排卵誘発
排卵誘発は、複数の卵子を育てて妊娠の可能性を高めることを目指します。排卵が規則的でない女性には、卵母細胞、つまり卵子の発育を促すため、経口薬または注射薬が用いられることがあります。
子宮内人工授精
子宮内人工授精（IUI）は人工授精の一種で、排卵に最適な時期に精子を子宮腔へ直接注入します。
体外受精（IVF）
体外受精（IVF）は、不妊治療で最も一般的に行われる処置です。すべての患者に適しているわけではありませんが、多くの患者に高い効果が認められています。
卵子凍結
卵子凍結により、妊孕性を温存できます。卵子がより若く健康なうちに凍結することで、将来の妊娠・出産計画に柔軟性が生まれます。
卵子・精子・胚の提供
患者によっては、親になるまでの道のりで卵子、精子、または胚の提供者の支援が必要です。提供者は既知の場合も匿名の場合もあり、全員が厳格なスクリーニングを受けます。
妊娠代理
妊娠代理母とは、他者のために妊娠・出産する女性です。

Do not come here. I am not even a user of this site, yet they mistakenly charged my FSA card. It took weeks to resolve, with extremely slow responses, accountability, and processing.
I do not know how they unlawfully obtained my card information from another organization, as I never authorized anyone to store it. If they cannot properly safeguard financial information, I would not trust them to store personal information.

I am only halfway through the process, but I have had a great experience. I feel fully supported. My previous experience at Shady Grove was terrible. My privacy was violated, and I was called a monster. My experience at RMA has been completely different. I am so glad I came here.

My partner and I had an amazing experience. Everyone was very patient and provided a great deal of information and support. The staff always made us feel comfortable and safe. We worked with Dr. Gutmann, who was wonderful and extremely thorough. We are truly grateful and fortunate to have finally crossed the finish line. The RMA Langhorne team will always hold a special place in my heart. I was a patient there for 1.5 years and underwent multiple fertility treatments under their care. Dr. Wheeler and my nurse Charlene helped me through the hardest part of my fertility journey. I am incredibly grateful that I finally became pregnant during my third IVF cycle with this team. They quickly became like family, and I cannot thank them enough. They truly care and want to see you achieve the pregnancy you hope for. If you are struggling with infertility, you will be in excellent hands.

I have nothing but praise for RMA overall. Langhorne was my primary location, but I went to KOP/Wayne several times. The nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, doctors, anesthesiologists, financial counselors, and front desk team—everyone was extremely helpful. Honestly, I had no expectations for the experience because I had heard poor stories from friends about other providers in the tri-state area. My expectations may have been easy to exceed, but they were exceeded by a wide margin. I truly have nothing but praise. The healthcare system is a mess, but RMA makes it a little better and genuinely makes you feel that your experience and well-being matter. Note: this was for egg freezing, but I have heard they are also excellent for other procedures and needs!
