Dr. Talebian and her team are very kind and never make me feel rushed. She is highly knowledgeable and carefully explains the different treatment options. I especially appreciate that Dr. Talebian personally called me with my blood test results, which is rare in healthcare today.

Dr. Levin is highly efficient and skilled. He is thorough, attentive, and open to any questions. He never avoids difficult cases and places great emphasis on scientific analysis and statistics. The entire clinic operates exceptionally well, with comprehensive treatment plans and follow-up.

Cannot recommend Dr Levine and the entire CCRM team more highly! They provided excellent care, guidance, and empathy throughout our IVF process, and we would not have our beautiful baby boy without them. They take the time to really understand the complexities of your case and personalize your plan accordingly. We are so forever grateful!

Before giving one star, I tried contacting them many times. After escalating my complaint, they gave me reassuring answers, but nothing changed. They are too busy, and it affects patient care and outcomes. The nurses are wonderful, but to the practice you are only a number or a source of revenue.

This review is mainly about the billing department, not the clinical team. I have been a CCRM patient, and Dr. Levine and his team are excellent—five stars. The nursing and front desk teams have also always been thoughtful, efficient, and helpful.
However, my experience with billing has been deeply disappointing. I canceled a treatment cycle a month ago and am still owed a large refund, with no communication about its status or timing. Despite repeated inquiries, I have not received a clear answer. I was told it had been ‘sent to finance,’ but a month has passed with no progress. As a healthcare professional, I understand that administrative delays occur. However, this complete lack of communication and accountability is concerning, especially given the clinic's vulnerable patient population and the substantial amounts patients invest in their care.
I asked to speak with the clinic manager but have received no meaningful response. I do not post public reviews lightly, especially because I greatly respect the clinical team, but prospective patients should be aware of possible problems with billing and refund communication. I still hope this is resolved promptly and remain grateful for the clinical team's attentive care. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that future patients receive better communication about financial matters.

After a terrible IVF experience at another clinic, I was hesitant to try again. Dr. Jaime Knopman completely changed my perspective. She is patient, thoughtful, and attentive. I have complex health issues, and she took the time to understand my health, reassure me, and create a personalized treatment plan. Thanks to her, my second IVF cycle was very successful and complication-free, and I am now seeing her for a third cycle. I would trust Dr. Knopman and the CCRM NY team again and again, although I hope I will not need another cycle!

Dr. Levine is truly the best of the best! We came to him discouraged after two failed egg retrievals at another clinic. We had been told our chances of success were low, but Dr. Levine gave us hope. Less than a year after finding him, we became pregnant after our first transfer and froze another PGT-tested embryo. We welcomed our daughter a few weeks ago, all thanks to Dr. Levine's personalized care, extensive knowledge, and positive energy. We will always be grateful to him!

Communication is terrible. They constantly leave me confused and then compound the harm they have caused. For example, they printed my blood test label with the name of another patient who had a similar name but a different date of birth, a serious medical error.
Whenever they say ‘someone from the team will contact me,’ I hear nothing. The only time they contacted me proactively was to confirm payment. Sadly, money seems to be all they care about.
After all this, I discovered charges for services I never received, including an ‘office visit’ when I was not even in the country. I went to the clinic in person to report the error. They promised to address it and call me back. Of course, it was naive of me to expect a call. I only heard from my insurer, reminding me to pay the false charge. When I called for an update, the billing team was extremely rude. Read the many other reviews here and you will see that this is typical behavior for that department: they are condescending, abuse their authority, and intimidate patients.
I regret writing this review. My doctor is excellent and the nursing staff are wonderful, but the clinic's other departments operate like a venture-capital-owned nightmare. I understand that administrative delays happen. However, the complete lack of communication and accountability is concerning, especially for a clinic serving vulnerable patients who invest substantial amounts in treatment.
I repeatedly asked to speak with the clinic manager but was continually dismissed. I do not post public reviews lightly, especially about doctors and nurses I respect, but prospective patients should know that communication and payment issues may be impossible to resolve, ignored entirely, or made deliberately difficult, even while you are recovering. I still hope this is resolved promptly.
I work at a large company where many potential patients are considering this clinic. Until the issue is resolved, I cannot recommend it to any of them.

Great experience. Beautiful office, no wait, and if there is a delay they tell you how long it will be and why. Dr. Levine is informative, candid, knowledgeable, and encouraging. My best experience with a doctor in New York City.

The doctors we worked with here, Dr. Choi and Dr. Bayer, were knowledgeable and professional. The rest of the clinic, however, was a nightmare. The clinic is not equipped to handle gestational surrogacy, and its nurses and nurse practitioners could not communicate clearly with our gestational carrier's clinician, causing us to miss a cycle. In a later cycle, they had our gestational carrier travel from Missouri, then canceled the cycle the day before transfer. There also appears to be no communication between clinic staff and billing. Although we had transferred all our embryos elsewhere, they still tried to charge us for embryo storage. Seek gestational surrogacy treatment at another clinic where staff answer calls, respond to repeated messages, and care about their patients.

