Graduating from this clinic today was one of the most exciting and joyful moments of our lives. Words cannot express our gratitude to the entire team that helped us reach this point. From the beginning, we felt their care, patience, and sincerity. Fertility treatment can be emotional, but every doctor, nurse, and staff member made us feel supported and never alone. They answered questions patiently, explained each step, and comforted us when we felt uncertain or anxious. Their expertise is remarkable, but what truly distinguishes this clinic is how they care for patients as people, not numbers. Every visit felt thoughtful, and their dedication to helping families grow was clear. Today we graduated with a healthy baby, deeply grateful that this clinic helped us achieve our dream of building a family. This team will always hold a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering fertility treatment.

Throughout my and my wife's experience, this clinic felt like home! We began working with Carolina Conceptions, especially KAREN ONORI🥹, in 2022. We have now successfully completed our second IVF journey, and our second child arrived in April 2026. I cannot speak for everyone, but returning here genuinely felt like talking with family. Karen helped us begin this journey in 2022. Even after heartbreak, the team's support helped us conceive our son, and now we are expecting our next baby! This clinic works wonderfully with the LGBTQT+ community, and you can find the right doctor for an excellent experience, depending on what you want. You can ask questions and ensure you receive all necessary information in any situation, and the staff will guide you step by step. If you have hesitated or been curious about this clinic, stop wondering and visit! We went to both Lake Drive and North Raleigh, and both were excellent. Karen once again made this journey incredible. We are certain that if we want another child in the future, we will return immediately, even if it means traveling thousands of miles, haha!

Dr. Park, Dr. Shoentoch, NP Karen, and the entire staff were wonderful, welcoming, attentive, and compassionate. They had excellent bedside manners and were very kind throughout a stressful treatment process.

From day 1, the entire staff was kind, responsive, and patient, always answering our many questions and giving us confidence at every stage. In response to the office, I assure you that my positive experience with Dr. Bowling was not inaccurate. As you know, I can substantiate every part of my review, and it is entirely accurate. I want others to know what we experienced as Carolina Conceptions patients. We had a good experience with Dr. Bowling in 2022 and 2023. I became pregnant twice, but the pregnancies ended in miscarriage and a biochemical pregnancy. We took a year off and returned to Dr. Park. We trusted the new team but were shocked by their practices. In this cycle, 10 eggs were mature and only 2 fertilized. They first tried to blame my husband. We immediately obtained a DFI, which was better than normal, ruling him out. At a second-opinion consultation with our current clinic, we were assured that the embryology staff had performed ICSI incorrectly and damaged the eggs. We had 1 healthy embryo in our final CC cycle, but it was discarded without our permission. Dr. Park’s excuse was that it was a 3PN embryo and would miscarry 100% of the time. That is false. 3PN embryos may have a higher miscarriage risk, but successful pregnancies have occurred. Dr. Park also told us that Omnitrope works only 20% of the time. If you think carefully about that claim, your first reaction should be disbelief when a doctor says it is untrue. The final straw came when I told Dr. Park I was unhappy that Dr. Johnson, the provider covering during Dr. Park’s vacation, had decided to destroy our embryo without involving us or even telling us afterward. I told Dr. Park that the embryologist had described it as a healthy embryo that was simply growing somewhat slowly. He threw the embryologist under the bus, saying they were only technicians and did not know what they were talking about. I will never return to an office that either lets inexperienced technicians train on our embryos without our knowledge or has embryologists cover up major errors to protect the practice from legal action. This process is intense and expensive enough without such things happening behind the scenes.

Their front-desk staff are very friendly, and the doctors are wonderful. Thanks to their help and guidance, we graduated from Carolina Conceptions today.

This is an excellent source of information for young couples who want to conceive or maintain better overall health. The medical and administrative staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They explain the technical terms, making it easy to understand their recommendations and the science behind their practices. We look forward to using Carolina Conceptions for our family planning. Highly recommended.

Dr. Monica Schointuch is an outstanding provider. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming—exactly the provider I had been seeking. She is transparent and answered all my questions while remaining supportive and encouraging. She genuinely cares about her patients and appears to make a difference. Her support team is also welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also really like her front-desk staff! I cannot praise this office enough. Highly recommended!!

We came to Carolina Conceptions after some poor experiences at another clinic, and the difference was night and day. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Schointuch is the most amazing collaborative provider. She truly makes you feel important and valued. During such a frightening, stressful time, she has a way of making everything feel okay. I highly recommend her!

My NP was Karen Onori. She was everything I could have asked for during this process: compassionate, funny, and committed to helping couples conceive healthy babies. We have specifically recommended her to other couples awaiting a new family member. My husband and I use the VA for our medical needs and otherwise have no insurance. Carolina Conceptions accepted our VA lab results without making us pay extra to repeat them there. I am extremely grateful because costs add up, and not all fertility clinics accept VA results.
