Kathryn, Shannon, Kortney, and Rachel took excellent care of us when I came to pick up my pet! Everyone was kind and helpful and made my day much easier.

I had an excellent experience at Shady Grove Fertility, especially with Dr. McAlas. After years of trying to conceive, Dr. McAlas was the first physician to recommend a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), something my OB-GYN had never suggested. That decision proved crucial. The test showed a problem with my left fallopian tube, which ultimately required surgical removal. This improved my chances of conception and prevented potential future health risks. The tube was infected and inflamed, explaining years of left-sided pain that other doctors had ignored or minimized. From beginning to end, I finally felt I was receiving real answers and proactive care. Surgery went very smoothly. Everyone I met was kind, reassuring, and professional. The anesthesia was well managed—an appropriate level, and I know from five previous elective and emergency surgeries—and recovery was smooth. Dr. McAlas's ethics and manner especially impressed me; she is thoughtful, meticulous, and genuinely cares about her patients. One small tip: the clinic where I had the HSG was difficult to find, so obtain detailed directions in advance. Overall, I am deeply grateful for the care I received and finally feel I am on the right path.

This clinic is a nightmare. They are disorganized and communicate terribly. Given what they charge, we expected much better service. We have no fertility benefits and were prepared to spend $15,000 to $25,000 here to have a child. We only had one consultation and will seek fertility treatment elsewhere. I expected excellent care because this is such a sensitive and expensive process, but our experience was the exact opposite.

Warm and friendly staff. From the moment I entered the clinic until I left, they made me feel comfortable and valued. I was very nervous before going in, but once inside, they made me laugh as though we had known each other for years. I recommend this place 1,000%! Thank you, Becky and Amber. Special thanks also to Dr. McAlas. She was highly professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you! You are all amazing!!

Our experience with Becky and Dr. McAlas was wonderful. Choosing to continue our fertility journey at this clinic was one of the best decisions we made. From day one, we felt genuine care, support, and understanding. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion were vital during a process that can feel overwhelming.

In all my years of seeing doctors and healthcare professionals, this was the best experience I have had. They were inclusive, reassuring, and communicative. They actually acted like human beings. As a woman, I am usually dismissed, but they did the opposite! They listened to every concern and question I had and asked me even more questions. Kudos to Dr. Myalas Bailey and Becky Perez. I am grateful to be seen here.
