I am giving two stars because we had one successful intrauterine insemination (IUI) here. Unfortunately, that pregnancy ended in a stillbirth at 25 weeks. We had paid for a package of three IUI cycles. After 4-5 weeks, I called the clinic to ask whether my remaining two cycles were still valid because I had not had a live birth. A secretary told me they had “expired.” We underwent four more IUI cycles, paying for each one individually, but all were unsuccessful. The clinic did not conduct any additional diagnostic testing. They considered in vitro fertilization (IVF), but I refused to pay that much because I had previously become pregnant through IUI. They repeatedly discouraged me from going to another clinic because “our prices are the lowest.” After spending a large amount of money at this clinic, I decided to try another clinic in town. They immediately performed diagnostic testing, began treating an easily resolved issue, and now I am pregnant. All of this happened within one month. The price was the same as well. Staff turnover here is also extremely high. One “nurse” got the date and instructions for my intrauterine insemination (IUI) completely wrong, and I had to teach her because this was already my third or fourth cycle. I also waited an average of more than 30 to 60 minutes at every visit. Dr. V is a knowledgeable physician, and I believe he does his best. I really wanted to like this clinic because my friends had good experiences here, but unfortunately, my experience did not turn out as well as theirs.

After years of trying, searching for a highly rated clinic in our area, and then spending time in treatment, I can say without exaggeration that choosing Dr. Vandermolen and the team at ArkLaTex Fertility was the best decision we made on our fertility journey. I am now pregnant with twins, and we could not be happier, all thanks to Dr. Vandermolen and his team! Dr. Vandermolen was always so kind and patient, answered all my questions, and listened to my concerns. They also always responded promptly whenever I had a question or concern—and I certainly had plenty, haha! Words cannot express how grateful they are to me, nor can I express how grateful I am to Dr. Vandermolen and his team for making the seemingly impossible possible, haha! I will always be grateful to Dr. Vandermolen and his team ❤️

When I first went for an IVF consultation, I was almost certain that I was “the least likely person to become pregnant.” Because I was older, in my 40s, had multiple uterine fibroids—11 of them—and had less-than-ideal lab results, I knew my chances of success were not high. Dr. V, however, was not intimidated at all and eagerly embraced the challenge! Undergoing an open myomectomy and starting my first IVF cycle 10 months later was not easy. But my husband and I are so grateful that the ArkLaTex Fertility team was there to support us throughout the journey! After just one cycle and one transfer, we welcomed our miracle twins…a healthy baby boy and baby girl!! From the start of treatment until we graduated from the clinic, Dr. V and his team always made us feel like real people, not just patients. We truly felt heard, understood, and cared for at every step. We rate this clinic extremely highly and strongly recommend it to anyone struggling with infertility.

Dr. David Vandermolen is a wonderful doctor with great interpersonal skills to make the very long journey feel hopeful. Me and wife are very grateful and definitely recommend him without a doubt. 5 Stars isn't enough for the amazing experience....

After years of infertility, including multiple rounds of IUI and IVF, moving to Dr. Vandermolen's clinic changed the course of my journey. What sets him apart is not just his expertise, it is the way he truly listens and looks at the full picture. Instead of continuing down the same path, he approached my situation thoughtfully and individualized my care in a way that made sense for my body. At the point I had decided to see him, I was focused on improving my own health, trying to find the root cause of my infertility. By the grace of God, I am now naturally 20 weeks pregnant. If you're feeling stuck, unheard, discouraged, or like you've run out of options, I cannot recommend Dr. Vandermolen enough. He gave me answers, hope, and was a shining light. Everyone's journey is different, and I pray for those who are in this situation.

We spent two years with Dr. V and his team. He always listened patiently and encouraged us. Words cannot express everything they did for us. They were patient and thoughtful at every appointment and during every treatment. Whenever I felt afraid or worried, they reassured me. His team remembers who you are, and he remembers details that most doctors would not. At every visit, he took time to listen carefully and offer advice. If I forgot something and needed to call in the middle of the night, either he or Kam would answer. We tried several approaches before IVF, and after our second IVF cycle succeeded, we finally received the good news that we were expecting twins! I highly recommend Dr. V to anyone struggling with infertility. He is the best.

After years of treatment, I can honestly say that choosing Dr. Vandermolen and the team at Arklatex Fertility was one of the best decisions we made on our infertility journey. From the very beginning, Dr. V and his staff made us feel supported, heard, and truly cared for. Dr. Vandermolen always took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and never made us feel rushed. During some of the hardest and most emotional moments, he showed genuine compassion and understanding, which meant more to us than words can express. The entire staff at Arklatex Fertility is incredible. They are kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help in any way they can. After years with them, they felt more like family than just a medical team. We are forever grateful for Dr. V and everyone at Arklatex Fertility. If I could go back and change anything, it would be starting with Dr. Vandermolen from the very beginning of our infertility journey. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I absolutely love Dr. V and his team! I have been a patient since January, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The doctor is very kind, considerate, and humorous! I sincerely hope his skilled hands can make our dream of a baby come true! ❤️

Dr. van der Meulen is an outstanding surgeon, seemingly chosen by God to heal patients. He is patient and kind. He changed our lives with miracles twice. I will always love him!

