Rocky Mountain Fertility Center（米国）

Not recommended. Consider CCRM, a nationally recognized fertility clinic in Denver. RMFC, now Onto Health, is a small clinic with a self-contained team of nurses and support staff. Interacting with RMFC was always frustrating. My wife felt she had to project-manage every aspect of treatment because the staff were not proactive and were sometimes unresponsive. Dr. Smith was kind and caring and may have succeeded previously, but not with us. Her team, especially finance, was a mess—difficult to reach and poor at communicating. Thanks to CCRM, we have two children; RMFC gave us none. RMFC was an expensive mistake. Go to CCRM.

Before choosing this clinic, I encourage everyone to schedule consultations elsewhere and consider the emotional respect, financial options, gentler treatment approaches, and how those clinics make you feel. Other clinics in the area may better support your current emotional and financial vulnerability.

Onto Fertility is terrible. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. About $300 and 6 months were wasted. The requirements are highly misleading, communication is poor, and they did not listen to our concerns or preferences about testing clinics and hospitals. They are not trustworthy. Considering we came through a personal referral, it feels like a Ponzi scheme. I wish clinics faced stricter requirements; this one feels manipulative and evasive.

Dr. Smith was not our first doctor, and I am glad we found her. She is honest and professional.

I would not leave a negative review unless it could help someone. Do not waste your time or money here. Go to CNY; it is affordable, they listen, and they find the right plan for you, unlike what Dr. Smith did for us. I repeatedly told Dr. Smith I needed progesterone, which is how I conceived my first child, but she did not listen. She tested my progesterone after IUI, and it was low. By then it was too late, and my period had started. Because CNY listened, I am now 5 weeks pregnant. They offer IVF packages as low as $4,000, excellent interest-free payment plans, and a great team. I did not want to switch clinics because it was inconvenient and I did not want to lose time, but I am glad we did because I am pregnant!

I do not usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt it necessary to share with others. Our insurance company said this was the only 'in-network' provider when I called to make an appointment, and I was asked to pay a nonrefundable $100 deposit, which felt somewhat concerning. I decided to ask more questions: if they accept insurance, why did I need to pay this fee, and what were the prices of their services? I was transferred to the front desk, where I left multiple voicemail messages but received no return call. When I finally reached someone who did not even apologize or acknowledge my multiple unreturned messages, they told me they could not provide pricing for their services because they were not 'medical.' Every other clinic or facility I called was able to provide a price range for its services. They then transferred me to a nurse for pricing, which seemed unusual, but unsurprisingly, I reached voicemail. If I could give zero stars, I would. We are not even patients at this facility, yet the lack of communication, customer service, and clear pricing, along with a nonrefundable deposit just to schedule an appointment, was enough for us to pay out of pocket elsewhere. This journey is already challenging enough without dealing with a clinic that is lacking in every respect.

Great experience! After the consultation, Dr. Smith and Brynna's help made us feel very comfortable! Update: Several months have passed, and the experience remains positive. Brynna, the fertility nurse and coordinator, is truly amazing! She is easy to reach, answers all your questions, and quickly handles any requests and next steps. Many thanks to the Onto team!

Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and understands treatment outcomes well. I cannot wait to see what comes next in treatment, and I am praying for a baby soon!
