My husband and I have been on a long journey to conceive and have a baby, and we are so glad we chose Dr. Kim and SGF. Dr. Kim may be the most approachable doctor I have ever met. He is warm, and his dedication to his work and patients is evident. At the end of every visit, he asks whether we have any questions and then answers all of them patiently and thoroughly. His care and leadership set an example for all the nurses and staff, who are also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
For many people, this is a difficult and emotionally challenging journey, and I have felt that way too. Knowing we are in good hands gives me hope and reassurance. If you are going through the same struggle, I highly recommend Dr. Kim, his team, and SGF!

Dr. Kim and his team—Tonya, Dorian, Jayla, Aylin, Paige, and Teressa—are among the best medical professionals who have ever cared for me. Their care, compassion, and patience are outstanding during an extremely emotional and difficult time. We will always be grateful to Dr. Kim and the team for guiding us through IVF and helping us become pregnant with our baby boy. We are so glad we found Shady Grove Fertility and cannot recommend the team highly enough.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Kim and his outstanding team. Dr. Kim is kind, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining every step of the process. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the entire team. From the welcoming front desk staff to the bloodwork and ultrasound technicians and every nurse who promptly returned messages and calls, they all went above and beyond. My husband and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. As a patient in my 40s, succeeding on the first egg retrieval and transfer felt like a miracle, and it was all thanks to this team. 🤍 Thank you so much!!

I will always be grateful to Dr. Kim and the entire medical staff for their care, support, and consideration. This experience was not easy, and having these kind people beside me made a tremendous difference. Dr. Kim put me at ease because he not only has excellent medical expertise but also greatly respects my opinions and concerns. Ultimately, I am very glad I trusted his knowledge and skill. Dr. Kim is highly skilled and genuinely cares about his patients. He took time to understand my individual situation and developed the best IVF protocol for me. After two failed egg retrievals at other clinics, Dr. Kim helped us create six embryos in our first cycle with him. Thanks to his expertise and attentive care, we are now pregnant and incredibly grateful.
His entire staff was also very kind, making the process even better. 🩷

We recently transferred from HFI to Shady Grove Fertility for our first IVF cycle, and it was the best decision of our fertility journey. Dr. Jonathan Kim managed our care, and his involvement throughout the process was very reassuring. Unlike our previous experience, Dr. Kim was personally present for every monitoring visit, which was extremely important. Having him there meant we could ask questions at any time and receive prompt, clear answers. His encouragement and support made our first IVF cycle much easier. We are very glad we made this decision!

Dr. Kim is truly a miracle worker. With his attentive care and guidance, our dream of building a family finally came true. He is highly skilled, but even more remarkable is how genuinely he listens to patients and thoughtfully guides them toward the best option.
This was actually our second time consulting Dr. Kim in hopes that he could help us fulfill this wish. Once again, he made the process easy, pleasant, and reassuring. He remembered what had worked for me during our first treatment and used a similar strategy, making everything feel familiar and comfortable.

I am truly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received by Dr Kim, his staff, and Laurie my financial educator. Dr Kim genuinely cares about his patients and very attentive. Dr Kim is the best IVF doctor in Houston! His team is also great! They go above and beyond to ensure everything is smooth, efficient, and pleasant. I’ll speak to wonderful support staff interaction I had as we all have unique clinical journeys:
Laurie, my financial advisor, has been absolutely incredible. Even when something wasn’t technically in her lane, she consistently showed up, followed through, and helped me get answers when no one else would. During an already stressful fertility process, her responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference.
She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients and our hurdles - not just accounts or paperwork. I am so grateful for her support and can’t thank her enough for coming through when I needed it most.

Dr. Kim and his team are wonderful! Dr. Kim takes time to answer questions patiently and is very considerate throughout treatment. I previously saw another fertility specialist and clinic, but transferred to Dr. Kim after recommendations from a colleague, a friend, and an OB-GYN. After trying to conceive naturally for two years, I underwent IVF with Dr. Kim and became pregnant. We are very grateful!

Dr. Kim is amazing! I followed him from his previous clinic, and I am so glad I did. He is kind, thoughtful, and explains everything in great detail. He makes every effort to be there personally for each follow-up appointment. I have great confidence in his judgment and treatment plans. His team is also very kind, especially his ultrasound technician Tonya, who is warm and always patiently explains everything. I recently graduated at 10 weeks and could not be more excited! It has been a long journey for us. I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Kim and his team at SGF Katy. Dr. Kim is kind, compassionate, and warm, and he takes the time to sit down and patiently explain everything. We initially had some issues with insurance and our financial counselor, but he personally followed up to help resolve them, and his counselor Laurie Hix efficiently got everything arranged for us. He was also very transparent about what to expect throughout the process. From the beginning, he gave us confidence and clarity, which was invaluable to me.
Special thanks also to Leslie, Paige, Tonya, Ivy, Dorian, and everyone else at the clinic, in case I missed anyone. This journey can be difficult, but having an excellent medical team by your side makes a tremendous difference!
Best wishes to everyone about to begin this journey. I highly recommend SGF Katy.

Communication is extremely poor. After paying for treatment, we made countless calls, left numerous voicemails, and sent many portal messages, yet a week passed without any response. When necessary steps cannot be taken promptly, delayed responses can waste time, money, and energy and may even cause treatment to fail. We received a voicemail far too late, and appointments were postponed at the last minute without prior guidance on what we should do.

Great experience today! Sonographer Tanya was wonderful and the first to use a gel warmer on the probe, making the exam more comfortable. She was attentive and knowledgeable!

We followed Dr. Kim from another clinic. We love him, and the SGF team is even better than our previous clinic. They are friendly and treat you like family, knowing your name and status before you reach reception. I believe they anticipate my pregnancy almost more than I do. They truly make you feel like family. The experience was wonderful, and when we try for a third baby, we will return to Dr. Kim and his SGF team.

This office is amazing! The atmosphere is always very relaxed and welcoming. I was accidentally scheduled at another location, but when I arrived here, they fit me in this morning without any problem. Leslie at the front desk is always so kind and helpful whenever I visit! :) I also love the books in the waiting room so much that I bought them for myself and other IVF sisters. They are very inspiring books, and some of the poems really spoke to me and my journey.

Dr. Kim's team—wonderful people! From Leslie at the front desk to the women who do bloodwork, who have magic fingers because you do not feel a thing, to nurse Paige, who always makes me smile. She is the most cheerful person. Nurse Tanya is soft-spoken and has a nurturing, motherly warmth that gives me confidence. Thank you to Miss Dori for her kind personality, and to Dr. Kim himself, who is very cool and kind. It is like working with one big family. I would not have it any other way.
