consistent throughout, appointments were timely, and support was always available to address questions or concerns. After a terrible previous experience, she helped a discouraged couple whose relationship was under strain and helped us build a beautiful family. Although I have no direct experience with Florida Reproductive Specialists, I had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Melinda Henne at a start-up IVF clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While I did not know everything about fertility care, I joined the organization with 40 years of nursing experience and had managed two different clinics in the Twin Cities, so I knew a few things. Little did I know how much this energetic doctor, with sperm patterns on her skirt, would teach me—not only about fertility, but about people: our patients, of course, and myself. She supported and encouraged me, laughed with me, and cried with me. She held our entire team to high standards and played an important role in the practice’s success. Dr. Henne always puts the health and safety of patients and their loved ones first, and she works tirelessly to help those who need scientific assistance build families. She is a gifted and highly skilled reproductive endocrinologist and a beautiful, kind person. If I were in the Jacksonville area—or anywhere else—and needed an RE, I would go to Florida Reproductive Specialists. To Dr. Henne, I say: “Thank you for your service to your country, your patients, and all the healthcare professionals who learn from your expertise and example.”

I cannot recommend Dr. Henne highly enough. From our first meeting, she listened to every word I said and never overlooked or dismissed anything I brought to her. She is knowledgeable and professional and made me feel I was receiving the best care. She supported me and was as committed to achieving my family-planning goals as I was—if not more! It was a relief to know someone was always in my corner, developing a plan we both felt comfortable with. At the start of my journey, I was not ready to proceed immediately with IUI or IVF, and she completely understood. But instead of saying, “Okay, come back when you’re ready,” she created a plan tailored to what I needed at the time, providing the medical support I needed to try conceiving naturally and never making me feel that my dream was hopeless. I feel truly fortunate to have found Dr. Henne at the beginning of my journey and wish I could give her 500 stars. Make an appointment with her—you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Henne was a godsend. My husband and I were deeply discouraged and heartbroken, because the fertility journey is not for the faint of heart. Dr. Henne sat with us and listened to all our concerns and questions. She was extremely gentle and thoughtful. At such a delicate point in our journey, she was exactly what we needed. Thanks to her, we have a beautiful, strong-willed little boy who keeps us on our toes every day. We love you, Dr. Henne.

Dr. von Goeben is by far the best doctor I have ever worked with! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to listen. My husband and I began our fertility journey with her in Florida, but unfortunately had to move to a new clinic when we relocated out of state. We stayed in touch and even spoke with her by phone several times to get her opinion on my treatment plan at the new clinic. Ultimately, I was unable to become pregnant and needed a gestational carrier to bring our son into the world. We knew it would not be an easy process, so my husband and I decided to return to Dr. von Goeben. We knew she would make things as simple as possible, and she did! She listened to our GC and to us throughout the process, making us all feel comfortable and at ease. Nine months after our first transfer, we welcomed our baby boy into the world! Our journey was not easy, but it was completely worthwhile, and we were fortunate to have Dr. von Goeben with us through it all.

To anyone having difficulty conceiving: I highly recommend Dr. Von Goeben—so much that I followed her to Chicago for my final round of IVF. Although our journey did not end as we had hoped, I could not have accepted that outcome with anyone but her. She helped me have my daughter during our first round of IVF, and I will always be grateful for that blessing. She is kind, compassionate, and thorough, with everything other reproductive endocrinologists lack—and I have seen many! She has the best bedside manner of any RE, and I am so glad she has her own office. I refer everyone there!
