This company is absolutely terrible! I paid a bill of 40 dollars, and they still sent me to collections! They also refuse to remove the debt! Stay away from this place! It is not a medical practice; it is a factory!

Dr. Cross is simply amazing. I have been undergoing IVF treatment since 2021, and the journey has been filled with setbacks and heartbreak. A year ago, a close friend strongly recommended that I transfer to Dr. Cross, and everything changed from our very first conversation. She did not give me false hope or make empty promises. Instead, she offered a thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plan that not only made sense but has already led to significant progress. What makes Dr. Cross so special is her complete dedication to her patients. She listens, thinks, adjusts, and cares. After years of feeling that my options were dwindling and that I was trapped on all sides, she gave me hope again. It is incredibly reassuring to have a doctor who truly cares about the outcome for my family, not just the treatment process. I am deeply grateful to her and incredibly fortunate to have her on my care team. I trust her completely.

It was a pleasure speaking with Dr. Cross. Her knowledge and the statistics she has compiled are impressive. I specifically sought her out because she was listed as one of the top doctors for women over age 42 with multiple sclerosis in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. She was very approachable and patient, answering my countless questions.

Her reassurance and professionalism restored my confidence, especially when she explained that I should get my period and encouraged me to remain hopeful about the next stage of treatment. Dr. Payson is professional, honest, highly skilled, and kind. I began treatment with him in 2024, underwent egg retrieval, and transferred three embryos. The final embryo implanted successfully, and we now have our daughter Ruby. We are incredibly grateful and excited for this new chapter. Thank you to Dr. Payson and his team for your hard work and for never giving up on us.

My husband and I were very pleased by the staff's kindness and helpfulness. All the doctors also explained in detail that the process was a collaborative effort.

In my experience, the doctors and nurses are good at their jobs. My journey was long, mainly because of insurance-related communication problems. I worked with Dr. Martini and Dr. Cross, and both were excellent. I gave 2 stars because the billing department needs improvement. They use Athenahealth, which is confusing and causes panic. Athena essentially sends two versions of the bill: one charges for services I have already paid, while the patient portal shows the correct CCRM bill. Be careful when Athena says you owe thousands for services already paid by you or your insurer. A billing manager finally explained that the correct bill and payment history are in the patient portal. The other version is nonsense and understandably adds enormous stress to IVF. Some billing staff also messaged me through Salve trying to overcharge me. They either do not know what to review or, worse, try to frighten patients into paying for fear of losing a potential child or embryo. Either way, it is unacceptable. I expected much better from the billing department.

I wish I could write a great review, but I cannot. The doctors and daily care staff were wonderful, in my view. Nursing management was another matter entirely, with no compassion or basic courtesy. I should have left after the first incident, but I wanted to keep pursuing my goal of motherhood. After the second incident, however, I had to find another clinic. Two friends recommended this clinic as more personal than larger clinics, but I disagree. I do not believe my treatment addressed the underlying cause of my infertility. They also have a BMI requirement, which itself is neither a problem nor unusual. The real issue is that they were not upfront about it. A doctor discussed the medical evidence for moving to IVF after three failed IUIs but never mentioned the requirement. The nursing director then offered her own version of the science, contradicting the doctor, in an extremely dismissive and poorly timed way. After speaking with an actual anesthesiologist, I now understand the medical reason for the requirement, and two doctors confirmed that it was not based on the ‘science’ she cited. No one chooses this process lightly, and it is not easy. The nursing leadership's lack of compassion, courtesy, and communication was frustrating and only added stress. I sincerely hope other hopeful families have better outcomes. Reading reviews describing similar experiences was reassuring because I know I am not alone. Had I been told in advance, I would have continued my successful weight-loss journey and postponed fertility treatment. Instead, it seems the lure of money mattered more than my treatment success and health.

I had a great experience at the CCRM Rockville branch. The doctors are so friendly and give you enough time to explain to you the entire process. Keep up the good work. You may have good services but the staff make the experience.

Dr. Mark provides truly patient-centered care with rare compassion. His expertise, patience, and commitment to individualized treatment make him an outstanding physician. Highly recommended.

