I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smotrich and Lupe. They made my trip from North Carolina worthwhile! I had a stressful day before arriving, but left feeling so happy and amazed. I highly recommend them!

Working with this clinic was extremely frustrating. Some office staff were very rude and seemed unable to track orders or patient charts. I was referred there for outside monitoring and would never recommend it; I only used them because I had no other option. It took 3-7 calls just to schedule an appointment. I cannot comment on their IVF services, but for outside monitoring they were terrible and caused a great deal of stress.

The best experience possible! Dr. Smotrich was excellent and highly professional. The staff were wonderful too, and my wife and I felt comfortable. We now have our baby girl and could not be happier. Every step was incredible, and we are very grateful to Dr. Smotrich and his staff. Thank you!

I found Dr. Smotrich through extensive research and a friend's recommendation. My friend was also older and had faced IVF challenges. I had a terrible experience with another provider and wanted another professional opinion. After transferring my records to Dr. Smotrich, we discussed his recommendations and what I was looking for. I felt our plan aligned because I was already 42 and somewhat desperate because I was "running out of time." Although my first egg retrieval did not produce any viable embryos, I still believed a successful outcome was possible if I continued following the doctor's protocol. Keep in mind that the protocol was not very aggressive. On my third retrieval, we finally obtained only 2 viable embryos. I decided to transfer both, and one successfully implanted and resulted in pregnancy. Nine months later, I have my miracle baby boy, thanks to Dr. Smotrich and his excellent office staff. Everyone was very kind and explained everything to me. I will always be grateful. It is also worth noting that I never felt like I was just a transaction to Dr. S. He genuinely cares about his patients and about helping people have children.
