After my husband and I had tried for three years, I had a tubal flush and conceived naturally during my very next menstrual cycle! The staff were attentive and professional, and they shared our joy over the good news!

The doctor and staff are all kind and wonderful at this clinic.
I didn’t speak much English, but they provided an interpreter, so I felt comfortable throughout my visits.
When I became pregnant, the staff celebrated with me, which made me very happy.
They always explain things carefully, and if you’re trying to decide where to receive fertility treatment, I highly recommend this clinic.

We are incredibly grateful to the Institute for Reproductive Health for helping us achieve our dream. From day one, the entire staff made us feel supported, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Dr. Sherif G. Awadalla is an outstanding reproductive specialist. She is compassionate, patient, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything carefully, answered all our questions, and kept us reassured and confident throughout the process.
This journey can be emotional and stressful, but Dr. Awadalla's kindness and professionalism made all the difference. We will always be grateful to her and the entire team for helping us build our family.
Highly recommend this clinic to anyone on a fertility journey! 💙

We are beyond grateful for this fertility clinic and their incredible team. At 41 years old, with my husband being 43, we were realistic about the challenges ahead, but thanks to this clinic we became pregnant on our first round of IVF using our own embryos, which still feels surreal to say.
Dr. Alexander was a huge part of our journey. I saw her for most of my ultrasounds and treatments, and she consistently made me feel cared for, supported, and informed. She took the time to explain things clearly, answered every question patiently, and truly did her best to care for me during such an emotional and vulnerable process. Dr. Awadalla did our transfer which went smooth.
The entire clinic was professional, organized, and reassuring, which made what can be a very stressful experience feel manageable and hopeful. We will always be deeply thankful for the role they played in helping us start our family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone navigating infertility — especially those who may feel discouraged because of age

I do not recommend the Institute for Reproductive Health (IRH) for fertility treatment. My endometritis and endometriosis were overlooked and mishandled, ultimately leading to a failed embryo transfer. After transferring elsewhere, I received prompt, accurate diagnoses and a comprehensive treatment plan that should have been addressed from the beginning.
Staff communication was also consistently delayed, with slow responses adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult fertility journey.
My experience at IRH left me feeling overlooked and inadequately cared for. I suggest choosing a clinic that provides more comprehensive evaluation, attentive communication, and personalized treatment.

We had a wonderful experience at IRH Louisville! After trying to conceive for four years, their help led to success with our first IUI, and we welcomed our baby boy in October. They answered questions promptly and supported us throughout. We highly recommend them to anyone trying to conceive. Thank you, IRH Louisville, for helping us have our miracle baby ♥️

I came to IRH in January, and by September they had helped me become pregnant through IVF.
I am now 10 weeks pregnant and so grateful to them 🩷 I drove an hour from Lexington to the Louisville office. The nurses there were wonderful, and the care felt very personal. Being only an hour from the office was great. Thank you so much for bringing us the joy of our little baby.

We completed our surrogacy journey through IRH and had an excellent experience. I live in Louisville, and my intended parents live in Northern Kentucky. All our visits were in Louisville, while the transfer was performed in Cincinnati. Every staff member was helpful, courteous, welcoming, and professional. We were fortunate that our first transfer succeeded, and we are now more than halfway through the pregnancy! I highly recommend them because communication was easy and clear. Even as a first-time independent surrogate without an agency, the third-party staff made the entire process easy to understand and navigate!

We are very satisfied with our experience at IRH! Dr. King and all the staff at the Louisville and Finneytown offices were wonderful. They were extremely thorough and made sure every box was checked. We are very grateful to all the IRH doctors and for the care they provided!

For such a sensitive subject, the staff were not personable. Follow-up was nonexistent and not worth the added stress they caused.

We had a wonderful and emotional journey under IRH's guidance.
The doctors are first-rate, and we were consistently impressed by their expertise and personal investment in our success. My wife especially loved Dr. King!
The front desk staff are also the best—always helpful and committed to building personal connections. My wife and I especially thank KAYLEE WALKER, who always went above and beyond and showed extra interest in our journey. Thank you so much, Kaylee!! We hope to see you on delivery day!

My husband and I began our fertility journey in early 2025 after trying for nearly three years. Following limited success with basic fertility treatment from my OB/GYN, we decided to see a fertility specialist. I have PCOS, endometriosis, and a blood disorder. With the help of these excellent doctors and nurses, we are now expecting our first child. We are extremely grateful for their help and guidance in getting us here. We are so excited to become parents, all thanks to this excellent practice. If you have fertility concerns, I highly recommend them because they will do everything possible to help you grow your family.❤️

We want to thank IRH for giving us two precious children. After trying to become pregnant for more than a year, we worked with IRH and welcomed our daughter in 2021. When we wanted to expand our family in 2023, we met with the IRH team again, and now we are blessed with a son. Everyone in this office goes above and beyond. We are extremely grateful to this group! If you are struggling with TTC, I highly recommend this office.

My husband and I had our first visit on Thursday. Everyone was very caring and attentive. Dr. King was very kind, and I appreciated how she cared for us and asked questions as we began our journey to parenthood. We look forward to returning and getting help starting our family.

Highly recommended. My wife and I went through a long seven-year journey, with one negative test after another. We almost lost hope of having a child together. We decided to try once more and chose IRH. After one cycle, my wife became pregnant. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Give IRH a chance; you will not be disappointed.

Several people deserve special mention. Kelly is by far the best nurse and makes you feel at home. Dr. King and Dr. Scheiber are wonderful. Dr. King truly listens and ensures that you feel comfortable and safe. I appreciate all the care this clinic gave me and my embryos.
