First, I want to say that every fertility journey is unique. Choosing this path means exposing your most vulnerable self to a stranger—a doctor found through an online search or word of mouth. It is an overwhelming and frightening way to begin. Then I found Dr. B. I felt that I had not only won the lottery, but also found a team that would truly accompany me through this vulnerable journey. In 2022, after multiple miscarriages and at advanced maternal age (39 at the time), I began working with Dr. B. From the beginning, he and his team supported me throughout. At every appointment, he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. There were frightening moments, but each time Dr. B calmly assessed the situation and gave me a clear path forward. I will never forget experiencing light bleeding after embryo transfer. I was terrified and nearly hopeless. After I left an urgent voicemail, Dr. B personally called me on a Sunday and explained exactly what to do. On another occasion, I accidentally used the wrong medication dose, and he reassured me and explained the correct response. Moments like these made me feel incredibly fortunate that I had chosen this IVF clinic. The outcome: two egg retrievals, two healthy embryos, one healthy daughter born in 2023, and one healthy son born in 2025. I also want to add that even if my IVF treatment had not succeeded, I would still be profoundly grateful for the attentive care, compassion, and experience I received here.

Dr. Berger, Kate, and everyone at Innovative Fertility Center were outstanding. They carefully reviewed my infertility history and all my tests and diagnosed Asherman syndrome almost immediately. Dr. Berger performed surgery to remove the adhesions and helped me follow a strict postoperative protocol. I am now pregnant. In addition to being highly skilled, they are very kind. My overall experience with the office staff and Dr. Berger was unpleasant. His assistant handled most of the communication and tried to answer my questions, but her responses lacked medical precision and professionalism. She repeatedly used peer-pressure tactics to push me into making decisions, ultimately leading me to block her number. My interactions with Dr. Berger were limited and brief. He recommended genetic testing through Natera and mentioned that it might not be covered by insurance. I later learned that few insurance plans cover such extensive genetic testing, and I received a $350 bill. After researching Natera online, I found that they and some fertility clinics frequently use scare tactics for financial gain. Overall, I found another clinic that was more caring and professional than Innovative Fertility.

After trying three different fertility clinics, I finally found Dr. B. My case was not straightforward, but we worked together and found my ‘rainbow baby.’ We feel incredibly fortunate to have built our family with the help of Innovative Fertility. Dr. B performed every ultrasound and met with me after each one to clearly discuss the next steps, which I greatly appreciated. I used to have endless questions, but Dr. B always answered them. If we decide to have a second child, we will definitely return.