Care Without Compassion After a seemingly positive initial consultation, things quickly went downhill. Since then, it has been difficult to reach anyone when needed and nearly impossible to speak with finance and billing. Despite repeated attempts and having the required insurance, we ultimately received bills for thousands of dollars. At our first visit, the front-desk staff were so rude that my wife cried, then offered no sympathy or help. When we tried to resolve the issue with management, we were treated coldly and received no apology. The regional manager is the biggest problem; her lack of compassion for someone in this field is shocking. During our second call with the manager about an unexpected and incorrect bill, she offered no help and instead said we could not return to any of her clinics.

Sincerely very disappointed by the lack of compassion at this clinic and I am writing this as a warning to others- find another clinic. You are a paycheck to these people and that is it.

CCRM is refreshing. I previously worked with two very popular clinics in the DMV area, but unfortunately, like many women, I had discouraging and frustrating experiences. CCRM was the first clinic where I felt truly heard. After our first meeting with Dr. Martini, my husband and I looked at each other and said, "Wow, this will be so much better." From the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Martini, the entire experience felt personalized, and I always felt heard. They were responsive and thorough, and I never felt pressured or rushed. I truly believe the positive environment CCRM created helped me relax and believe I could become pregnant. I am delighted to share that I am expecting a baby girl this year! I am so glad I transferred from Dominion Fertility. I have been here about a year, and every CCRM employee is wonderful and professional, from reception to the phlebotomists. Any doctor you meet will be excellent; I love them all. The office is punctual and well run. Systems for paperwork, appointments, and patient communication work well. I always receive personal attention and never feel rushed. Highly recommended!

I am writing this review through tears—the first tears of happiness I have cried in two years. I came to CCRM after a painful journey at another clinic and about a week after losing a fallopian tube because of an ectopic pregnancy. From the beginning, Dr. Martini was caring and knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our success. She personally performed most of my ultrasounds and directly answered many portal messages. She carefully “controlled all the variables,” did things the other clinic refused to do, and we succeeded! I have recommended CCRM to many people and will continue to do so. I also encourage people to avoid the other clinic. For the first time in two years, I felt hopeful and cared for, even as a brand-new patient. Now that I have graduated, I am sad to no longer be her patient but grateful that after everything, I finally graduated. I cannot thank Dr. Martini and her team enough. She is an incredible doctor and person.

Words cannot describe how amazing CCRM is. We consistently had the best experience. From the nurses to reception and the doctors, there is no better team. They supported us throughout. At every visit, they remembered my name without checking the chart, answered every question, and genuinely cared. Everyone made me feel safe and cared for. Dr. Martini is absolutely the best. During her maternity leave, I saw Dr. Carpintero and Dr. Owen, who were equally excellent. I was very nervous about graduating because I worried I would not receive the same level of care as at CCRM. The Salve app they use is also convenient. You can send questions at any time, and someone responds within 24 hours. Thank you, CCRM, for everything.

It has been three weeks, and they still have not sent my husband's test results. I have been trying to contact them, but they keep making excuses. They are very irresponsible.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Martini! After multiple failed attempts at another IVF clinic in the area, I came to CCRM Rockville, where Dr. Martini gave me hope again. She is kind, caring, compassionate, intelligent, and resourceful. I was impressed that she always had a “next step” to improve things and achieve better results. Even when my body did not cooperate, I always felt we were making progress. The staff are also very kind and responsive, and I love how easy it is to message my nurse, Jan, through the portal app! The facility is clean, new, and welcoming! I like being able to see the ultrasound screen so I know exactly what is happening. My ultrasounds were performed by a doctor almost every time, which was very helpful for receiving real-time updates. I highly recommend Dr. Martini and the CCRM Rockville team for any fertility needs!

This organization is terrible. The doctors may be incompetent. They also take your money under false pretenses and “procedures,” with no record in the system of large payments that were sent. We currently have $5,000 that is simply “missing,” and now another $1,250 bill. If we do not pay, they will destroy 3 cryopreserved babies. It can take “up to 5 weeks” to receive an answer or request correction of the account status while they “recalculate” the account. This has all the hallmarks of undisciplined conduct at best and fraud at worst.