Unfortunately, my experience here was heartbreaking and frustrating. I underwent my first IVF cycle at this clinic and drove from Arkansas for every appointment. I clearly stated that I preferred a frozen embryo transfer and wanted genetic testing of the embryos. I did not want to rush and wanted to do everything possible to improve our chances of success. They did not listen to me at all. The entire process was rushed, and my husband and I were pressured into a fresh embryo transfer. They even recommended a Betadine wash, an outdated practice that is no longer commonly used. After two failed embryo transfers, they told me we could try a frozen transfer next time and then perform a biopsy. I asked whether growth hormone could be used to improve egg quality, but they advised against trying it initially because it was too expensive. Spending $30,000 on a failed IVF cycle was far more expensive than trying other medications that might have helped. I was devastated afterward. Support staff were sometimes unprofessional with us, such as acting as though discussing medication instructions was an inconvenience. My first attempt with KindBody was successful, and I am glad I sought a second opinion. I now have a two-and-a-half-month-old baby, for whom I am incredibly grateful.

Dr. V and his Arklatex Fertility team are outstanding. My wife and I had tried for two years before coming to this clinic. She was diagnosed with endometriosis and two ovarian cysts. Dr. V removed the cysts using microsurgery. He then prescribed some over-the-counter medications to improve fertility. After these two steps, my wife became pregnant in only 8 months. We now have a healthy baby girl!

Dr. Vandermollen and his team were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. More importantly, they were kind and patient, willing to explain in as much detail as needed, and understanding and flexible when our circumstances and needs changed significantly. We succeeded on our first attempt. Highly recommended.

Dr. Van der Molen and his team are the best in the area.

My husband and I have three wonderful children and truly felt our family was complete. After a long search, we found Dr. Van der Molen, and I am now pregnant with our final little baby. We graduated from the clinic yesterday and could not be more grateful! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Van der Molen is truly amazing! You feel heard, and they go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything. My first appointment was a telehealth visit at 7 p.m. that lasted more than an hour as we discussed all the options. No matter how late it was, he made sure he could see me that day and answer every question. I knew then that it was the perfect fit! We became pregnant after our first IVF cycle!

We saw Dr. V for the first time in 2021. He was very thorough and did several tests before attempting an IUI. We had three IUI's, each one they added more meds or shots, and on the third IUI we got pregnant with our first little girl. She was born in April 2022. We returned to ArkLaTex Fertility in Aug 2024 to have another IUI done. He was very proactive and ran another test to check some things out before having us spend the money for shots. We got pregnant with only one IUI, and are expecting in June 2025. Our success rate is 2/4 which is pretty good! We know that God gives life but are very thankful for the help and services of Dr. V to help us get our babies! The staff has always been very helpful and kind as well. We haven't had a bad experience in all our times going to the clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After struggling for three years, I finally became pregnant, and Dr. Vandermolen made my wish come true! I am deeply grateful and pray that God blesses Dr. V throughout his life. We completed two IUIs, and the second was successful. Dr. V monitored everything throughout and adjusted the plan when things were not going well. I am extremely grateful that I chose ArkLaTex Fertility. The front desk was always warm and friendly, and the nurses were wonderful!

We called this location to schedule an appointment. The receptionist, ‘Ms. J,’ was the rudest and most inconsiderate person we have ever encountered, even when we called back with questions and concerns because she initially sent the new patient forms to the wrong email address. We did not even bother canceling the appointment to try to recover our $150.00. Consider it a tip, because with a receptionist like you, you will need every penny you can get!

The absolute best! Dr. Vandermolen and his staff are very kind and helpful! If you are having difficulty conceiving, I highly recommend seeing him. Well worth it.

Our experience with Dr. Vandermolen and his staff was absolutely amazing. The office is very busy, which indicated to us how successful it is, yet appointment wait times were still reasonable. Our condition was evaluated and a plan was developed, and we ultimately conceived on our second IUI attempt. During that time, Dr. Vandermolen's staff accommodated our schedule. If we decide to have a second child, we will definitely return to this excellent doctor and his capable staff.

We tried to conceive for 3 years before contacting Dr. V and his team. After a successful IUI, we were fortunate to have two children! We are overjoyed. Dr. V is the best, and his staff are the sweetest. I felt like family from day one. I will always recommend him!!

I love Dr. VanderMolen and his entire team. After one miscarriage and three years of unsuccessful trying, Dr. VanderMolen helped me conceive twins. He could have gone directly to IVF, but he wanted to try every option first. He performed a thorough HSG, found and removed a polyp, and that stopped all my irregular bleeding. We then tried several medicated cycles without success, followed by an IUI, which worked. He saved me a great deal of money. I am incredibly happy and grateful and will recommend him for the rest of my life.

I cannot thank Dr. Vandermolen and his office enough! We have two beautiful children and another on the way. After several medical emergencies, I could no longer conceive naturally, so IVF was our only option if we wanted children. They were upfront about procedures and costs. The office billed as much as possible through insurance to avoid charging us more. My only complaint was the occasional 1-2 hour wait for appointments. He was highly professional at every visit, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. He is very direct, so if you expect an emotional visit, he may not be the doctor for you, but as a veteran I had no complaints.

I heard wonderful things from friends and was nervous about finding a new clinic after moving here. I did not even make it to my first appointment because Martha at the front desk was rude. Considering why all of us come here, I thought they might offer better customer service, but no. I told her to cancel my appointment, and I will go elsewhere. Very unfortunate.

If you want to become pregnant, see Dr. V! He knows what he is doing!

Dr. V and all the staff are wonderful! You always feel that you matter, rather than being just a paycheck. No two people are alike, and they value your individuality. Some clinics feel mechanical, but here you feel as though you are among good friends. Thanks to ArkLaTex, we had two successes after years without answers and after leaving a clinic that treated us like machines. I cannot praise them highly enough! Thank you to everyone at ArkLaTex for making the impossible happen for our family!
