Their online banking system is always malfunctioning. I make extra payments, yet they send overdue notices and charge late fees. When they call to explain that it was a system error, they call just before closing so you cannot call back. It takes more than five business days for funds to reach the bank. Even when the problem is caused by their glitches and errors, they quickly report you to the credit bureaus.

The title is incorrect. It should be Lynn Cancer Institute in Boca. I have a very difficult case of metastatic prostate cancer that has proven hard to control. However, I believe Dr. Spencer, NP Paige, and their support staff are providing the best and most current appropriate treatment. Equally important to me is the personal care they provide. At every interaction, they treat me like family.