CCRM Review—An Incredible Experience for a First-Time Surrogate
As a first-time surrogate, my medical screening at CCRM was exceptional. From the moment I entered, I felt I was receiving VIP treatment. The wait was worthwhile—surrounded by women helping bring life into the world, I felt an incredible sense of community and purpose.
CCRM's care team was outstanding. My nurse shared her story of moving from labor and delivery to IVF and brought warmth and compassion to every step. She explained the entire process—medications, possible schedules, and the importance of self-advocacy—and assured me that I was in control of my journey.
The physician assistant was equally thorough and took time to ensure I understood every detail. I had heard varied accounts of medical screenings, including that they could be painful, but CCRM kept me comfortable throughout. She explained the procedure, drew a diagram of my uterus, and discussed the goals and risks. More importantly, she reminded me that my body and choices mattered as much as the process itself.
The actual screening was quick and painless. She performed the transvaginal ultrasound gently and reassuringly, checked my fallopian tubes, and performed a saline infusion sonogram while checking on me at every step. Before I knew it, she smiled and said, “You're all done.”
The nursing staff then showed the same care during my blood draw. They kept checking on me—did I need water, a snack, or anything before my flight? I never felt like just another patient; I felt genuinely cared for.
Before I boarded my flight home, I had already received a message from the physician assistant recommending high-quality prenatal vitamins, demonstrating their continued commitment to my health.

I highly, highly recommend CCRM to anyone needing fertility services. My wife and I have seen Dr. Jaime Knopman for many years and have had a wonderful experience. She is exceptionally intelligent, thoughtful, engaging, caring, and organized. Even years later, she remembers the details of your situation. It is clear that she loves her work and devotes tremendous energy to it and her patients. I feel fortunate to have been introduced to her and CCRM. Overall, I have been deeply impressed by everyone at CCRM, including doctors, nurses, other practitioners, and administrative staff. It is a well-run practice. The staff clearly enjoy working there, care about you and your experience, and function as a very strong team—always well coordinated, communicative, thorough, responsive, and respectful. I think it is simply an outstanding practice.
For what it is worth, I transferred from Weill Cornell to CCRM for my second round of egg freezing and IVF. I completed my first egg-freezing cycle at Weill, where I felt like I was in a factory and could not reach a doctor when I needed urgent help. I am extremely grateful that I switched to CCRM. My wife had a successful IVF transfer and became pregnant with our daughter, who is now one, and I am now trying to become pregnant through IVF.

Everyone at this clinic was super nice and very professional. I felt cared for and prioritized the whole process. If I had any questions, (and trust me I did!) they answered them quickly and I never felt like a bother. Throughout the entire prep period I always felt like I had the knowledge I needed to do it correctly and I always felt that anyone I came in contact with at the clinic was not only helpful, but eager to assist with whatever I needed. When it came down to the embryo transfer, it was very special. I felt that there was a lot of care and thought put in, it was rushed or anything. Very happy with my experience.

I felt like I was their only patient, and everyone there understood how important and sensitive the process was. Everyone cared and took special care of my husband and me. I felt at ease because I had complete confidence in the staff and Dr. Levine. Dr. Levine listened to my concerns and found a plan that suited our needs. It never felt like a one-size-fits-all approach. I cannot adequately express how important the level of attention and care we received was. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment for clearance about a month ago, but the New York facility still has not received their records. I completed the DocuSign form they sent almost immediately and have now waited several weeks. It is very frustrating that I must call again, especially because I am in a different time zone, which makes matters more difficult.

Dr. Bayer and the entire staff were helpful and kind. Every question about my cycle was answered quickly and effectively. I never had any problems. After visiting a different clinic, I am glad I found this one. I would recommend them 100%.

The entire egg-freezing experience could not have been smoother or more professional. Dr. Knopman made us feel very comfortable, and the whole staff, from nurses to front desk, made us feel cared for. I would recommend CCRM to anyone. We had excellent results!

I just had my first appointment at CCRM and finally feel some relief from the endless, confusing cycle of infertility. I saw many doctors and received no answers for 1.5 years. Dr. Levine found the answer in less than two minutes during my ultrasound. He took time to listen to my concerns, and I never felt rushed. I would say we built some much-needed trust, which I had not felt with other doctors during my infertility journey. I was also fortunate to meet other wonderful people at CCRM: Latoya helped with my blood draw. I sometimes faint, but definitely did not this time because she made it so easy! Micheal has also been very helpful as I navigate scheduling the next steps. As someone who becomes very nervous around doctors, I feel safe and excited to continue my journey with Dr. Levine and the entire CCRM team!

Billing here is terrible! It is deceptive and predatory. You receive charges “outside” the cycle cost that were never explained in advance. For example, they send some bloodwork to Labcorp, which then bills you separately. When you try—and I say try because reaching anyone is difficult—to contact CCRM, they tell you that you are responsible, even though it is part of the cycle cost for which you should already have paid $11,000. CCRM may arbitrarily decide to send your blood sample to Labcorp rather than process it in-house, where it is apparently included in the cycle cost, and suddenly you have an extra $100 charge.
The egg-freezing cycle was okay, but the process was very disorganized, and my patient care coordinator disappeared.
I completed other cycles elsewhere at much lower cost and with much better organization at Extend Fertility. I will return to them for my next one.
