We had a wonderful experience with this fertility clinic. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. A special thank you to Dr. Richlin and our nurse, Jamie, whose expertise and thoughtful care made us feel confident every step of the way. Thanks to the care we received here, we now have our beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone navigating fertility treatment.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Illume. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, and I felt well cared for from the beginning. I worked primarily with Dr. Richlin, who was excellent and very thorough. He truly made me feel heard and took time to explain everything rather than rushing. My nurse Carmen and patient navigator Sammy were also wonderful and very helpful. Thank you to everyone at Illume!

Illume fertility center is amazing.Dr Richlin and Dr. Witt are great. They explain everything in detail to you. Dr. Richlin takes his time and make everything so easy. He always listens to your concerns. He is the most amazing, intelligent doctor that I ever meet.All the stuff are great. I would like to include Sammy that she responses my email right away ad she is very helpful .

How can I express my gratitude to this team? My experience has been wonderful ever since I came to illume to see Dr. Ressler. Every staff member has been helpful and knowledgeable at every stage. I initially consulted Dr. Ressler about fertility treatment, but ultimately conceived naturally. Whenever I saw the team, they greeted me with smiles, scheduled appointments around my availability, and promptly answered my questions. I wish I could stay with the clinic longer than 8-9 weeks, but their process is to transfer me to my OB-GYN at 10 weeks. Once again, thank you to everyone—Chelsea, Briggette, Thelma, Dr. Ressler, and all those who helped me in any way. I simply want to say thank you!

My experience at this fertility clinic was very disappointing. They never disclosed the true costs in a timely manner and repeatedly told me treatment would be covered by insurance, which turned out not to be true. This caused major financial stress and delays.
The doctor also seemed very disorganized and did not clearly explain my diagnosis, treatment plan, or why there were such long waits between steps. I often felt confused and uninformed about my own care.
I also had a uterine polyp removed at this clinic, but it returned within six months, making me question whether the procedure was performed properly.
Overall, I did not feel supported, adequately informed, or confident in the care I received.

I recently had my first fertility consultation at Illume in Stamford. We arrived about five minutes after our 8:30 a.m. appointment, but staff immediately asked why we were ‘so late’ and said the visit had to be rushed because another patient was scheduled at 9:30. As a new patient, this felt uncomfortable. I understood that they were out of network, but communication about testing was poor. I gave a urine sample assuming it was a routine pregnancy test and later learned it was for gonorrhea and chlamydia; no one explained it or requested consent. No one said laboratory testing required fasting. The office appeared friendly and organized, but the experience felt efficient yet impersonal and opaque. Fertility care deserves clearer communication and more thoughtful attention.

I transferred to Illume in May and wish I had done so sooner. Illume was the clinic originally recommended to me, and the timing was finally right. The staff is wonderful and very professional. My anxiety has eased considerably since transferring. I highly recommend them!

The doctors, nurses, and staff are professional, caring, friendly, and efficient. My doctor, nurse, patient adviser, and insurance specialist all gave me tremendous support. I felt I could always reach the clinic and received quick responses, even on weekends or outside business hours.

I cannot say enough good things about the front-desk staff, nurses, and doctors. Everyone made our process very smooth. They were helpful, and their manner put my husband and me at ease. I am now entering my second trimester, and I know we would not be in this place of gratitude without everything they did for us. I never had to worry or felt confused. Communication was always a priority, and we were never left uninformed. In just a few months, thanks to them, we will experience the brightest light! Thank you for all your hard work; we feel fortunate to have experienced it firsthand!
