I cannot say enough good things about RMA Princeton! From Lisandra at the front desk and Jasmin, who was extremely gentle drawing blood, to Alin in finance, nurse Hannah, and Dr. Osman, everyone was outstanding and helpful. What an amazing team! They listened carefully to my needs, patiently explained everything, and helped me through the hardest period of my life without judgment. Although I “graduated” today, this team will always have a place in my heart!

My experience at RMA has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire team is compassionate, organized, and truly committed to supporting patients through every step of the journey. A very special thank‑you to Dr. Osman, who is an incredibly supportive and knowledgeable doctor. She listens with genuine care, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel seen and understood. Dr. Emily Osman is an amazing doctor. She treated me with warmth and compassion, and I could not have found a better doctor to accompany me through this difficult journey. Anyone who meets her is fortunate and can trust they will receive the care they need.

Medical side was great but the financial department side was a complete nightmare. Sadya Malik completely misrepresented the entire loan process. Basically, listening to her advice, I requested a loan for $28,000 through a company RMA recommended which included enough funds for all medication and the IVF cycle. Insurance ended up covering all of the medication and I only used about $5,000 expecting to receive a credit for the unused funds once my wife was discharged. Now im being told im responsible for the entire $28,000. When I brought this to Sadya’s attention she even said to just call and ask for a “loan reevaluation”. Now today she only says “well, you signed the documents”. Absolutely disgraceful. I never received any of the money. Everything went directly to RMA. So where did the unused funds go?

I was a patient at RMA for two years. The care team is so wonderful that words cannot describe them. Dr. Osman is especially outstanding! I had to change clinics because I used donor eggs. I still attend morning monitoring at RMA Princeton and am always glad to see the familiar faces. They truly are the best clinic in the area!

After two years at another clinic, Dr. Simoni helped us have our beautiful, perfect rainbow baby. We initially planned to pursue DVIF, which has thankfully since closed, but after two egg retrievals, one miscarriage, two failed transfers, and a third cycle canceled for poor response, I began losing faith in my body. My husband convinced me to switch clinics and try RMA. I planned to use donor eggs, but Dr. Simoni persuaded me to use my own. After two back-to-back retrievals to bank eggs, I became pregnant after my first transfer! I am incredibly glad I met Dr. Simoni. I felt heard, he was very kind, and he gave me hope. I will definitely return to Dr. Simoni for our second child. Thank you so much, Dr. Simoni! We love our baby boy so much 🥰

I highly recommend RMA. I went there after a terrible experience elsewhere, and Dr. Osman truly turned everything around for me and my family. The team listens to and addresses your concerns, ensuring you feel comfortable and that your best interests come first. RMA Marlton provided the best experience for our IVF journey. All the staff were wonderful, but our doctor, Dr. Simoni, our nurse Kaitlyn, and NP Carissa truly made the experience worthwhile. From the day we met Dr. Simoni, he made us feel heard, considered, and cared for. On day one, he created a plan and put it into action. I have never met such a hands-on doctor whom you can see regularly, speak with, and ask questions. He is the kindest, most down-to-earth doctor I have met, and because of him we conceived successfully after a failed cycle at another clinic before finding RMA. During our time at RMA, my husband and I were never confused or uninformed about any part of the process, and we felt we could reach Dr. Simoni or his staff whenever needed. Our nurse Kaitlyn is truly a gem; she brought calm and confidence to an initially stressful and frustrating situation. NP Carissa's personality can light up a room and was a beacon in dark moments. She calmed our fears many times and gave us confidence in the process. RMA is an excellent facility, and I always tell people experiencing infertility to run, not walk, to this wonderful place. The professionalism, medical expertise, and bedside manner are unmatched. We graduated today, but we will return in the future to continue building our family. Thank you to RMA and the entire staff for everything. From the front desk and phlebotomists to the nurses and doctors, everyone was wonderful, and we feel fortunate to have come here.
